Stayed
here
for
2
nights
in
Winter.
For
what
you
pay,
it's
pretty
decent.
Location
is
good
-
about
a
10min
walk
to
Santa
Maria
Novella
station
and
it
was
15
minutes
to
places
like
the
Ponte
Vecchio.
Staff
were
friendly,
especially
the
housekeeper.
However,
I
stayed
in
a
single
bed
which
was
not
the
most
comfortable
-
I
think
if
I
stayed
any
longer
my
back
would
have
ached
a
bit,
so
I'd
recommend
this
if
you're
on
a
budget
and
only
having
a
short
stay
in
Florence.
Breakfast
was
not
great,
but
it
was
nice
to
not
have
to
go
and
buy
it.
The
cornettos
provided
were
not
great
or
fresh
-
I
believe
they
may
have
been
the
store
bought
packaged
ones
but
I'm
not
sure.
Breakfast
did
not
have
options,
but
it
was
still
kind
of
nice
as
the
housekeeper
made
fresh
coffee
which
was
much
appreciated
(however,
I
would
recommend
just
getting
breakfast
at
a
cafe
or
something
like
that
yourself.
When
in
Italy,
you
may
as
well
treat
yourself
to
fresh
homemade
cornettos).
As
other
reviews
say,
sound
travels
REALLY
easily
through
the
walls.
That
was
probably
the
biggest
downfall
of
the
place,
as
I
could
hear
people
in
the
room
next
door
talking
and
sometimes
it
was
annoying
as
I
was
trying
to
get
to
bed.
Rooms
were
heated,
but
only
during
the
evening.
Thankfully
the
weather
was
not
too
cold
when
I
was
there,
otherwise
that
may
have
been
an
issue.
Overall,
my
stay
was
pleasant
there
thanks
to
the
lovely
staff.
I
appreciate
their
efforts
and
their
service.
It
was
not
bad
for
what
was
paid,
and
suitable
for
a
very
short
stay.
