Horrible
experience.
Traveling
from
CT
to
FL.
Checked
in,
opened
the
door.
With
Covid
rampid,
Comforters
on
Beds
looked
dingy.
Stepped
out
of
room
immediately
and
asked
manager
for
refund.
He
walked
in,
ripped
comforter
off
bed
and
said
room
was
cleaned
so
no
reason
for
a
refund,
then
he
proceeded
to
walk
out.
He
expressed
there
is
a
no
refund
policy,
however
at
4am
in
the
morning,
we
only
Checked
in
5mins
before.
We
touched
nothing
in
the
room.
As
good
customer
service
and
it
being
the
New
Year,
really
hoped
he
could
have
dropped
the
nasty
attitude
and
used
some
courtesy.
DEFINITELY
THUMBS
DOWN
for
me
Based
on
there
other
reviews.
Cleanliness
is
not
an
attribute
of
there's.
I'm
sure
The
CDC
down.
Maybe
I
should
make
a
few
calls.
Then
they'll
be
forced
to
refund
me
my
money
back.
As
this
seems
to
be
their
MO.
If
you
care
about
cleanliness,
Don't
stay
here!!!!

It
was
not

mins
later.
It
was
immediately
after
we
got
to
the
room.
We
did
NOT
use
your
bathroom,
because
we
thought
the
place
didn't
look
clean.
We
also
told
you
why
we
were
not
staying,
because
the
place
didn't
look
clean,
and
you
the
manager
proceeded
to
pull
the
comforter
off
the
bed
to
look
at
the
sheets
and
told
us
they
were
clean.
I
replied
to
you
and
said,
well
the
comforter
looks
dingy
and
dirty.
And
you
said,
well
they're
just
washed
out,
and
I
said
well
they
look
dirty
and
I
can't
sleep
on
them.
At
no
time
did
you
mention
that
we
used
anything.
Because
we
didn't.
As
u
walked
away
i
gave
u
your
keys
so
we
wouldn't
be
accused
of
reentering
your
nasty
room,
and
you
proceeded
to
tell
us
it's
ours
for
the
night
,
we
said
no
thanks,
u
took
both
keys
and
told
we
could
complain
to
somebody,
which
we
didn't
hear
clearly,
and
we
jumped
in
our
vehicle
and
went
on
our
merry
way.
Look
at
how
many
people
are
complaining
about
the
NASTINESS!!!
