Don’t accept the 4th floor apartment, “Vespucci”. The occupants of the apartment above the “Vespucci”, which is not part of the Lungarno Apartment, are very, very noisy, running around, moving objects around all the time. The bathroom fans are very, very noisy as well. The bathroom light switch controls all the lights and the fan. The fan could not be switched off on its own. We complained to the hotel, but there was no improvement during our 3 night stay.

It's real 5*comfort: The staff is very friendly and has good advices (short italian language- and food training included). The roms are comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed spending Christmas here.

We had a very nice room at The second floor Just looking The River and The ponte vecchio. The hotel Lungarno is very special place with an elegant and unique interior design. The service is always Great. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful experience. Five star hotel. Very clean, excellent service, great location with walking distance to many of the museums…shopping near by, restaurants, etc. We were traveling with our three children and they gave us a beautiful family room. Beds were super comfortable and everything just very elegant. Special thank you to the front desk staff and a gentleman named Imran (hope I spelled right) who brought us our stroller to the train station when we left it by accident. I felt bad asking but they offered to bring it right away when we only had 15 mins to board the train. I couldn’t believe it…I was so so grateful. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

Went here for part of our honeymoon. Absolute incredible service. You know it's good when the homie comes running up a slope to get your luggage. Stayed here as part of the AMEX preferred hotels and absolutely have no regrets. Having our own full terrace with 360 views of Florence was perfect. Also the room service truffle pasta was 🤌 not to mention if you get a chance to eat at their michelin restaurant, do it!

What a lovely hotel! Although only for one night, the service from the entire staff was unmatched. We were upgraded to a river view suite, which had an amazing view of the Arno. We were able to watch the sunset and sunrise from our balcony - one of the best views we've had on our trip. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was very comfortable. The only downside was that you could hear some outside noise from the room which may be an issue for light sleepers. Location is also perfect. Out of the four hotels I've stayed in within Florence, this was definitely my favorite.

We stumbled upon this place and decided to get a quick lunch and we were glad we did. Small, intimate and the food was delicious. Nice quite place to get a way from the crowds to relax a bit. The place is just a stones throw for the Ponte Veccicho bridge. It's right in front of you as you relax with great food and delicious wine. Lots of people would stop just to take in the view and snap a photo.

From Paola’s warm welcome and walk-around, all the staff’s helpfulness and attention, this is one of our best hotel experiences ever. Lavishly appointed and attended rooms, one of the most elegant lounge-bar-eating areas and quite simply the best club sandwich I have ever had! Thank you Hotel Lungarno and your entire team for one of the most immersive and pleasurable hotel experiences of our lives. The Albrecht Family.

We went to have some coffee and sweet, we asked for Americano but the taste was like the worst instant coffe that I have ever tasted. The young ladie that served us was trying to be sincere. The person that collected the payment was terribly rude and after taking the payment he turned and was saying something in Italian that i didn't understand, it did not sound good. My opion is that it is not worth the experiance.

This hotel is amazing! The views are untouchable, the rooms are beautiful and they have fresh flowers. Love everything about this hotel but the best part of the hotel is their staff!!! Wow they are thinking ahead all the time. Very nice and polite people, all of them are great but in special the ones helping with the luggage. I was impressed. They really care about the customers. I will come back soon.

Review of the bar only: Absolutely delicious range of cocktails. Quite pricey but excellent location and so comfortable. The fruit juice was also beautiful and just what I needed after a day walking around the city.

This place was incredible. I’ve stayed at a ton of nice hotels, this one might be my favorite. The staff was incredibly hospitable and would tidy the room whenever we left—it was such a nice touch. 5 stars.

What a lovely time we had staying at Hotel Lungarno! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly and hospitable. Imran was very kind and gave us many recommendations. If you like cocktails, the bar served the best Negroni we had in Florence. The rooms were clean and had all amenities needed for someone traveling from the states. We will definitely be back for another stay the next time we visit Firenze!

We stayed here 2 nights for our honeymoon and for the price we paid, around 500$ this place fell short. We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room, we killed a bunch of them but I still got a few mosquitoes bite. The check in process was good but that’s about it. Very out dated with the decor. Right when we checked in the carpet looks like some kids stepping on chips around the room, cleanliness is maybe a 4. Would not recommend. Pay a bit more and stay at the Savoy

This hotel is 5 star silver service all the way. Sadly did not get a room with a view but the staff were amazing and the rooms were large and very well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the afternoon drinks downstairs. The location was within walking distance to most landmarks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lungarno. I've been to Florence several times, but this is my first time staying on the "other side" of the Arno river. The views were fantastic & although it's very close to Ponte Vecchio it's much quieter than hotels located closer to the main attractions. The rooms are well appointed with comfy beds. The staff was very friendly & service was excellent. It's definitely a property I would stay at again & recommend to my clients.

Just got back from 4 amazing days in Tropea. The hotel is perfectly located from both the town and the beach! The staff, led by the owner Massimo, are outstanding. Each and every staff member goes out of their way to please you. They catered to my every request from dinner to excursions. Their breakfast is delicious! I can’t say enough about the hotel. A superb experience. Will definitely go back!

The staff was very nice, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I'm so impress with the hotel. The room so clean, night cleaning was perfect and at the time we are out, that means thay really care in services. I was impressed by welcome fruit, drinks and a very lovely message. The location was perfect. Lovely view along the river. The hotel very secure, i feel safe here. The hotel close to almost every recommended restaurant, i travel florence on foot during trip, the taxi strike was not effect our trip at all. The frontdesk, I dont remenber his name, he was so frindly lovely and very helpful I totolly recommend this hotel!! I stayed in a lot 5 stars hotel. This is one of my favourite place❤

We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon and unfortunately the experience fell short. The location is prime, check in was fantastic and nothing to complain about in terms of service - but nothing to write home about either. However, if judging by value for price: the rooms were underwhelming (try figuring out the light switch labyrinth), there were no amenities in the hotel, and breakfast was average. Overall, did not feel like a 5 star experience

Horrible service. Front desk completely messed up logistics. No care for guests. Room was loud. Will not return

This hotel was classy and luxurious. it was over looking the river of the centro storico. They upgraded me to a suite with the same river view and it included breakfast buffet. I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a gym but they do send you to a near by sister hotels that will take u in at no additional cost and they give you a Boucher card that gives u a discount to certain stores . it had a nice sitting area with a beautiful view and a cozy bar . I love the music that they played and over all it had a nice vibe. it is a bit pricey but if is not hurting your pockets is worth the splurge. I would definitely come back .

The hotel is beautiful with views of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio. My room with a terrace was extremely quiet and comfortable overlooking the river. The hotel staff was so warm and accommodating. They made me feel like a princess for two days. I will definitely be back whenever I visit Florence again.

I stayed 4 nights with a group of friends. Lovely hotel with Salvatore Ferragamo products. They smell divine. The location was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. I looked forward to it daily. The staff was helpful and friendly. I don't recommend room 213 although the view was nice. My bathroom door would not fully open. It was extremely inconvenient.

The hotel has the best taste! Simple yet elegant; classic yet modernised! The service has beaten my expectations which usually is very high. If the breakfast and hair dryer could be improved, it will be perfect!

This is a family owned chain of exclusive hotels in Italy. They offer several wonderful venues throughout the Tuscan region. The hotel we are staying at is on the Arno just steps from the Ponte Vecchio. This hotel is located central to all of the most famous sightseeing locations and does not scrimp on customer service or luxury. This is a must do hotel if you enjoy small quaint hotels with old fashion style and service.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel for one night and ended up staying for three nights. On the third night, they upgraded us to one of the best suites in the hotel. The decor was so beautiful, the art was magnificent and the views were unmatched. Not to mention, the beds were unbelievably comfortable. I have to say that our favorite part of our stay was the staff. Not only we’re we treated like royalty but EVERYONE was kind, attentive and beyond professional. The crew, the ambiance, the stay was a 10 out of 10. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area.

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
