We very much enjoyed our stay at hotel Ponte Vecchio. Their service is 10 out of 10. The condition of the room was one of the best compared to the other hotels (normally 4-5 starts) that I’ve stayed before. Room is so clean and tidy. I knew I can rest in this hotel after having a very long day. The staffs are amazingly nice and always welcoming. It was superb service. I would certainly come back and will recommend to anyone who is planning to come to this amazing city. Also location of this hotel is really good. All the touristic destinations are in a walking distance and the area is less noisier than near the central station.

Best hotel I ever stayed at in Italy. The suite was spacious and very clean. It was very quiet at night as it seems the windows were seal-proof. The bathroom was modern with a huge tub. Great location where everything was within walking distance - no need to take cabs. There with lots of restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly and made sure to greet us every time we entered back into the hotel. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Excellent modern hotel just next to ponte vecchio. Great service staff who are ever so helpful. Highly recommended and book the apartment especially when traveling with children.

We loved this hotel! What a good location right by the bridge. Staff so friendly and responsive. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if you want a boutique Italian feel. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip!

This hotel was the best place we stayed on our entire vacation. Every member of the hotel greeted us morning and evening, helped us with reservations, directions and everything in between. Extremely nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and very large especially for the price. And the location couldn't be better. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see.

We had a wonderful stay at the Suites and Spa over Easter, the location is superb, close to the city centre and main attractions. The staff were super helpful and really friendly, Tatiana and the team made us feel right at home. Rooms spacious and well appointed with all the amenities needed. We did not use the Spa but it was nice to know it was there. Parking is available at the back of the Hotel and make sure you register it with Reception if you drive in to the Zone. Thanks again team!

We had a fantastic time here. The hotel staff were friendly and bent over backwards to help us with our 8 month old baby. The breakfast is delicious and very expansive considering how this is a small boutique hotel. The location was also perfect for exploring Florence. I cannot recommend this hotel more! Thank you!

Loved our two nights at the Ponte Vecchio Suite. The hotel is located on the quiet side of the Ponte Vecchio bridge next to cute shops and cafes. We needed a larger room because we were traveling with our adult son and the room was a nice size particularly by European standards. There is a small spa in the lower level, breakfast is included and they offer wine and champagne in the early evening. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon for 2 nights and it was one of the best experiences! The staff is SO helpful, the hotel is very clean, the room is so comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. They also made us reservations for dinner at restaurants we inquired about which was just wonderful. It is located in such a perfect spot in Florence, your just steps from everything with a small grocer, farmacia, and wonderful restaurants. The spa in the hotel is a wonderful little getaway on your own. We will return!

Wonderful small hotel very conveniently located. Had five rooms for our family and they we're all excellent. Better than the rooms was the staff. Unbelievably helpful in every way possible. This will be the only place we stay when we come back to Florence

The staff is Fabulous, Welcoming and very attentive to details. The location is right next to the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, the Arno, Galleria dell'Accademia and many other sites by foot. The hotel is located in a small charming and quiet street, nice restaurants and bars close by. The room is spacious, the bed is confortable and the jaccuzzi in the room is just what we needed to chill out at on our arrival. We finished our last day relaxing in the amazing Spa with a big jacuzzi, Amamm, Sauna. We highly recommand Ponte Vecchio Suite & Spa :)

We recently visited on our honeymoon. Excellent location, comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and gave us advice on the best things to see and do. The private spa was amazing and so relaxing. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The staff were quick to help with dinner reservations, the rooms were changed and sanitized, breakfast was brought to the room as advertised, and every offer of help was provided. The beds were comfortable, the jacuzzi in the suite was relaxing, and the black out curtains / blinds kept the room dark at night. Our only regret was that we had to leave so soon.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here in November. The staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any needs and the room was great. The central location made for easy / walkable access to everywhere we wanted to go in the city. We also had facials done at the spa which were excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Florence.

We couldn't have been happier with Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa for our stay in Florence this past October. Our original reservation was for 2 nights, but there happened to be a transportation strike so our flight was canceled and re-scheduled 48 hours later, the staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make sure that we had a room. The cappuccino with the breakfast bar was a great way to start each day...The location is great, you can get anywhere you want on foot with ease. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with great beds, and tremendous showers. This stay was a fantastic part of what was an amazing first trip to Italy. This stay was just another fantastic part of an amazing vacation.

Grazie mille! Our stay was fantastic. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff even surprised us with bubbly to celebrate! We felt really well cared for and it was easy to ask for directions and even help booking a tour of The Uffizi museum. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was so nice having a Nespresso maker and kettle for tea. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of traveling! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very nice. They took care of transportation and reservations for dinner. The city is amazing, great bridges and Duomos, a real pleasure to walk around and take in all the beauty. The hotel rooms were very modern, and they took care of any issues we had. We were there in the middle of the Italy taxi strike and were very thankful that they made our stay one of the best on our trip.

Excellent hospitality, strong air conditioning, impeccable clean rooms and super comfortable beds. The included breakfast was diverse, healthy and deliciously prepared with amazing ingredients. The staff sets the highest standard for hotel experiences. Every moment here felt like a 5 star luxury experience.

We stayed for 3 nights at Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa , from 5/2 until 5/5/2022 and we have the best opinion possible of a hotel. They treated us in a personable way, very professional , kind and with the best hospitality. The staff at the front desk was exceptional, the lady who greeted as and helped us initially was very kind and helpful so as Santiago and the rest of the front desk staff. Breakfast was always really good. They even prepared little care package bags for our day trips. The spa is wonderful and the massage therapist service was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. For us, it has been so far the best experience with hotels in Italy. THE BEST HOTEL IN ITALY

Service, Service, Service! This place has been amazing! From the moment we arrived we were greeted and bags were sent to our rooms. It’s very safe, close to Ponte Vecchio and minutes from major attractions & shopping precincts. We stayed with our 1 year old and they were accommodating on every level - even getting their hands on a baby chair for breakfast meals. We highly recommend - they’ve been fantastic!

The staff of this boutique hotel (14 suites) are among the nicest I've encountered. They truly make you feel at home. The suites are spacious and very clean. While our first room had a glassed in bathroom, on our return visit, we had a more classic suite layout. The pullout sofa bed is VERY comfortable with a good, thick mattress (6" at least). This hotel is a great value for the price!

Excellent experience staying here. Front desk was outstanding. The location is convenient to walk to the sites from, but driving to the supported parking garage might be hectic. Rooms don't have AC until June, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. Breakfast delivered to your room for COVID measures.

Nice hotel in the very heart of Florence. Extremely kind staff. Nice rooms with multiple features. Some minor things no notice though: similar hotels have a beauty set for each room occupant and not just one. Ok to have breakfast (average quality and unfortunately cold) served in the room, but there should be a table for two and not having to eat on the couch. Just details but for the hotel type and price these should not be missed

Context: I'm Asian and immigrated to US 5 years ago. This is the first stop for me and my wife - we arrived late in the evening and want a trustworthy hotel to check in safely. The staff members here are very helpful and kind - we immediately felt the warm welcoming aroma the moment we stepped into the lobby. In the last day of day, we wanted to check out the city before our train in the evening, the staff members helped us store our luggages here without second thoughts. In general, the staff members are friendly and speaks fluent English, location is impeccable, too!

This was our second stay at Ponte Vecchio suites (late September 2023) and this stay was as wonderful as 2022's. The staff here is truly "at your service". Its a small operation with a dozen or so rooms uniquely remodeled and fit into the historic building space that this place has to offer. Due to the size of the operation you see the same staff faces morning and night, and we saw the same people that we saw the previous year. We already feel as though they are family. They greet you every morning and night, pour sparking wine for you, make appointments for you, and generally care about getting all the details right. In some of the rooms, there is window technology that makes a tight seal that cuts out all city noise. We had this last time, our room this time seemed to have different windows, but it was still pretty quiet in our room. Regardless of your room, they are very clean, well-equipped, the showers are wonderful and they keep you stocked on Aqua di Parma products (local beauty brand). We can't say enough good things about this place and hope to call it our home in Florence for many years to come.
