So happy that I found this place @senzaltro_bistrot on my first day in Florence. This little gem had amazing pasta and pizza. Food was ready pretty fast even though there was only one person cooking. The pasta was super special, and not just the flavor but the ingredients used as well. I wish I had more time in the city so I could pay it another visit!

Incredible pizza! Maybe of the best pizza you will find in all of Italy. Their dough is super crisp and airy. I can’t believe that it’s also full grain….

Big big big recommend. We were in Florence for a month and went there 6 times. We tried many places and dare call this the best one overall. Menu changes constantly and quality and service are excellent every time. Very tasty food and super friendly staff. Nduja pizza became our all-time favorite. If you like a bit of spice, go for it 👌 Thank you!

A hidden gem located on a pedestrian street in Florence. The place had fantastic service as well as amazing food, we tried 2 of the pastas as well as one of their pizzas. Both pastas had lots of flavour, but i prefered mine with bell pepper sauce and prawns, super fresh and tasty. The salsiccia pasta was also amazing and was packed with flavour, super tender sausage and great smokey sauce with herbs. The pizza was unique with a thick and fluffy sour dough bread, topped with high quality burrata and prosciutto. We loved it. They had 3 different red wines and we decided to go with a smooth aromatic wine recommended by the waiter, it did not dissapointed. Would higly recommend visiting this place!

Best food, service, general restaurant experience we had in Florence. Great service and every single dish was incredible. Wish we could have tried everything on the menu.

This is the best pizza I've ever had. The dough was crispy and the right thickness. The calimari was also flavorful and amazing.

Was here during the New Year's Eve holiday for their special menu and it was so good that we came back again 2 nights later for their regular menu; we were only in Florence for 3 nights so that speaks to the great food and experience we had. Mario as a host was great and thank you for the memories. If we ever visit Florence again, we will for sure come back.

Absolutely phenomenal food! 10000% come here. It was so unexpectedly good. It’s tucked away on a fairly quiet street. The restaurant is pretty unassuming and casual. We were blown away by the quality of food you get for the price. It was fine dining adjacent in a casual, affordable place. We got a vegetable medley, burrata pizza(star of the show), pasta, and a melon dessert that was super unique. I wish I could come here again.

Everything here is good. From their unique pasta dishes to their amazing Pinsas. The prices are a bit high given the location and the service but the food quality justifies it. Definitely recommended as a local.

Utterly amazing Such a great end for our trip. The food was incredible, so simple but super flavoursome. What can top that??? Well the staff! They were fantastic. Explaining everything, sharing our starter, helping our wine choice. Definitely book and visit

There is a huge variety and diversity of creative food, with the combination of classic Italian cuisine and modern techniques ✨ The tastes are all super delicate and delicious 😊 already been here many times and will definitely come back!

Fabulous! Must Try! We arrived in Florence and needed a late lunch on Christmas Day. This place was awesome! They had duck cannelloni today and it was delicious!

We have eaten here 2 times in our 6 days of Florance trip. Both times, pizza and pasta were delicious. Staff was very helpful and kind. I totally recommend having a dinner here.

Pizza was great. Fish was great and the plate very nice to view, maybe it could have been cooked a little bit less. Homemade bread was special. The environment inside is nice and welcoming: nice level of AC and volume of music. The service was really well done. 4 and not 5 starts bc it is a little bit too expensive. You can reserve with the fork and have 20% discount.

So far my favourite pizza in Florence, and the selection was creative. They don't have so many tables so booking is probably a good plan. We had to wait a bit for a table on a Wednesday night. Service was wonderful. Their cutlery was particularly tastful, as were the napkins. In a city full of outstanding food this stood out just that little bit extra.

Amazing pizza, each one is quite sizable and very filling. We had to take half of each of ours for takeaway.

Highly recommend this place! From the friendly staff that was very helpful to the delicious food! We had a pizza to share, that you could tell was from very good quality ingredients and the seabass with touches of eggplant, yogurt and mango that was also exquisite! Very fresh, tasty and light. They were also very kind to make me a drink that had no alcohol. ☺️

Cute small place in Florence. The staff is really nice and the food was great. One of the best restaurants in Florence. Everything is cooked in front of you really "handmade" not prepared sauces for pasta or dough for pizza.

Very special place off the busy touristy center. Our local friend suggested it. The food was very good, and our waiter told us the spacial stories of the chef’s inspirations in their dishes. Great service and very cozy atmosphere.
