Stayed 4 nights with family and kids. One of the best hotels in the world. The service is superb, always there when needed anything. The housekeeping cleans the room twice or more a day. The food is so delicious. It was perfect. Thank you H&B you made my stay in Florence unforgettable 🤍

Beautiful hotel in the chic shopping area (if you like that sort of thing) and 5-7 min walk from all the tourist sites, Ponte Vecchio bridge, the river, etc. The service it is good overall. The front desk staff were really excellent (I posted pics from our Junior Suite)-Cosimo and Elena both in particular. One area they could do better is with the in-room tea/coffee amenities (there are no creamers for adding milk/substitutes, and if you ask for milk they will bring it without mentioning the 11 Euro service charge, and no fridge). Breakfast is good and service very efficient, though a little without warmth if it matters to you, and it varies by person).

LOVED our stay here. It was so close to everything in Florence. Food, service and room were great! We also enjoyed a couples massage in their spa. It was so so so relaxing and so good. Have recommended this hotel to our friends too!

Me and my partner picked this hotel for our anniversary. We stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. I’m a hygiene freak, one of them taking my detol spray everywhere even way before covid! This hotel is absolutely spotless, best location and very nice professional staff. This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Italy. We were a family with older kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite , it was ver generous in size the 4 of us were lost in the space , very comfortable, clean, attention to details. The spa was a bonus . The only comment I would make is about their breakfast, there weren’t many options that are for celiac diet and there was far too much of cold meats and pastries not enough fruits and varieties of food. I would stay back with a doubt absolutely loved the place an stage location is 10/10.

An amazing hotel! We spent four nights in the hotel. The room is clean. The services from all staff members were excellent. The check in staff member gave us a great introduction of the hotel when we checked in. They have been very welcoming throughout the whole stay. The only downside is the view from the room. Not all rooms get perfect views but we are totally fine with that. The hospitality and wonderful service made that up. Also, if this is your first time in Florence and want to find great places to eat, I strongly recommend checking in with the concierge person. He recommended us to a local restaurant and we had our best meal throughout our Italy trip. A wonderful hotel! We will definitely stay there again if we visit Florence in the future.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, especially Alexandro Pini and Lenda. The accommodations were spectacular and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere. The hotel recommendations for meals were the best!

I don’t believe it is a 5 star hotel with more than 800 euros per night. The service in its restaurant, was so bad, not even one star! Especially at first day, all the staff ignored us totally! Especially the waiter with older age, was so rude and disrespectful! If the reason was I am a Chinese and you hates Chinese, please at least behave professionally when you are working! You are working at a 5 star hotel, don’t you remember? I paid even includes your service! People choose to live in 5 star hotel, mainly for its service, not only for the facilities! By the way, the facilities were only 4 star! Not 5 star level at all. Breakfast was not good, not much choice! So all in all, I paid more than 800 euros per night only for its location! At least the location was good though. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

This was by far the best place my wife and I stayed in Italy for our honeymoon. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot close to sight seeing / eating and was very beautiful and felt like home. They gave us entrance to their spa for our special trip and the staff was very inviting. What makes this hotel deserving of praise was the outstanding hospitality and customer service, specifically the concierge Alessandro Marchese. He made our stay amazing and was so kind and gracious to recommend us gems to eat at and visit that that he himself went to. He genuinely felt like a close friend going great lengths to ensure we had a pleasant time in his city and I can’t begin to thank him enough for his kindness and help. He called his favorite restaurants and ensured we got seats despite how busy they were. It is rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about customer service and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness! The hotel itself is definitely worth the stay but what made it stand out above everywhere else we visited was Alessandro. We will definitely return for another stay just to see him!

From the minute I walked in the door I knew this was going to be an exceptional stay! The hotel has been beautifully renovated and is spotlessly clean. The room was updated high end decor , the bathroom was luxurious and the public lobby and bar areas are beautiful with a true Florentine feel. Service is impeccable in all aspects and dinner, cocktails and breakfasts were wonderful. There are no words for the professionalism of the warm and welcoming staff. Location is excellent for sight seeing, museums and shopping. This hotel is a shining example of what hospitality in the hotel industry should be. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Firenze!

We have spend 3 nights at the hotel we had an amazing room in the new part of the hotel. The staff was a bit unfriendly but it must be the style of the H&B … A HUGE THANK YOU to the manager of the Spa who is a wonderful and nice Lady and who speak French perfectly. C’était un plaisir de vous rencontrez et d’enfin rencontrer un visage souriant parmi le personnel de l’hôtel.

Disappointing - had high hopes. Fine if you want an expensive bed but nothing more - no access to rooftop area was granted, no other areas to relax outside the room, standard room is tiny, the sink is so wonky you can’t put your toothbrush on it as it falls off, they don’t have any internet on the TV and when we notified it on first night we were told it’d be fixed in the morning. Then next day still not fixed so notified again and they tried to call when I was on work call - could have contacted us in writing and fixed it when we were out. Their explanation was that they tried to call - for the cost per night they can buy a smart TV. Problems should be resolved quickly and without troubling the guest. Instead it was excuses and changed explanations. Staff are great as is the coffee.

Beyond happy staying at this hotel. Fantastic, friendly and prompt customer service. Beautiful rooms. Incredible location. My first time in Florence, could not have picked a better place to stay- walkable to anywhere in the city!! This hotel is up there with the Ritz Carlton’s and Four Seasons of the world! Best hotel experience in Italy!! Wow, what a beautiful place in a beautiful location. The staff was kind and the room was big and so comfortable. I think that the design of this amazing hotel says a lot. Go there! The price is a bit high - but what you pay is what you get. This place emphasis value for money.

From the moment we walked in the staff was amazing. Everything is so clean and comfortable in the rooms. Location was perfect. Restaurant is amazing with a wonderful breakfast. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, it truly made our experience in Florence more than we had hoped for. We are so thankful to have stayed here!!

Wonderful experience. We arrived very late in the evening and all other hotels were booked. Not only did they welcome us graciously, but they even extended a discount as it was so late. From the moment we arrived exhausted from a long and hot drive they attended to us with care and hospitality. The room was small, but impeccably furnished. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and provided the best sleep of our trip thus far. Cold A/C. We ate lunch at the on-site restaurant and had a beautiful experience there as well. If you want the absolute best experience in Florence, look no further.
