I signed up for the Apneafree OPEN course in September 2022 with my son recommended by a friend and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The instructors are highly trained and very nice. The course is well organized in both the theoretical and practical parts. The outings were also very interesting and well organised, we went to y40 and it was an unforgettable experience. Furthermore, you feel at home from the first lesson. I recommend Apneafree courses to all.

Until 3 years ago, I didn't even know what compensation was, what to do to dive safely, then, by chance, I saw a video by Umberto Pelizzari, discovered the world of APNEA ACADEMY and the big family of APNEAFREE!! I recommend this freediving course to everyone both for the completeness of the skills that are acquired and for the serene and friendly environment that is created by the instructors who manage to convey their passion and love for the sea! I also recommend the course to those who don't have much experience to try a discipline/sport that is certainly different from many others and also offers a starting point for various reflections :)

I followed a splendid course, with trained teachers who train you with attention and competence. And then also a very comfortable environment, they make you feel immediately at home, thanks also to the sympathy and empathy that are generously distributed. So what can I say: ...I will continue, and I hope to drag other friends into this splendid and stimulating adventure. PS: it's suitable for all ages, I'm 60 and have a belly, but I have fun like a kid!

I am a novice freediver with a passion for light bottom fishing. Driven by the desire to start freediving, I decided to enroll in the Apneafree OPEN course in September 2022. I had no references from friends or relatives. I went sight unseen and was immediately rewarded by the mix of professionalism and familiarity that all the Apneafree staff demonstrate during each lesson: theoretical teaching in the classroom, practical outside and inside the pool but also with internships organized throughout the year and that pinch of lightness that makes you "enjoy" even less intuitive and "heavy" aspects. A few months after enrolling and finishing the Open course, the initial desire to practice freediving tripled along with the desire to continue training with Apneafree and practice this wonderful discipline. VERY GOOD! I signed up for the OPEN course despite not having a great passion for diving. I was hoping to learn techniques/strategies to use in daily life to reduce stress. In fact, that's exactly how it is! Learning to freedive means learning to be aware of your body, your sensations and emotions. Then the passion of all the staff and above all the willingness to follow you almost individually manages to create a truly pleasant atmosphere! and engaging I think I will stay with Antonio & C for a long time.
