Well,
this
is
going
to
be
long.
Located
smack
in
the
heart
of
Florence
next
to
Ponte
Vecchio,
with
some
rooms
overlooking
Arno.
Beautifully
maintained
property,
the
warm
tones
in
the
room
and
overpowering
white
gave
such
a
cool
feeling
in
that
sweltering
heat
in
Florence.
Very
big
bathroom,
with
very
fragrant
soaps
and
especially
liked
the
comfy
slippers.
Should
have
bought
a
pair
tbh,
but
forgot.
The
whole
room
arrangement
with
the
little
walk
in
closet,
the
clock
bedside
table,
huge
comfy
bed,
and
fluffy,
comfy
white
pillows
of
which
there
were
plenty
to
suit
all
tastes
in
pillows,
big
shower,
bidet
and
toilet
with
a
view,
makes
this
the
perfect
place
to
unwind.
Liked
the
modern
comfy
feel
of
the
room
with
old
pieces
made
comfortable,
such
as
the
desk.
Fast
internet,
I
could
have
my
online
meetings
without
connection
fail,
so
feel
free
to
have
live
streams,
the
bandwidth
is
there.
Then
the
staff,
after
going
around
Italy
for
6
weeks
for
work,
staying
in
7
hotels
in
5
different
cities,
I
can
wholeheartedly
say
these
guys
were
the
best
trained
professionals
I
have
met.
Like
I
did
not
feel
any
of
them
being
fake
welcoming,
my
interactions
felt
genuine,
i'm
most
grateful
for
that,
it
was
the
perfect
way
to
close
a
long
work
trip.
From
concierge
to
front
desk,
spotless
service.
Alison,
Francesca,
Luca,
thank
you!
The
only
thing
which
did
not
impress
was
the
breakfast.
Meh
all
the
way,
nothing
to
write
home
about,
basic
stuff.
Another
thing,
they
do
not
do
room
service,
so
if
for
whatever
reason
you're
in
need
for
that,
it
s
14
EUR
the
service
fee,
and
there
are
few
things
which
can
be
ordered,
so
skip
it.
All
in
all
I
intend
to
go
back
for
my
honey
week,
I
have
future
hub
no
choice
in
the
matter,
plus
he'll
love
it,
I
am
convinced.
