Locale famoso, sempre ben frequentato... su Firenze è una istituzione....buoni i cocktail e bello l'ambiente. Local famous, always well attended ... Florence is an institution .... good cocktails and beautiful environment.

Passed by for a drink after dinner. The place is live and good ambience. Service is too slow if you are setting outside. Later in the night they open inside serving only.

Shame on the service !!! We arrived and were given a table pretty quickly. However, we waited a while for the menu but it seemed that waiters didn't want to take our order. We called 2 different people in the staff and both of them just neglected us. One of them cleaned the table right next to us and put a menu on it so we asked him for the menu. He looked at us and then went away 😂😂😂

Came here during a aperitif tour. It was our first stop. We were served a glass of wine and some snacks which were very good the servers were very pleasant. I can’t say about their food. But the first impression was good and I would come back and try

Expensive, VERY slow (I never got my drink after 25 minutes while the other tables did) and no SMILE. My kids cocktails were ok nothing more. Do not waste your time, Florence has plenty of better options. Try rooftop bars for a wonderful experience!

It is one of the best places to come and have a drink, especially on tuesdays, the music is EXCELLENT! The staff is so nice, they are always helping and the best quality of bar in Florence! In the weekends and in the night is a club where you get the most exclusive places and people, simply one of the best!

Way too expensive. Unfriendly and inattentive staff. Noone came to take our order and when we ask whether we could order inside we were asked to wait...if you have plenty of time to waste, that's the place for you. One star for sitting for free in front of the museum...since noone cares about you.

Second time there. Liked it in the spring/summer time, because of the location inside Palazzo Strozzi. Nice Place to sit in the shade, have some wine and some affettati.

This place is the top of the food chain when it comes to bars. Located in the posh area of piazza della repubblica, service is top notch and it’s the place to see and be seen, you can meet the local celebs there like soccer players, models and actors.

Nice service and very nice bakery, we really enjoyed. Giving a low rating for an absolutely disgraceful toilet - no toilet paper, and the sink is broken. I have seen public free toilets that are cleaner and better.

Eclectic restaurant/bar with a wide variety of cocktails and wine, nice bistro style dishes in a groovy setting.

We had the top reserved for a large party of ours. It is a great place to have drinks and dance the night away

Very cute place to sit and have a cocktail!! My espresso martini was delightful! I don’t recommend getting food here, the taco was fishy and the others appetizers we ordered were just okay. The bathroom smelt rancid steer clear of it if possible!!!

Food was okay, but pre-meal bread was a bit tasteless. Menu was all Italian with no English translation which would have been fine if the wifi worked and we could have used Google translate. However the printed wifi UN/PW resulted in "incorrect password". Lovely waiters and great wine though!

Don’t recommend. Worst food we’ve had so far in Florence. We ordered a club sandwich & poke bowl to try some healthier options from pasta, meat, & pizza while here in Florence & both were very salty, poor flavor, & cheap ingredients. Bread was very stale with floor flavor. The atmosphere was extremely loud with annoying electronic music & headache-inducing neon lights. What was most surprising was the poor, inattentive wait staff which has been the opposite experience of the rest of our time in Italy. We ended up taking it to go & giving the food to a homeless person instead since the food was so bad.

Poor performance. Forgot to bring our main courses. Also forgot to bring oil and salt for caprese. Avocado with main course was rock hard and tasteless. Everything else was good. Wine and cocktails were very good. We were also given a dessert and dessert sherry by way of apology. This was nice but I would much rather not have the problems in the first place.

My partner and I went there to try and celebrate our engagement with some drinks our last day in Florencia, the waitress took our order, people who arrive after us received their drinks, we waited for 30 minutes and no drinks came. The place wasn’t even full, seemed like a cool place but service was bad. We got no drinks and leave. Very disappointed.

First time inFlorence and this place made my day! Wonderful service and excellent Mixed drinks and a wonderful selection of Champagne and wines.and of course Beactrice our waitress was from Another universe Great server with such Grace moved like a ballerina and so courteous.I will definitely tell all my friends about this place! We had a plate of spaghetti for lunch and it was reasonably good! The staff aren’t that professional but we still had a good time! The prices are reasonable and the service is fast!

Good price near a tourist-predominant area. 15 euros for a cocktail and tapas-style plate. Choose the Italiano, though, and the Colle Spritz if you know what's good for you

The aperitivo here was great! $15 for a drink + aperitivo. We came here twice during our stay. We liked the atmosphere.

Beautiful, fancy, place with a fresh outside area to stop for a coffee after a long walk.

The food was good, the first waiter that took our order was extremely slow and ignorant, but luckily her shift ended. Then we asked for the bill from the second waiter. The bill was 42 I gave her 50, then we waited, waited, after 20 mins I went and told her that we have to go if she can bring us the change. She apologized and put the money in my hand, in a mad way. I would have left them tips even though the service was rather bad but taking for yourself 8 euros is a bit much, is not nice at all. I get the feeling they treat tourists like this and they are used to it. It’s sad, other than that I liked the place.

Awful treatment to Americans. We paid for 6 adult drinks and did not get served. We saw many others get drinks right away. After 30 minutes we went up to see what was going on they acted like we never paid. Luckily we had the receipt and when we showed them they gave us all the wrong order of just sodas. This place is nothing short of garbage. Luckily Florence is a beautiful city and you can find other things to do.

Good atmosphere good wine good service but the doors are wide open and it's really freezing. You can tell by the customers who are all wearing jackets inside

Rudest bartender I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I worked in a club for 9 years, so I’ve been exceedingly nice to staff at hundreds of bars. I’m still in disbelief at how RUDE, confrontational, and aggressive this woman was. She also refused to give me my change and kept the €2 for herself on my overpriced drink. Skip this place.

How can such place do not have any Italian beer ? Only heineken and Corona available and 8 € a piece lol. Out of stock of 80% of their beer. Next

Very nice atmosphere and music, hip crowd, especially on a Friday/Saturday night, but difficult to get in during peak hours. Getting a drink, an adventure...Make sure you dress up, if you want to fit in..

I like this caffe. It's hidden inside the palazzo on the ground floor so is a dark, quiet, cooler place to hide on a hot day. The food is pretty good, the coffee is decent, maybe the prices are slightly high but as a place to relax and regroup (and use the toilet) it works very well. I found the staff Italian in their frankness but with a smile and a sense of humour.

Worst bar I’ve ever been to. Over charged me, they charged me 30 euro then tried to poor me bottom shelf Jose Quervo in a tequila & sprite. Told me they couldn’t poor anything better without another 20 euro for better tequila.worst bar I’ve been in the world. Save your time and visit the many other wonderful places in Firenze.

No proper drink menu's and when I ordered a pint of beer (400ml) I was charged 8e for it! They're are some really nice reasonably priced places to go for a drink in Florence but this is not one of them.

The service on the patio is really poor. Asked to pay bill since the waiters were changing, which was fine but when reordering more drinks was told by the old waiter to wait for the new one, the the old waiter goes around the entire patio and cleans all the tables and does not pass the message to the new waiter to take my order. Very poor service, never thought any place would be this bad.

Appears they may not like non Italian speaking guests. Everyone around me who ordered a drink got some nibbles but I didn't. Staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers.

Wonderful atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable in the red wine department, particularly in the Cabernet Sauvignon area. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

Awesome place to eat and drink, super cocktails. Friendly service. And the best in my opinion is the Shisha with a lot of taste and the highest quality.

This place is vastly overpriced and the service is not that good. You pay for the location, and that’s about it. Instead, go to the Odeon Bistrot next door. The prices and service are much better.
