    Horrible‼️ Where do I start? Door look like it’s been kicked in several times & was filthy. Room had no trash can, had to take trash out side to a trash can daily, rooms full of roaches even dead ones on the walls. Ceiling is starting to separate from the wall, bathtub was filthy and peeling, shower head was rusty & barely worked,had to let hot water run for 5 mins before it got hot. Water in the sink wouldn’t get hot unless you had the hot water in the tub running. To top it off my next door neighbor played music(loud) from 8pm until 5:30a.m the next morning

    I read the reviews, and seeing that there were responses made me think the owner cared. I was wrong!! If there were any other openings at another hotel, we would of left! The beds are filthy and the springs stick through them. There was no toilet paper or wash rags. There's trash in the drawers. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

    Horrible experience. Traveling from CT to FL. Checked in, opened the door. With Covid rampid, Comforters on Beds looked dingy. Stepped out of room immediately and asked manager for refund. He walked in, ripped comforter off bed and said room was cleaned so no reason for a refund, then he proceeded to walk out. He expressed there is a no refund policy, however at 4am in the morning, we only Checked in 5mins before. We touched nothing in the room. As good customer service and it being the New Year, really hoped he could have dropped the nasty attitude and used some courtesy. DEFINITELY THUMBS DOWN for me Based on there other reviews. Cleanliness is not an attribute of there's. I'm sure The CDC down. Maybe I should make a few calls. Then they'll be forced to refund me my money back. As this seems to be their MO. If you care about cleanliness, Don't stay here!!!! Your response is a Lie! It was not 20 mins later. It was immediately after we got to the room. We did NOT use your bathroom, because we thought the place didn't look clean. We also told you why we were not staying, because the place didn't look clean, and you the manager proceeded to pull the comforter off the bed to look at the sheets and told us they were clean. I replied to you and said, well the comforter looks dingy and dirty. And you said, well they're just washed out, and I said well they look dirty and I can't sleep on them. At no time did you mention that we used anything. Because we didn't. As u walked away i gave u your keys so we wouldn't be accused of reentering your nasty room, and you proceeded to tell us it's ours for the night , we said no thanks, u took both keys and told we could complain to somebody, which we didn't hear clearly, and we jumped in our vehicle and went on our merry way. Look at how many people are complaining about the NASTINESS!!!

    Stayed for two nights. First room did not have a microwave or fridge. We were moved next door. TV was barely working. Roaches and no smoke alarms I would NOT recommend. Rooms were $55 . Has to ask for clean sheets and towels

    This is the MOST DISGUSTING place you can stay in Florence sc! Room smelled old, sheets were nasty. Bed bugs. NEVER AGAIN

    The “manager” Gene is SUCH trash. Absolute horrible “human” to have manage a hotel. Trash hotel, ran by a trash pathetic man. He’s horribly rude to clients, and accuses them of kidnapping children? Sounds like someone else has something to hide. Looks like the type, to be honest. Would love to have corporates information to inform them of this horribly ran “establishment.”

    I was told by the clerk that because I was black, and lived in the same state that I could not receive a clean decent room despite driving over 100 miles to the hotel. I have a Columbia Sc identification card as well. That’s pure discrimination and the department of health should close this hotel down

    0n August 18th, 2022 I walked in the lobby seeking the clerk she started shouting at me telling me I can't be in the lobby, I tried to explain to her that I needed my room key reset, but she continued to shouting and being disrespectful. It was totally unnecessary. She needs to be removed as desk clerk. Asap!

    So horrible! Now I see why the front desk clerk told us no refunds! Food from previous guest(s) left in the fridge, no trash can in the room, no pillows on one of the beds, dirty, tattered blankets, tv barely worked, microwave was dirty inside and out, I could go on and on. Don’t stay here!

    I checked in on Friday 28th, 2023 there was No TV service, I woke up the next day still has No ! TV service. I should be accompanied for no getting all my service. You would think that they would offer me a discount or something. 🤔

    Don’t go here. There was no shower head water barely came out, sink wasn’t working, no toilet seat, huge dent in the bed, thin covers, no trash cans, old foods left in the fridge & so on. It was so many things wrong with this room I would not recommend coming here

    Horrible Horrible Horrible room was nasty someone wallet was left in the room food was in the fridge no shower curtain and syringe tops was all over the room I toilet would not flush it was no refunds I could not stay there I left and got a room somewhere else

    This is gonna be long. Beds have bed bugs, the TV has no remote to control it. There is no phone for the room, they did lazy patch work, floor is hollow so you can hear your neighbors walking around next door, bathroom has paint in the tub that is chipping away, stains on the toilet seat and walls, bathroom door is tilted so you cant close it fully without wedging a towel in the frame, sink is old and cracked, the outside walls has a layer over them to look decent, curtains is too small to cover the window, door is elevated so it's not handicap accessible for wheelchairs, the floor is peeling up, toilets are small and has no toilet seat lid for you to put your clothes so you must put your clothes in the floor and they only allow you to use a very small pale to get ice for your room. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Management is not helpful and refuses to allow us to have a door camera pointed at our vehicles

    Arrived late, this was the third hotel I stopped at and the first one that had a room for my dog and I. Conveniently located near the interstate as well as several restaurants. The staff were very polite and friendly, with out a doubt they are the best thing about this place. The room itself has roaches as well as strange stains on the floor and mirrors. Place felt run down overall. Maybe the company could invest more into maintenance.

    Front desk clerk was very very nice and understanding. But..... the room was not dirty but clean enough. Toilets not flushed, sheets looked dingy, room had a doul odor, bath tub was not cleaned. Checked out about 30 minutes after arriving. My children was not comfortable and the atmosphere was not good. Didnt bother about a refund because I knew I would not get it so I just took a loss. But you get what you pay for.. Will never ever attempt to stay again. 1 out of 10 I give it a 1.5
