This was my first time staying here and I was here for 3 nights. The room was ok. The beds were comfortable. The one thing I did not understand was why my room was not serviced. I had to ask for towels and garbage bags each day. I was told they would clean my room on the 2nd day. They didn’t. The breakfast was cold each day. My room advertised it had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There was no microwave and the coffee maker did not work. The room door was difficult to open. For the money and if i wanted to make my own bed I could have stayed at a Airbnb and it would have been cheaper.

Love this place. Great location. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Cindy, the manager goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. She has been there for many years and always remembers us and takes good care of us. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are nice but on my most recent visit {December 2023} there were things that were broken in the room. I reported it to the front desk I was told that there were doing a full room renovation for the entire Hotel I presume sometime this year

This hotel is okay and in a great location with a lot of food and shopping options. Rooms could use some work, we had a problem with the toilet not working. The pullout beds were hard and uncomfortable. There were very rude, loud kids yelling and stomping all day and night. The staff was friendly though and rooms were clean.

The staff here were amazing! Extremely helpful and seemed genuinely eager to make our stay the best it could be. From accommodating our requests ahead of our stay to checking in on how our event was that we were in the area for, they truly went above and beyond the usual. While the hotel is in slight need of cosmetic updates, the staff and their service made those needs insignificant. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely horrible visit the manager was very rude and tried to kick everyone out he threatened to call the cops. The rooms were dirty as hell and not clean at all. This is absolutely the worst hotel for the price. You can’t come and talk to your family if you are loud and the manager raised his voice at people who we’re sitting in the dining room watching TV DONT GO HERE EVER

First Stay at Fairfield Inn Eastgate. Pros: - Friendly front desk woman overnight - Lobby seemed updated, comfortable - Breakfast was free and good. Cons: Rooms Outdated: - Looks like 1989 design. - TV had no streaming options at all. Room Filthy: - Public Hairs on bed. One on pillow. - Headboard surface near pillow covered in strange dripping (now dried) fluid. - Checking Matress for bed bugs (none found) discovered a lengthy history of random hairs, dirt dead skin, scabs, and other unidentified stains and unexplained things. - Room smelled like an ash tray, mixed with dirty feet. - found long female hairs on pull up drink table. - Sitting on the couch produced a terrible sound, sinking, extremely uncomfortable. - shower dirty, body hairs, mold in grout? - bathroom sink, could tell previous guest shaved his face in the sink. 50-100 clipped hairs in the sink. Most important: The hotel manager, a female, was condescending and rude. Although we booked through expedia, she offered very little help and began just saying "Thank you" when I asked her questions. Walked away in the middle of talking to her. Had the manager showed any level of empathy, the entire experience, including this review, may have been altered. I do NOT recommend staying here. A couple of better options in Milford.

The location is perfect. It is close to everything. The hotel itself needs work. Our 1st room smelled like water and smoke. We requested another room and ended up next door to the 1st room. The staff solution was to spray the 1st room with commercial air spray. The smell was a bit better in our room. You can tell it might be a entire hotel problem with some rooms being worse than others. Our room showed visible neglect from wallpaper bulging, broken furniture, missing lamps, drawings on walls. The bathroom tub drainage was horrible. It took forever for our family of 4 to shower. The bathroom floor was very slippery. The beds were ok. The pool was a disappointment. The water was very cloudy you couldnt see when under water. It was suppose to be heated but wasn't. We did tell the front desk and she seemed more concerned about the heating of the pool vs it being cloudy. I stressed that cloudy water isn't good. The breakfast was typical of food provided these days. It didnt have regular bread options for toast, which we choose during our stays due to kids with allergies. This has always been a option at other marriots. If your just looking for a place to sleep without bedbugs and close to everything this hotel works.

Worst management and cleanliness I have ever experienced in my 160 nights per years of travel. I feel bad for the people working at this hotel. There is obviously no leadership manning the ship. The management company of this property is obviously not engaged fully to fix the issues of this outdated and rundown property.
