We were in Florence for 3 days and we only visited the four seasons for drinks. But my goodness what a phenomenal time we had. The staff were so welcoming, kind, dignified, gentle, you name it. The place itself was spectacularly beautiful, filled with art and the history (make sure you ask about the history of the place, it’s very interesting). We came in with backpacks and ordinary clothes and I wasn’t sure if they would be funny about that... not in the slightest. They us feel so welcome. We had such a nice time, we returned the following day.

The hotel looks better in the pictures. Clean and the service was helpful. Food on an average level, breakfast very poorly, and also the quality of fruit and products was very poor. The hotel service sends tourists (if they ask for recommendations) to typical, expensive and tasteless restaurants. We found several pearls individually on the top. We got a room with a balcony on the 1st floor - dark and not very sunny - I do not recommend it. We got a room with a balcony on the 1st floor - dark and not very sunny - I do not recommend it. We received a room with a balcony on the 1st floor - a dark and little sun - I do not recommend.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had the most exquisite experience at the 4 Seasons in Florence, Italy! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming staff, who treated me with the same level of kindness as the Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos. The property's hidden gem status is spot-on – the drive up may be deceiving, but what awaits you inside is pure magic. The picturesque views of Florence's iconic beauty from the hotel are breathtaking. The attention to detail in the decor, architecture, and landscaping truly elevates the experience. And let's talk about the food – the dining options are nothing short of fantastic. Every meal was a culinary delight, beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. Whether it was unwinding by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or simply strolling through the lush gardens, every moment was a reminder of the luxury and tranquility that the 4 Seasons in Florence offers. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a true masterpiece where luxury, hospitality, and beauty seamlessly come together.

This place isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience. There is nowhere in the world quite like it. Inside, you’re met with a beautifully refurbished former Palace. Outside, you have the largest private gardens in the whole of Florence, and they are maintained spectacularly. My wife and I got married at this Hotel, so we are naturally biased, but the service is everything you’d expect from five stars, and the setting is just wonderful - even the air smells good from the lemon trees that surround the outside seating area. Of course it is expensive, but it is worth every Euro. Honestly one of the best hotels in the world.

An exceptional experience from working with the concierge team ahead of the trip to arrival and through departure, no detail was missed. A beautiful property away from the historical center, but easily within walking distance. Our Villa room was amazing with a second story view overlooking the gardens. I appreciated that all details such as securing a car for us and spa appointments were handled perfectly. The staff was genuine and as kind and welcoming as any hotel we have stayed at. We especially appreciated the welcome from the general manager when we arrived and all of the great people who recommended places, gave us advice and helped make our stay memorable. I wish I could recall everyone’s name. But special thank you and recognition to Ariel in the breakfast area who we looked forward to talking to each morning. He is truly a remarkable person who is outstanding at what he does. All in all, a wonderful place that knows luxury and service and how to execute flawlessly on each. I can’t say enough great things about this Four Seasons.

My husband and I stayed at FS Firenze for 3 nights. It is not located in the heart of the city but easy 20 min walk to main shopping area. The room was immaculate and the service was amazing. As an elite member we did get an upgrade to a suite facing their beautiful sculpture garden. They also have a Michelin star restaurant on site. Their spa was great. I had a 50min massage. If you like privacy and want to relax in the city, FS is a great hotel to stay at.

Excellent. As you would expect for this level of a hotel. Fantastic staff. Gorgeous rooms and facilities. Minor comment - this hotel (building) is hundreds of years old. I believe the Four Seasons is only 13 years old. Wonderfully kept up but on the lobby level, there was a sewer type odor outside the bar area and into the elevator area. Perhaps bad timing? Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful property. Just out of the main hustle of town to give decision, privacy, sanctuary - but only a few minutes walk away. Staff is very attentive, warm & friendly, with attention to every detail or request. Enjoy walking through the gardens and lounging at the pool while staying at the property. Great bar, and courtyard to have dinner or drinks.

Most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Exceptional service at check-in and at the concierge. The food at the breakfast buffet and the other restaurant near the lobby was amazing (try the risotto). The hosts and servers were all super friendly and welcoming. The room was also lot more spacious than other rooms in other European hotels. The garden, as well, was a huge bonus. Highly recommend it. :)

The best brunch of Firenze and maybe the best of all Italy !! Wahou the selections is insane! Raw and cooked fish Delicious meat as this Wellington beef, lamb... Selections of cheeses, ham... And this lovely full buffet of desserts with a stand of home made ice cream Service is just perfect as the charismatic Antonio! And the garden of this property is just amazing

Nice large room with great linens. Spacious bath with soaking tub with separate stall shower and toilet room. Turn down service. And how do the men out front remember our names? Restaurant served a great tasting menu. Beautiful garden and well appointed gym.

From the moment you step in you are made to feel welcomed. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are excellent. The rooms are stunning and large. I loved the huge bath tub. Great location within walking distance to most attractions.

The grounds outside the hotel are a wonderful break from the city. The hotel is everything you would expect. Keep in mind that the tradeoff is that it is NOT in the middle of the city. You come here for quiet and respite. To get to the main part of the city will take 10 minute walk or a quick taxi ride.

Great Experience! I had the opportunity to stay at this luxurious hotel and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. The facility is magnificent, with spacious and well-furnished rooms, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of customers, always ready to offer assistance and resolve any problems. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide choice of delicious dishes prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city and the proximity to the main points of interest makes access very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service.

First time in the area, and it's a great place to stay. Perfect location to be in the center of town. Staff were great, took care of anything we needed, and helped us with navigating the city. Beautiful rooms with amazing views.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time here. The entire experience was first class, easily the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Excellent location, amenities, food and incredible staff. We had one lengthy stay, moved out to explore Tuscany and ended up returning to 4seasons as we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend.

My wife and my stay at the Four Seasons Florence was, as to be expected for the Four Seasons' brand, delightful. But all was not perfect. See below.... The grounds were a standout—4.5 acres of serene, beautifully manicured grounds right in the midst of bustling Florence. It's a breath of fresh air (literally) and provides a perfect escape after a day in the city. Service was top-notch, just as we've come to expect from the Four Seasons brand. Friendly, attentive staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. The food was consistently tasty, though when it wasn't, the staff worked to make it right. The pool area was a nice place to relax. Plus, the hotel's location is ideal. Being only a 10-minute walk from the city's center, it offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and proximity. It is almost silly how great the location and grounds are. And apparently the main building is a 15th century house of Medici (though our guide was skeptical. Dunno the truth). A couple of disappointments: The selection of white wines by the glass left a bit to be desired, especially given the cost of the premium option ($40 for a glass - a bit silly even for the Four Seasons). A bit more important for me - while the gym had decent cardio machines, it really seemed to be an afterthought when it came to the weight machines. Not up to the Four Seasons' name and standard. All in all, our time in Florence was enhanced by our stay at the Four Seasons.

We stayed here during a trip to Italy. My wife had booked the hotel and I did not research it before arriving . What an unbelievable surprise. The property is spectacular - an oasis in a beautiful city . I love Florence but we didn’t want to leave the property! Restaurants and service wonderful . Well done four seasons !!!!

Visited for our 20th anniversary and as always the four seasons didn't let us down. What an amazing place here in Florence. Restored history and just great service and attention.

Speaking for the aperitivo only, the hotel is beautiful and the location overall is amazing. Nevertheless, the Christmas decorations are not very luxurious and a bit cheap. Service was good, but could be improved. The music was too loud and the personnel could have proposed to take the coat. Also, we had to wait too long for the check and asked twice.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were surprised by the cocky and cool attitude of the staff. The only thing we were satisfied with at the hotel was our lunch order on the day we checked in. The food came very quickly and was very tasty. But we were completely hungry at dinner. We opened an expensive bottle of wine and they didn't bring our food for 1.5 hours. When the food came, we lost our appetite from eating bread and we couldn't eat the food. And the restaurant staff was disrespectful. We won't choose this hotel again, it was a very bad experience. And breakfast is also very meager and unsuccessful...

A five-star hotel in a beautiful historical compound. This is a hotel that’s incredibly beautiful in every detail. The building, the room, the restaurants, the bar, even the spacious gym is modern and cool. Service is also excellent from housekeeping, concierge to breakfast service. Don’t miss the cocktail at the bar.

We went there late for a cocktail and the team has been very nice to serve us a last drink close to the closing hours. We had a wonderful time, the atrium bar is cosy and the staff very professional. Thank you.

I stopped by to see how Four Seasons interprets Florence and they did not disappoint. I had a Negroni and apertivos in the atrium followed by a walk in the garden. Incredible and opulent atmosphere and amazing thoughtful service. It smelled wonderful. Every detail is considered.

Amazing property with the service to match. A unique private garden not usually found in hotels. Nice gym. Inventive cocktails. Unfortunately Il Palagio was closed during our visit. A very special experience.

One of the most beautiful bathrooms enjoyed in a hotel room. Fantastic pillows too! It may seem like a small thing but try having a good night's sleep with an uncomfortable pillow. A warm welcome, attentive staff, extensive gardens and grounds in a quiet location, quality fixtures and fittings, lovely linen and in-room facilities and spotlessly clean all combine to make this a top hotel. So why not 5 stars? The food is good but in no way exceptional with breakfast being a particular let down, our room was strangely designed, as if it had once been a corridor (I'm sure others are better) but the oddest aspect of the Four Seasons in Firenze is the apparent up-selling that attends all meals. It felt curiously un-Italian. We had to complain about the noise from a party which was courteously and satisfactorily dealt with but all in all a strangely disappointing experience.

The most beautiful hotel that I’ve stayed in. They have a private garden that is huge and absolutely breath-taking - I could spend days in there alone. The rooms are impeccably styled with lots of character and I had the best room service food here as well.

It feels like a privilege to stay in this hotel. Alessio gave us a quick tour of the hotel, telling us about the beautiful history of this place which made it so much more special. Concierge and reception was so helpful in getting us everything we asked. This place is unmatched in beauty and grandeur! Breakfast was perfect every morning the servers were so friendly we loved chatting with them. This a a place to truly live your best life in one of the greatest cities in the world

Easily, the warmest hello we have ever had as we entered the property and went to check in. Could not have felt more important. Over the holidays, magnificently decorated. Service over the top. When the servers know exactly what you ate the day before, you know you are at a great place. You wouldnt know you were in the middle of Florence by the gardens. Great gym. Food was fabulous. Breakfast over the top. The people there could not do enough for us. 10 stars!

Exquisite service in a fantastic and vibrant environment. The surroundings are classic with a modern twist and pristine finishing in every nook and corner. From the moment you greet the doorman to the time you check out, everyone is so nice and you can tell they want their guests to have a tailored experience. We particularly enjoyed the Tuscan breakfast buffet as each item was carefully chosen to treat your senses. Do not miss out on a great way to start the day with a Michelin quality breakfast in a Michelin star setting.
