It was extremely poor condition, roof leaked on my luggage, door wouldn't open, doorknob fell off. The check in took 45 minutes. The cashier wasn't helpful and told us the deposit was a single fixed rate, bur she didn't understand proper meaning for the word ‘each’. The phone didn't work and no one was available to help. Had to put luggage in front of door to lock it overnight

Pay the extra $60 and for the love of God stay somewhere else. Cockroachs crawling on the door. Broken shower running water all the time. Room smelled, bad Asked for another room, receptionist said the were sold out, parking lot not even half full. Offered a refund but since it was 10pm all other rooms in the area sold out. Advertised as the Thunderbird hotel, Motel 6 when I got there. Advertised free breakfast, none. Advertised a heated pool, none. Terrible.

The young lady did not know how to check in corporate companies and the other young lady was on the phone the entire time. I’m assuming she was on break. We booked 3 rooms for this stay with an infant and one of the rooms had used rags and brown stains on the toilet. We asked for non smoking rooms and of course that same room had the smell of cigarettes which is where the infant was in. Not to mention when I tried to advise someone in the front we got no answer. Glad we got our rest for our long drive back!

Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE. Non smoking room but smells bad like cigarettes. Needle caps outside of the room. Bathroom is dirty and definitely hasn't be cleaned. My son's feet are BLACK within 15 minutes of being here.

Rooms in need experienced repairmen to finish renovation. Nice try but wasting money on poor execution. Overspray on newly painted walls. Light covers filthy! Dresser had 2 MISSING drawers. Heat was on full of off..no regulation. Non smoking room 200 STUNK of fresh cigarette smoke.

Best place to stay w furry babies! Needed a place that accepted dogs. Had 3 little ones. Most places wanted 20 to 50 per dog on top of room fees. Whole night was 79. Can't beat that. Clean beds. Reastaurant attatched to office. No coffee pot in room, but did have microwave and fridge.

Rooms are clean and up to date. Staff is super friendly. A little pricey for the part of town. Could probably use an overnight security guard. We were in early so didn't have any issues. May not be the right spot for kids. We will definitely be back

Excellent customer service, the girl behind the counter was real friendly, but the rooms were seriously lacking. Bath tub looked so filthy I wouldn't even stand on it for fear of getting athletes foot, or something, I laid a hand towel down in the tub and stood on that to shower. The back of the bathroom door had muddy dog paw prints all over it where someone locked their dog in there. I'm sure the floors were probably dirty, the room didn't exactly have a sanitary feel about it. One of the beds had the sheet put on sideways so the sheet kept popping off all night long and by the time morning came the width of the bed had the sheet off at the head of the bed. Seriously? Would you want to sleep on a bed like that?! And, There was a HUGE dead cockroach on the floor behind the bed when I pulled the mattress and sheets back looking for bed bugs (no bed bugs) a cricket in the room, another massive cockroach outside the door on the doormat, belly up, legs still wiggling. And the BEDS WERE MISERABLE, Hard mattresses! I tossed and turned all night long. Also the room had this bizarre weird smell to it, not a cleaning chemical smell at all, just this gross weird smell. Location is next to a freeway so you get that noise all night long and there's train tracks in front of the building...but no train until morning thank God otherwise there would have been zero sleep because it was LOUD!

Front Desk representative very nice and helpful. Location had restaurants within walking distance. Property itself had a lot to be desired. Mattresses laid against walkways to rooms and against fence outside property. Toilet plunger sitting on table outside. The room was the worst part. The bed had sheets the had not been changed. A lot of black hair on the sheets. Refrigerator freezer needed to be defrosted badly. Tub old and some linen needed to be discarded as looked dirty after supposedly washed and floor dirty. Smoke alarm beeping. It's really a shame that the owners don't invest more into the property as it could be a decent hotel if upgrades and changes were made.

Ice machines have been broken for years! No coffee. No slip strips should be in tub. Someone is going to slip and sue you.

This is our last night here, but very much worth the stay. We questioned it after staying at Red roof inn (which was a complete sh**show). But we have had a great experience. Hotel was CLEAN! Great tv. Bed was comfy. Only thing i wish was open was the pool.

its an inexpensive place to stay. although i wouldnt stay again with just me and my child because once the sun goes down.... the freaks come out at night

My stay here was great. Great for my bucks and a great stay. The only part that was bad is the noisy guest. The walls are thin and well you know. But I enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, TV didn't work, too many people smoking weed around the back of the building

Very sketchy. Lots of hanging in hallway and parking lot. Employees know all about this as do the police, they make frequent visits to this Motel 6. For your piece of mind find other places to stay.

The front desk guy was really helpful and kind. If this was a review about him alone, he would get 5 stars, but as an honest review of this hotel, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. On the outside it doesn't look too bad, well landscaped and a well lit parking lot... but that's about it. There was broken glass in the sink and the bath was so dirty I was scared to stand in it. The TV also had a split down the screen, that was broken that way.. and the mirror looked like a sketchy two way mirror. It had a power button but didn't turn on.. I asked to be changed but there weren't any rooms left, so he came in and scrubbed the tub for a good five minutes, which I really really appreciate and applaud.. ( It looked pretty much the same, but at least had a fresh smell...) Unfortunately when I actually started my shower the pipes backed up and left me in standing water the whole time. Everytime I walked out of the room that night to check on my vehicle on the other side, there were different scetchy deals going on.. then when I finally was almost asleep on the rock-hard bed, someone walked by, growled at my door and scratched my window before screaming down the hallway.... Very unsettling and I got very, VERY little sleep.

Rooms were really worn. Needs remodeling or at least painting.

Charge 50$ deposit, never came back I will have to declare still my credit card More …they give my room to a man cède in my room at 2:30 in the night ,,,

I and my mom stay for seven days. We stay 100 number room. The room and bathroom need to be fix little. The TV is good. I enjoy my stay there.

Soon as I came in to sit on the bed I noticed hair imbedded in the pillow cases, which made me check the rest of the bed. There was hair imbedded in the sheets and blankets as well. Checked the towels and wash cloths, yup hair in those too. The bedding was itchy so I slept without. Booked a non smoking room but the bathroom reeked of cigarettes and had burns on the tub. Tissue was stained and the wall it was on had feces on it. There were roaches throughout. There was no TV remote. Tried to use the buttons on the back but they were too damaged to even use. The phone didn't work in the room. The places is pet friendly but consistently heard a cat throughout the night. Could've been a stray but who knows.

This was probably worst motel experience we have ever had. The front desk person was courteous and friendly and the room was clean and presented well. But maintenance has not been doing their job. The room needed touch up paint, wood framing needed replacement, the bathroom was clean but really needed to be replaced. This is next to I-95 so plenty of road noise. Oh, I didn't mention the train tracks in front of the motel...and you know what that means. The dog walking area wasn't maintained...a lot of dog droppings. Plenty of outside noise and noise from adjacent rooms. We experienced loud conversations and music being played to the wee hours of the morning. But we did get some sleep, so that gets Motel 6 - Florence at least a 1 star. Seems to me the franchise owner needs to have a talk with their management team.

Hey if you are looking for cheap women , cheap food, cheap place too stay, and enjoy bugs and dirty rooms then look no more this is your MF Spot for all that and bad medicine .

As soon as I got here I brought my dogs in and forgot to lock my car. Only inside for a minute or so and my wallet gets stolen. Called front desk but no help was offered. Called police and they said they get like 90 or so thifts a day around here. Non customers roaming the parking lot all night. I can't go to sleep bc my grandkids presents from my sister is in my car and I just saw a guy with and tire jack handle standing in front of my car. I stayed at motel 8 just down the road a couple of weeks ago and did not have this problem. Now I'm stuck with no money no ID to get home.

Great Management and Staff , speedy check in service,they go above and beyond to make sure guess are satisfied,comfortable beds,clean rooms,

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Talk about dirty not a place for a homeless person to stay. You would think of all the complaints they would do something besides saying there sorry for your dirty room.Don’t STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A CLEAN ROOM.

It was average motel 6. A place to get a night’s sleep and shower. The non smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Their were bugs in the bathroom and a lot of loitering.
