Questo studio offre un personale molto gentile, amichevole, accogliente e soprattutto preparato. Alla base di tutto si intuisce la passione per il lavoro. Lo studio è impeccabile, sempre molto pulito ed ordinato. Sono sempre tutti molto disponibili per qualsiasi dubbio o curiosità e ricordano sempre l’appuntamento il giorno prima!! It was amazing! 🤩 After long time trying to find good dentist in Toscana I found someone really professional! This clinic use modern technologies, organised comfortable conditions for clients and cares about disinfection of instruments and cleaning. Every instrument was packed in separate sealed bags, it was prepared bottle of water, dentist showed me his professionalism speaking with me about every detail of my plumb and explained me all process before to start. Administrator made everything to find comfortable time for appointment, support me before visit and explain all questions about procedure and prices. My problem was fully solved and I plan to come back to solve my other problems with teeth. Thanks to doctor and administrator - you made visit light and comfortable ❤️❤️❤️

Came from Boston to Contini for dental implant. Location near walls of Lucca. They speak English. The office is immaculate and equipment top of the line. The dentist and staff were amazing! Most important their communication was excellent. WhatsApp messages to confirm appts and answer immediately all requests. The implant is perfect! Very pleased. Came here by plane, rented a car for a month (have home in area) and cost for air, car and implant less than implant alone in Boston!

No words in a review will ever be enough to say how great Studio Dentistico Contini are but I will try. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me, I was on holiday from the UK when my front crown came out and I could no longer smile. I had to find a dentist in an emergency situation and I found them on Google. I turned up without an appointment, knocked on the door and explained my dilemma. I was in destress and they showed me nothing but kindness and warmth. Totally understanding of my situation, that I was on holiday, that my husband, friends and I had been driving for hours and that we were on a long journey to our next destination. Whilst they were unable to see me that day they assured me they could help and gave me an appointment for first thing in the morning the following day and some temporary glue for free. I was so relieved and they were so reassuring. When I arrived the following day, despite the language barrier they took the time to be caring, honest and clear in their communication. The practice is extremely clean, professional and the practitioning skill of all the team is outstanding. They applied mastery in getting my crown back in and in securing it for me, more so than my dentist in the UK had in that it was newly fitted. They were able to fix the problem for me to continue with my holiday and indeed my 50th birthday celebrations and enabling me confidence to smile again. I could not thank them enough for not only their ability to make me feel welcome but also for their understanding, wonderful support and sheer brilliance in offering to help someone who just turned up on their doorstep in need of kindness. Sono mesi che ci vado per apparecchio odontoiatrico e a qualsiasi problema, la dottoressa Contini trova una soluzione in un battito di ciglia. In 30 anni di vita purtroppo non sono praticamente mai andata dal dentista, un po' per fortuna, un po' perché non ne sentivo necessità, ma i denti del giudizio mi hanno portato alla ricerca di un buono studio dentistico e consigliata da una mia cara amica mi sono affidata allo Studio Contini e devo dire mai scelta fu migliore! Per prima cosa tutto il team è professionalissimo, cordiale, disponibile e pure simpatico (che non guasta mai). Non ho mai visto uno studio così pulito ed immacolato, il livello di pulizia e igiene supera quello degli ospedali. La Dottoressa Caterina e i suoi colleghi lavorano benissimo ed oltre a "sistemarmi", l'igienista mi ha insegnato a prendermi più cura dei denti nella quotidianità con risultati che si sono visti da subito (grazie Rachele!). I prezzi sono forse più elevati rispetto ad altri ma sono assolutamente commisurati al tipo di servizio che offrono e comunque sia vengono incontro ai pazienti anche con la possibilità di metodi di pagamento rateizzati tramite sistema PagoDIL, per cui è sufficiente possedere una carta bancomat. Concludo dicendo che prima di loro ho provato altri due studi dentistici trovandomi molto male, quindi non smetterò mai di ringraziare la mia amica per avermi consigliato lo Studio Contini e per questo lo consiglio vivamente anche a voi.

Luogo familiare ed accogliente, io lo frequento da sempre, Caterina e Giulio hanno saputo scegliere e formare le dipendenti in modo eccellente e ti ascoltano e consigliano al meglio. Con loro si può parlare e trovare la soluzione più giusta. Grazie di cuore.
