Beautiful hotel in downtown, close of every historic places, museums. Nice and safe area for walking at night to/from restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty large size for the Deluxe room very clean. Special mention for the bed: Excellent mattress quality ! we never slept so good in a hotel and would love to import it with us!!! Will stay at Hotel Pierre next time again.

Hotel Pierre is a great option for staying in Florence! The staff is fluent in English and Italian, the rooms are immaculate, and the amenities are extensive. The breakfast provided is a large assortment of fresh meats, cheeses, and pastries. They will happily watch your bags after you check out so you can enjoy the day easier a bit longer. I will stay here again when I return to Florence.

A charming hotel in the very centre of Florence. Old style politeness and efficient service. Large rooms, extremely clean and convenient. Wonderful breakfast. I enjoy returning to this friendly hostelry time and again for business and pleasure.

The service is great, both Italian and English! They stored my suitcase for me in between stays. Breakfast is also great, maybe best cappuccino I’ve had in Florence. The rooms are the only downside, some have a mini bar and closet and other do not. Overall I have stayed here 3 times and each time been happy. Great location and great hotel!

This hotel is not doing a good job advertising their large rooms. We stayed in a suite and the room was the size of a small apartment. It had two rooms. One big master bedroom and a smaller room with a single bed and a pull out couch. It would have been perfect for a small family. The hotel has a great location, walking distance from the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Super clean and friendly staff. Pictures are the view from our room.

Great hotel for what’s advertised & the price! We stayed here for our night and 2 days in Florence and it was in the PERFECT location. Walking distance from the train station, and walking distance to all you wanna do in Florence. Rooms are small but overall fine, we didn’t really spend much time in there, more just a place to sleep while we explored Florence. Breakfast was good, typical European hotel breakfast. Staff was super friendly and really accommodating to holding luggage and such!

The hotel front desk was awesome! They had great recommendations for dinner and they were very kind. The complimentary breakfast has a decent assortment of options. Mostly meat and cheese trays, eggs, yogurt, pastries, juice, and coffee. The only downside was the room. The view from the bedroom was a nasty back alley view that overlooked the trash cans. Right across from the window was another room’s window. Felt like no privacy with the shades open. The air conditioner as well did not work. Even with all this said though, we were barely in the room and we were out in the city, so this did not bother us too much.

This place was great. Clean room and centered in a perfect area for shopping and sightseeing. I had a hurt knee and the hotel staff made an effort to bring me bags of ice with a smile on their faces.

Nice hotel in an amazing location. Breakfast was the least impressive on our trip thus far. This area of town is very noisy so light sleepers beware. Beautiful tile and woodwork and nice sized rooms.

Great hotel! Located in the heart of Florence, perfect location. We got a big room. Service was very good. Great recommendation by the Hotel team. Room was clean. Nice breakfast. If you want to be in the center this is a great hotel.

The position of the hotel, the people who work there, both wonderfull. But, there is no heating at 6-12 degrees at night, and breakfast it s for a maximum 2 stars hotel.

AllegicGood location for visiting Ponte Vecchio at night. They offer a comfortable and clean room at a reasonable price and breakfast with fairly good European-style and a high-quality espresso and cappuccino. A drawback is that they have an air-conditioned heating system which causes trouble for allergic rhinitis.

Decadent hotel with rude staff. The breakfast and the servers were an embarrassment for the hospitality industry. The room didn't have any ventilation and smelled like mold.

Location is excellent, in the middle of the main shopping area, short walking distance from all the important tourist sites. Very helpful , friendly staff too.
