Good stay very near to the city center (10-15 min by foot). Our room had a window near the street but the noise in the night was totally acceptable. All in all great though we had to wait a bit for the clerk which wasn't bad due to the cute terrace. I have to add this though, which I believe was more of a isolated incident, but yet noteworthy. I got a pretty uncomfortable allergic reaction from the bedsheets that kept me from closing my eyes even for a bit. I am not the allergic type, so I was quite surprised. My partner had no problems sleeping on those sheets, but I had to take a cold shower every couple of hours because it got unbearable. I do not blame the hotel or the cleanliness, just wanted to add it since I think it is relevant too. Anyway, I totally recommend this place for your stay in Florence!

Very good rooms. Neat place, very clean, good price. The only down side was that the water was cut one day for like half an hour... And we also had to wait like 1hr for the owner to arrive so that we could check in the first day. Even though we had those little problems I recommend the place.

Structure located in a residential area and strategic for reaching the historic center of the city on foot. The room is tastefully furnished, clean, with air conditioning and I found everything to my liking for the short stay spent. I spent a pleasant stay at the Ghirlandaio, the room with private bathroom was super clean and welcoming, the owners were very kind and professional. Among the greatest advantages is the tranquility of the very quiet and comfortable place, a characteristic that is difficult to find in a central position like that of the Hotel Ghirlandaio located a stone's throw from the historic centre, and therefore easily reachable on foot. It will remain my point of reference every time I return to Florence.

We arrived in Florence for the long weekend of April 25th. Even today I thank the structure for saving our weekend because, upon arriving in Florence, we ended up in a hotel from which we fled due to appalling hygienic conditions. A truly pleasant stay! A beautiful property in a historic building, the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and smell fresh! Carla is very kind, very nice and attentive to the customer's needs! Being in Florence you obviously don't have great views from the windows, it's a simple courtyard, but the small terrace in front of the entrance makes it special! It will be a real pleasure to come back!

B&B definitely recommended for the excellent cleanliness and large spaces of the room. Little running water in the shower, and problems with the shower drain. Very kind and helpful staff.
