I would not stay at this hotel again. The shower wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. We know because there was an old bar if soap left by the last guests 🤮. The staff was also rude. I went to the front desk to ask for someone to clean it and the clerk proceeded to hold a 12-minute conversation with a phone caller in the middle of our conversation, so it didn’t get addressed until the next day when housekeeping came. Better hotels who care more about their customers in Florence.

The rooms were very clean and there was an ok amount of space. However, the shower space was very small and there was very hard to shower. The restaurants were good, although one restaurant didn’t have hot water. Nevertheless, this is still a good hotel.

The rooms were nice and very clean; the hotel was beautiful, but the service was less than optimal, they were downright unfriendly, especially the 2 barmaids that we encountered! They preferred to chat amongst themselves and flirt with the young men than wait on us. The front desk was also less than accomodating.

Take care of your belongings!!! I was accommodated 2 weeks ago in this hotel. In the day of departure, my roommate forgot a bag with some personal stuff under the chair in the room. In the evening, we called the reception and we were told to call the next morning after 9 o'clock, because we need to talk to the cleaning department. We respect the advice and make the call, and we were assured that they will check and come back to us, which didn't happened! Same day, in the afternoon, after no news from the hotel representative, we asked our Italian guide to give them a call and explained them that we would like to talk with the Hotel Manager regarding this issue and he was promised to come back to us with an answer, after checking. My roommate was called and told that they checked and nothing was found and to write a mail to the Cleaning Department Manager for double-checking! And, if she find the bag in some other place, to tell them! :( The other day, they responded to her mail that after double-checking nothing was found! It's not a matter of the value of the stuff from the bag (denim jacket, cosmetics, souvenirs), but a principles one! Is normal when you find something in a room to go to the reception and announce, because there is the place where you ask about the lost items. As a conclusion: use the safe in the room for values and take care/double or triple check not to forget something in the room, otherwise you'll not get it back from the cleaning ladies!

Breakfast was beyond horrible Room service does not exist at all. I couldn’t even get a coke from the bar after 10pm. all the vending machines at the hotel are out of service. NO sense of service or hospitality at all House keeping give you new towels and fix you bed! That’s IT not even put a water bottle for you in the room or clean the floor. I stayed there for 3 days with my air conditioning not working properly despite the number of times they tried to fix it. Very poor over all experience at this hotel. Would not come back or recommend to anyone.

We stayed here as a part of a guided tour of Italy. It was about 25 minute walk to the center of Florence and in a lovely neighborhood conveniently located. The lobby bar was nice with lots of comfortable seating. The included breakfast (we were in a tour group) had a lot of choices and the coffee machine made good Cafe Americano and cappuccino. The rooms are small but serviceable, the bed comfortable. The bathroom is smaller and the shower is tiny. The walls are thin and we physically felt the fit next door slam.

Very nice hotel with a decent breakfast. Service was very good. Only 12 min walk to Basilica of St. Croce. A little pricey but enjoyable. It was a nice treat for us

Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, breakfast was well organized, and it was delicious and fresh. Staff is friendly, and the room service was prompt when things were needed ( laundry service, hair conditioner, extra pillow). However I will give three stars because the walls are very thin. Upstairs above us, all we can hear is someone dragging a chair or a dresser across the floor. Either it was that, or they were remodeling the second floor, or it was the building's plumbing. I can't think of what could be so unpleasant. It was ongoing all day and all night. Whenever we are in the room, we can hear it. Sadly, it prevents me from sleeping. You can hear this all over the second story but mainly right over room 123. Room 223? I could also hear the bar and the partying on the ground floor. As I said , hollow walls. Windows had no screens, it's hot, and there are mosquitos joining us for the night.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and fairly close to all tourist attractions. Breakfast was nice (there was a conference happening so not sure if it was just because of that) - no complaints!

Around August 16 stayed here with Trafalgar Travel Tour Group on "Great Italian Cities Tour". We were treated well by the staff. The Breakfasts were amazing, and they looked after my wife's diabetes dietary needs !!! We appreciated that very much !! Also, I used their laundry cleaning service for some shirts and pants, and they actually got a stain out of one of my shirts that my cleaners in the US has never been able to get out !!! I dropped it off at the desk around dinner time, and they had my laundry delivered in a basket when we returned the next day from our tour group tour...Around 4-5pm !!! I will stay here again if we visit in the future !!

Ideal place to base your exploration of Florence. Old world charm and friendly staff. Only downside was the amenities. Our room was not cleaned and the air conditioning did not work. The tv was tiny but you don't come to Florence to watch TV. The rooms need updating. Other than that, a nice enough place.

Perfect location.. Just 15/20 minutes away from the center and super enjoyable to walk, as the hotel located on the bank of the Arno River. Staff is super helpful and kind. I liked my room and buffet breakfast, and also lobby bar was super fast on serving the food that i ordered.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms did not feel very clean and I could see mold in the bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are very warm and the AC units don’t work but you can’t open the window without being attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes (which we should have realized with all of the bug remains we saw on the walls when we first walked into the room). Everyone I talked to was having the same problems so it wasn’t just our room. The lobby area was clean and the staff was professional and kind but that was the only pros. We stayed in the south side of the hotel so these issues may only be happening there and not the main building. If you decide to stay here, I recommend only booking a room if it’s in the main building.

The hotel has a good location not far from the city center. They have car parking next to the building. The staff speak English. Inside is clean and tidy, warm. Wifi is at a good speed. Breakfast is good. The rooms have space to move around, beds are comfy. The main train station is 35 minute walk away.

The room was good enough. The windows/balcony doors are very strange. Breakfast buffet had dirty spoons out that I asked the service team to clean. They didn't want to believe me and gave me smug looks.

I have no complaints. It was a beautiful hotel and specifically, I liked the location, right across from this huge park and within the park are coffee bars :) If you love coffee, well, that is a big win. Within the hotel, I used the laundry services and for a suitcase of clothes I paid about 90 euros. Each piece of clothing was pressed and packaged. It was like I had just bought it and received it in the mail. That was spectacular. I want to mention, right around the corner if you exit the hotel, turn right and turn that first right corner to get to the first bank on the right, it charged me the least amount in conversion fees for withdrawl and that was nice bit of savings. The hotel breakfast was is unlike the U.S- high quality and tasty. I am not a breakfast person, and did try it once.

Nice hotel, near the city center ( but a good twenty minutes walk to reach it). Rather small, but well appointed rooms. Good breakfast. The hotel denied payment with ( absolutely valid) credit cards, causing me a great problem the last day.

This is not a four-star hotel. At best, it’s a three star hotel in need of an update. The breakfast is sad as well. Very little fresh fruit or any healthy options. Also- there is mold in the room.

Nice hotel with good food, but it's pretty large and somewhat confusing. I forgot how to get to my room😏 , but the staff was great, helping me locate it 👍. The safe in the room was inoperable 👎. I called guest services a few times, but no one ever showed👎. If you're from the U.S., DON'T forget your power converters (the hotel doesn't carry spares)! Try to use converters with multiple power outlets as well as USB charging. There was only one plug readily available in the room.

The hotel is good, comfortable, in a quiet area, exactly the same as described in the booking site The staff are great and very friendly. The breakfast is ok but not that much varied. The rooms are very small for 4 beds. The wifi is very bad. The location is very comfortable and was not far from attraction places. The parking is very weird.. it is underground but outside the hotel. There is no elevator to get to it. You need to walk an upward track of almost 70 meters to reach the side door of the reception. For a person like me who has knees problems and back-pain issues.. this was a disaster. However, due to the other good things in hotel, the parking problem didn’t seem that bad.

We stayed 3 nights here. Happy and satisfied. We had a big, silent and comfortable room on the 5th floor. Breakfast was good. Nice staff. Reserved and payed daily for the parking but it’s all worth it. Location is perfect. We walked to all places we wanted to go. Would come back again.

The hotel was very nice. The bathroom in our room was comically small, but others in our party had much larger bathrooms, so it just depends on which room you get. The location wasn't super close to the touring we did around Florence, but it was right on the river and across the street was a cool little outdoor bar that had love music and dancing at night. That was actually the highlight of our trip to Florence, experiencing what seemed to be a cool locals hangout.

Fantastic hotel and conference center across the Arno river, and 15 minutes walk from historic Florence. Big rooms, fast internet and delicious food. Very helpful and attentive staff.

Special thanks to your housekeeping department. The maids were so kind with us and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect. You have to upgrade the quality of your breakfast items! It is one of the most important things in a hotel.Cold eggs and not fresh pastries.

Not satisfied with the guest room. My pictures provide this evidence. 1. Small bathroom 2. Broken shower handle holder. 3. Biohazard mold inside mini fridge. Overall, I would go to another hotel with five stars and never come to this dump ever again.

Good room. Elevator had some issues so could not reach the 6th floor. View from balcony is Nice. Some more fruit at the breakfast would be appreciated

My wife's and my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The guest room we were assigned was too small to accommodate our luggage) which was considerable on tour). There were only two available electric outlets for guest use. The shower base was only 30" X 30," which is too small for average people. There were no amenities such as a mini-fridge or coffee maker. There may be nicer rooms at this hotel, I don't know.

A class place, modern and clean. Large was closets with tub, shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The refrigerator on the room was it working. Convenient location close to many sites with a quick walk. There is a bar and restaurant. The breakfast is in a separate area with machine made coffee.

Room was clean but extremely small. Hair dryers only work for 20 seconds then shut off & will not come back on for 2-3 mins. Call for a new and was told that’s they way they work & there was nothing they could do. I would not consider this a working hair dryer. Also found a bug in our bathroom. Showed them the picture & did not believe us. You can not adjust the temperature of the room. The hotel controls that. Customer service/front desk was useless for any help or needs we had. Breakfast had a nice selection & many choices
