Didn’t like my stay because the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were crammed. The locker was also impossible to fit my cabin luggage and you need to buy your own padlock but that didn’t matter in my case. Yes, the staff are friendly and they have free food but if I cannot get a good sleep and feel secure about my things these don’t matter to me. I later moved out to another hotel for the same price but got my own room and breakfast. So I would not be going back here unfortunately because of the discomfort, lack of safety for my things and just no value for my money at all.

Seriously, this must be the best hostels ever. I feel like home. I only stayed for two nights, but I had a wonderful experience. - Kitchen: free breakfast (available 24h) and cooking ingredients (pasta, eggs, tomato sauce, milk, etc). They even have proper coffee machine. - Location: just 5' walk to main station, and in the quiet side. - Room: clean, has locker, fresh towel everyday. They even make my bed daily. The room has no lock though, but it doesn't matter to me. - Toilet: 3x toilet, clean, spacious enough, and they even have the Asian bidet (wow, so attention to detail). They also have free shampoo and shower gel to use (really appreciate this). - Staff: so friendly. When I checked in, they provide the map and show me around, what to eat, what to see, what I can do in a very detailed way. They treat me like friend or their family member. I would recommend everyone stay here. Such a wonderful experience.

Very very hospitable! The man on the reception told me about all the things you can do in Florence and was super friendly and nice. That gave me a great mood! The rooms are nice, beds are soft and comfy. There is a lot of free food in the kitchen for guests to enjoy. This place is a synonym to Italian hospitality :) thank you very much! I loved my stay!

Amazing hostel. The host Elio is so friendly and accommodating. Gives great recommendations. Very good price in a great location. Has good WiFi. The food is amazing. Showers and everything are perfect. 10/10 would recommend. Great place to stay!

Very close to the train station, calm street, walkable distance to any place you want to see. Clean room and bathroom, you get a towel! They even have a common kitchen with food you can eat, for free! And you have fridges if you want to store any food. There is a cozy outside space in they hostel where you can smoke. The workers are super nice and will make sure everything is ok during your stay and while visiting the city.

Hostel with very good quality-price stat. The lady there treated us very well from giving us a map with all the tourist points to lend us a locker and giving us free coffee and some free food. After our checkout she even let us store our luggage for few more hours and use the bathroom if needed. 100% recommend it

The location of this hostel is good, majority of the attractions are close by. The hostel staffs were excellent specially Monica who helped with suggestions to via the near by places. Nice kitchen and food available for cooking. Will definitely visit again.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hostel in the shared female dorm. It was a very central and thus safe location, and all their female dorms are in a different section with a different code to get in and different bathrooms + kitchen. This was very nice and made me feel even safer as a solo female traveller. They have a lot of free food for breakfast or anytime you’re hungry and need a snack. The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The beds are in an open space so it’s not the utmost privacy but that’s hostels. The girls at reception were very sweet and provided recommendations and tips. The lockers fit my 40L backpack.

I had a great stay here! Location is perfect: right next to train station, 20 minute walk to the river, and easy walk to major sights in the city. The hostel is small, with only a few rooms, but has a good atmosphere. Kitchen is fully stocked with free food. Beds are comfy (and made for you each day). Bathrooms are very clean. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Would recommend to all!

The checkin process was a little confusing (there’s 2 different hotels in the same lobby and another one affiliated with it down the street), but the ladies working here were super kind and it honestly feels like you’re staying at someone’s vacation spot. Free breakfast, well working ac (in the female dorm), outdoor patio to dry laundry or hang out. The area itself is a little sketchy but the building is well secured, I probably wouldn’t walk alone after night though

I cannot say enough good thing about this place. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even helped me out when they were obligated to. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s truly a home away from home.

I really enjoyed my stay at my friends hostel, Florence. I stayed in the seperate women’s accomodation located next door to the main accom. It was so cute, clean, and such a lovely stay. I loved the free supply of pasta, eggs, bread, yoghurts, apples etc - these little things make a huge difference. Special shout out to Monica who works at the hostel, what a lovely sweet lady you are. Thank you!

Truly one of the best experiences at a hostel . The girls dorm was so fun! I met so many wonderful ladies / new friends . The staff was so kind and welcoming. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location ( 6 min walk from the train station). The kitchen is stocked with breakfast essentials for personal use 🤍 I highly recommend staying here! Enjoy!

A very good stay was made spectacular by the hospitality of Lisa at the front desk. The beds are comfortable, and it's nice to sleep in a single bed instead of a bunk bed. There is coffee and simple breakfast foods in the morning. In a city of mediocre hostels, this one stands out!

What an amazing place with great energy. We were greeted my by (love her) who took us to our all girls room.. it is so spacious, stocked with free food in the kitchen and the room gets cleaned daily. One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in with a great price, could not recommend this place more!!

Both Nadina & Lisa were amazing hosts! This place is your home away from home. All the recommendations and the place makes you feel like a local. I really had a great stay with them! Nadina was very helpful even before I arrived to Florence and managed to cancel my booking from Booking.com as I was arriving to the city a day later. Wonderful stay for 2 nights. The two girls at the reception desk are very friendly. Clean, warm room and they have supplements in the common fridge everyday. Close to the center and the food market.

The managers are so friendly! The space is clean and there’s a turndown service. There’s free food available in the kitchens and free towel is provided + whatever bathroom necessities you need. Good distance from everything and I felt safe staying here. Would def recommend & stay here again

I’ve been in Europe for the past 15 days and by far this is one of the best Hostels where I’ve stayed at. Aelio at the front desk is such a great person, always friendly and open to resolve questions and provide recommendations in Florence. I’ll definitely will come back! Beds are clean! All staff members are very caring.

Absolutely recommend to stay here! Really really nice Hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. They have two appartements in old buildings in the ground floor with AC. There are several rooms and a big kitchen with refrigerator and oven where you can prepare your own food. For breakfast they have some baked goods and toppings and you get cereal and milk all inclusive. Also an espresso machine for guest's use. WiFi works very well, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

It’s small but awesome! It’s more like a Airbnb with free food and drink. The receptionist also gave me a map of the city and briefed every must-do to me. It makes me feel like home!

Truly one of the most hospitable hostels I've been to! Elio, and all of the staff there, were so kind and welcoming. The kitchen has food provided by the hostel, which saved me lots of money. And when I had a few issues come up (broken phone and need for an English-speaking doctor), Elio was able to lead me in the right direction to find solutions to both. I felt very taken care of here!

I stayed for 4 days in the hostel, and since I stepped in, the staff welcomed me. They were very friendly. A girl from Indonesia opened the door for me and guided me to the reception. She was still in training, but she was super friendly and professional. Nadina, the owner of the hostel, was also there and explained everything to me with patience. They offer food in the kitchen that you can cook for free and give you a paper map with their recommendations to where to eat and places to visit. I loved visiting Ponte Vecchio. I would definitely come back again. Staff/Service 10/10 Location 10/10 Rooms were very clean, and the service is amazing. I loved it. I would definitely go back. I hope to see the indonesian girl as part of the staff. I 100% recommend this place.

Everyone in the reception was very friendly and kind. It was so nice for my trip alone. Lisa and Monica helped me a lot. Moreover, this hostel is quiet than the other places. I rested here so well. I will be back as soon as possible. See you soon:)
