Staff were amazing - best treatment we've ever had in any hotel worldwide. Room also very large and comfortable with a great view of Basilica Santa Croce. Cannot recommend enough, we'll be back!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great staff. All staff members ensured we had a wonderful stay, starting from the concierge who is always present (morning and night) at the entrance of the hotel to the reception desk and restaurant staff members. We received a free upgrade for our 2 night stay and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and when asked to buy their own baked cookies, they offered the recipe to make some at home! We received multiple personal notes from hotel manager along with complementary goodies throughout the stay. Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel is walking distance to all the major attractions within Florence city center.

Total rip off. The offered us an upgrade in our suite for $$$ , my wife countered with 1/2 of what they asked they didn’t accept, we looked at suite and then the mini suite and told them we were happy in mini suite, the phone rang 5 minutes later we could upgrade for a hundred plus. On check out they charged us twice, once for the mini suite and then an upgrade price for the suite . They ripped us off. We thought that they had reversed the mini suite cost, they hadn’t. Again, avoid this place. A bunch of crooks working the front desk. Trying charge back .

The rooms aren’t anything super crazy but the SERVICE IS UNPARALLELED! Both Giovanni and Denisa were so incredibly helpful with any ask that we had. Planned an incredible day in Tuscany for us, always had great restaurant recommendations and helped us with getting a dress last minute hemmed - absolutely unbelievable. Cannot recommend staying here enough!

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We were welcomed by the amazing staff, where they gave us drinks upon arrival, showed us a map of the city and their recommended places to see, then took our luggage to our room while we went to lunch. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the room is perfect. The staff is really what makes this place top notch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent in every single way. The room super clean and huge , the breakfast outstanding and the staff the kindest you can find in Florence. Accomodating and authentically kind. European Quality wrapped with florentine finesse, all in the same package. Room service placed at least twice a day.

We stayed at the Baglioni for seven days during the Christmas season. The hotel is gorgeous, elegantly decorated and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and all requests were taken care of promptly and always with a smile. Housekeeping was excellent. There's room for improvement in the breakfast. A bit more variety would be great. The location is perfect to explore Florence while at the same time provides a respite from the touristy areas.

The accommodations were very nice but the service we received was what made the trip. The staff was very attentive and helpful with scheduling all our activities. Their recommendations, especially the cooking class, were spot on.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and we both, for the first time agreed that this hotel is a truly 5 stars hotel located in the heart of Florence - walking distance to the most of the amazing attractions nearby. All of the Staffs were super-friendly and professional, their services were amazing and unforgettable in every details. Strongly recommended.

My wife and I recently traveled to Florence and this hotel was an "A" experience. Every employee is trained to give their best and make your stay very comfortable and accommodating. Denissa is one of the hotel employees who greets you when you check in and she was very kind and helpful to us. We asked her to set up a day to experience the Asmana Wellness World spa and she did that in an expert manner. I wish I had the names of the many hotel employees who all strive to be great. We had a great experience at Baglioni Relais Santa Croce. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms and a very central location. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in suggesting great restaurants and shopping quarters - considering it was my and my husband's first time to Florence. Would highly recommend.
