have
added
photos
in
response
to
the
hotel's
response.
Our
original
room
definitely
is
not
shown
on
the
website
as
stated
in
their
response.
Our
agent
contacted
the
hotel
immediately
on
our
behalf
with
no
success.
People
need
to
speak
up
and
share
their
bad
experiences
at
this
hotel.
We
can’t
be
only
the
second
people
to
be
sent
to
a
disgusting,
tiny,
horrid
smelling
room.
The
room
was
dark
and
so
small
we
weren’t
sure
where
we
would
put
a
single
suitcase.
The
bed
was
rock
hard.
I
sat
down
on
the
bed
to
call
the
front
desk
for
a
different
room
and
found
a
flea
crawling
on
me.
The
front
desk
person
put
me
on
hold
and
came
back
and
said
it
would
cost
us
an
additional
300
euros
PER
NIGHT.
I
stated
that
we
would
need
to
see
the
other
room
and
she
then
came
to
the
current
room
and
took
us
to
view
the
other.
We
had
no
choice
but
to
pay
the
extra
amount.
The
lobby
and
restaurant
are
beautiful
but
step
off
the
elevator
and
you
are
met
with
filthy
old
carpet.
I
don’t
think
the
carpet
on
their
very
prominent
staircase
was
vacuumed
the
entire
time
we
were
there.
We
didn’t
use
housekeeping
because,
feeling
scammed,
we
didn’t
want
hotel
staff
in
our
room.
When
we
called
for
toilet
paper,
towels,
etc,
service
was
instantaneous
and
the
staff
were
very
nice…which
is
why
I
give
service
two
stars.
