Bought shoes with a defect on the heel, brought back they told us that a refund was not possible because they were used for an hour because they made the heel bloody, so take it off, now I wonder if you don't try them on and notice the defect on one only shoe, not even both so you understand that it is a defect, because getting rid of a customer who is telling you that this product is defective??? by now you have cashed in so my problem! never again this shop.

I often buy in this store, never had any problems. Today, while I was looking at some size 40 garments at 70%, the sales assistant very rudely pointed out to me that they were size 40, not mine......it's a shame that my purchase would have been a gift. The lady in question, she is the oldest sales assistant in the shop, experience probably doesn't pay off. I left without purchasing.
