What an adventure!! To start, we honed our navigation skills finding it as there was no sign in front(it looked as though they were working on it, maybe) and when we did get our single room key, we met some friendly guests who helped us back into the highly efficient parking spot(there's a fence very close to the spots that really lets you practice your driving skills and knowledge of your vehicles size). Once in the room, we got some exercise by balancing on one of the bed to get to the fire alarm, which was chirping from low battery. We also got to close all the drawers! Yay! We used our rationing skills as there was about 20 squares of toilet paper left, and no back up. But don't worry, there was plenty of extra toothpaste left in the sink in case we had forgotten some. It's almost as if they knew we wouldn't need(or want) to shower, because there were no towels, and they must have known my husband and I would only need one of the beds, because they were efficient enough not to put pillowcases on 2 of the 4 pillows. We also got to use our imaginations, as the reception on the TV was a little...off. In all honesty, for $44, I wasn't expecting much, but they far exceeded my expectations. It was a place to sleep that wasn't my car. Couldn't bring myself to check for bed bugs, but there were no visible critters, so...points!!

This place deserves no stars and should be condemned. The door barely latched food and flies all over the floor and the bathroom door didn't have a handle on the inside. After 20 minutes from the time i got the key to the room until I went back to the office I was informed that after 15 minutes the hotel won't refund room. Don't stay at this dump

First room they gave me door was slightly open... Smelled like animal piss and flooded carpet, and there were roaches coming out of the fridge. Went to call the desk to complain, had to call from cell phone because the room phone didn't work. The front desk rep commented that she 's never got any complaints on that room....however she gave me another room which stank in there as well and the bathroom was not that clean. Plz don't waste your time, good energy nor money staying here.

Had a wonderful stay! My family was exhausted after driving for 14 hours on our way to Florida, and I needed to get off of the road for safety's sake. We pulled in off the exit and the night staff was very friendly and gave us a great rate. We all slept soundly until the morning and continued on our way. The hotel is older and in need of a facelift but our room was clean and quiet with Waffle house and gas stations a stones throw away. Don't come here expecting to be staying at a Sandals Beach Resort for the price of $55, but if you want a quiet, comfortable place to get some shut eye I highly recommend giving Fairview a try.

I've not actually stayed at this place, but pass by it very often. I would not recommend staying here as it looks like a dump. The rooms on the back side appear to be occupied by vagrants. I thought at first that the motel had hired people to fix the place up, but after 2-3 years it still looks the same, no upgrades, even more people just hanging out at the back motel rooms. There's been an abandoned vehicle sitting in the back parking lot with a tarp over it for a couple of years now. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying here.

Was looking to stay here. Changed my mind after riding the lot.

Nasty shady looking place. Looks like a Haven for illegal activity. No AC in the lobby. Obvious they are going through a remodel. They really should just tear the place down. My best friend and I, two single women, staying there by ourselves, had made reservations while we were in town for the race. We drove through the parking lot and walked in and cancelled our reservation because we did not feel safe. They still had to charge us for 1 night they said. But, it was worth it NOT to stay there. I wouldn't give any stars if it would let me.

I had a great experience there I was there from 12/8-12-13. When I mean nothing but smiles and they help a lot. I love the fact each time I went to the front desk to ask for help or needed anything it was no problem. The rooms were clean no problem at all. Will come back again to book.

Would not recommend. Room was smoky and damaged. There was no mini-fridge or microwave. The bedding and towels were unclean and I had to buy my own bedding because the room's was suspect. I was not going to leave a review for any of that, as I expected as much for the price. The tipping point was that the person that checked me in charged me a cash "deposit" that they promised would be refunded, yet was curiously absent from my bill and I was unable to reconcile it at the end of my stay. I can stomach subpar quarters at that price, but not outright grift. As it stands, I wish I could rate it zero stars. I will also be posting this to Expedia as they referred me to this debacle.

The rooms are so much nicer after the remodel of the original place. The front desk was very tentative and helpful. He was very nice and concerned about the room I had and if it wasn’t nice he was gonna let me get another one (but it wasn’t)

I have been in a bad hotels before but this is beyond bad. This place should not be open and should be inspected before renting to customer for safety purposes. It’s dirty, bugs everywhere, it smells horrible, bathroom is peeling off, walls peeling off, carpet stained deep, bedsheet has blood stains and bugs. This does not even deserve one star. PLEASE CLOSE IT FOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE COMPANY BECAUSE REPUTATION WILL BE TERRIBLY BROKEN!

They constantly going up on their prices, and don't give tv, microwave, or fridge in the room ive been staying in. Haven't fixed nothing that has been told that needs to be fixed. They Keep changing the policies about animals (even service animals). They have not upgraded nothing for the prices to keep going up. Would think they would try to look out for the ones who have been here for a little while but nooo. Time for a change soon! Oh yeah when ask for tissue they give you a roll of papertowels like WTF!!!!!

This is a get what you pay for hotel room. As you will see from the pics there is some pretty questionable damage. The front door being of questionable concern. However, I only picked this place as a cheap alternative on my way to myrtle beach. It was meant strictly as a place to lay my head and sleep. For $40 it accomplished this and saved a few bucks in the wallet for fun at the beach.
