This
hotel
is
gorgeous.
It
is
in
a
great
location,
and
the
rooms
are
very
nice.
The
breakfast
is
good.
You
cannot
use
the
pool
for
free
unless
you
have
a
specific
room
and
have
to
pay
for
the
pool
area
which
is
not
normal
for
a
four-star
hotel.
Although
the
hotel
itself
is
pretty
great,
the
customer
service
is
horrible.
The
front
desk
staff
is
extremely
rude.
One
of
the
main
reasons
someone
stays
at
a
hotel
is
for
the
full
experience,
and
customer
service
is
my
number
one
concern.
As
it
should
be
the
property’s
as
well.
For
someone
who
is
in
the
Hospitality
industry,
travels
a
lot,
and
has
been
to
many
hotels
I
have
never
encountered
such
disrespect
from
staff.
I
am
extremely
disappointed.
Update:
They
did
go
above
and
beyond
to
make
sure
that
we
were
satisfied
before
we
left.
The
attitudes
from
the
front
desk
staff
got
much
better,
and
I
received
a
note
from
one
of
the
managers
which
was
very
nice
and
appreciated.
