Beautiful hotel! We had a large, clean updated room facing the street. The soundproofing was good any it was very quiet. The staff was super professional and friendly. And the included full breakfast was great. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main sights. We were fine with that because there many local restaurants nearby. We were very happy with Hotel Rapallo!

Very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The owner, Lorenzo, greeted us and made us feel like family. The entire staff is professional, warm and helpful. The hotel is clean and classy. Beds are super comfortable. Delicious American breakfast included with the room. Very conveniently located but not too close to the hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Florence area.

Do support this boutique hotel - when staying here, we could really feel the effort the staff put in for every detail. Price was great for what is offered. Location is just far enough away from the noise but close enough for an easy walk to most tourist attractions. Nothing but good things about this hotel. Thank you! Housekeeping was amazing - the room was SPOTLESS and so tidy. EVERYTHING was in place. Breakfast was decent, and you could feel the heart and soul put into it - choice of eggs your way cooked to order, hot beverages every morning. We had breakfast all 4 mornings there and was really happy with the breakfast. Room was spacious with a large walk-in closet. Oh and the shower head pressure was amazing.

Excellent from beginning to end. Larry does it all from breakfast host, bell hop to housekeeping. He was working hard and pleasant with every encounter. The staff at the concierge desk were outstanding and worked hard to make certain you had seating for breakfast at your desired time. The hotel itself is beautiful clean and the rooms are a perfect size- spacious. Location was an easy 10 minute walk to the train and near wonderful dining options. A casual walk to the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel 100%

A quaint, boutique hotel, not too close to all the main walking sights, but far enough away you don't feel the crowds. We stayed for 3 nights for our first visit to the city. The staff was super attentive, friendly, and helpful with all requests. The room was amazing in it's simplicity and comfort; everything you need after a day of sight seeing and an evening out in the city. Combining classic looks with modern amenities, we will absolutely stay again should we be afforded the chance.

I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Florence again in the future. All the staff are VERY nice and friendly. Besides two closets and a vanity, the room had two chairs, two luggage racks, two bedside tables, and a sofa bed which provided plenty of space for us to put things on. Free breakfast was delicious. I really adored staying here!

Loved this boutique hotel so much and would totally come back! The hotel was super clean, staff were very attentive and polite, even better than the international 5 star hotels I’ve been to. Location wise it’s excellent - not in a crowded street and a 5-10 min walk from thee city center where all the magic is. It was a lovely stay overall 😊

Hotel Rapallo is just far enough away from the sights of Florence to make it quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and even though ours faces the street, the windows are sound proofed well. The breakfast is amazing with very fresh pastries and more substantial fare like eggs and potatoes. They do make a custom breakfast if you request it. Staff is very helpful. Always greet you and offer assistance as needed.

Fantastic experience with Rapallo! This hotel combines the authenticity of a boutique hotel with the standards of an international chain. The staff are super hospitable and will go above and beyond for their guests, and the hotel is walking distance from virtually any place in the city center. The rooms were also sparkling clean (even for a clean freak). Will definitely come here again if I'm ever in Florence.

Hi end hotel with amazing staff! Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The room was so clean and elegant. The beds were very comfortable as well. We wish we had more time to sleep in them but unfortunately we only had one night in Florence. If you visit Florence this is the place to stay!

Great small hotel located next to the train station and most attractions. The staff is friendly, and their breakfast is great. My only negative comment is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working well in our room, and other guests had the same problem. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.

We travelled to Florence, for our first time, taking the opportunity to use it as a hub to transit Italy, from top to bottom We stayed with the Rapallo for two weeks, and were thoroughly pleased with the staff, level of service, and especially the food A wonderful room, large for Europe, that was comfortable, and faced the street. Easily walkable to anywhere, and a short jaunt to the train station, will ferry us to anywhere in the country A wonderful location. Our son is travelling through Italy, and plans to base out of the Rapallo, and day trips out of Firenze

Our room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. It is close from train station. We just walked 11-12 minutes to reach hotel. AC was working very well despite the hot temperatures of 38-39C. Only downside was the WiFi, it was slow and sometimes not working from our room.

Our stay at Hotel Rapallo exceeded our expectations! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We loved sitting in the restaurant for afternoon drinks and a snack after a long walk around Florence. The rooms were clean, and the location was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

My husband, myself and two other friends stayed at the Hotel Rapallo. The service was outstanding!! Lorenzo was very amicable and went beyond to make us feel very special. We were treated like royalty. The rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced daily. The beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. The breakfast bar food, pastries, and coffee were excellent! Lastly the location was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, monuments, and airport. We meet a couple that have been visiting this hotel and staying here for 13 years. Certainly, says a lot! Definitely a 5-star establishment!! A "Big Thanks" to all the staff! Chuck & Connie

The Room, staff, and Location were Amazing...Andre was so helpful with attending whatever we needed with his beautiful, friendly smile. Reno and Lorenzo were always asking if we needed anything to help our stay. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed our terrace. Breakfast was very good as I highly recommend making an egg sandwich...

We have just spent the last two nights here, cannot find fault. Hotel is an unexpected gem, 10 minutes walk from the train station and around 15 minutes from the town centre. Staff excellent and the breakfast is honestly one of the best I've had in a hotel. 11/10
