I haven't been sleeping for 2 days in a row, the room has the most tiny radiator that I have seen in my life so not warm enough in winter. I got also sick, thank you. So no sleep for 2 days, not enough heating and continuing the trip sick, this is not cool I am so sorry. The building is nice, yeah except for 1 of them hostel staff is kind. Included mini breakfast is also cool. But you have disrespectful people all around. This place should warn their guests about noise after certain hours sorry, they are still shouting outside and it is 00:57, you can't sleep whenever you like, you can sleep when they let you!!! It is 01:10 am and I still have to listen these guys, no cool. 01:28, still noise, people shout (I will keep updating so we will see when it ends). 01:55 am and they keep shouting.

The decor was nice, we had our own private room that locked and was similar to a single college dorm room. Staff were friendly. Conveniently located in a central part of Florence with easy access to Santa Maria Novella station, which in turn means easy access to the airport as well. Honestly the best hostel we EVER stayed in Florence ! Very central location with lesser tourists and cute little trattorias where the locals go. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and very modern meets 70s. The staff is ultra helpful and sweet. :-) very pleasant experience and especially affordable. Would book here again! <3

Never stayed here, but I literally live next door. The non stop music on several weekdays in the middle of the night is, how do I put this, less than pleasant... I understand people need to party and all, but maybe Tuesdays at 1am is not the best time for this. Please be mindful of the other people you share a street with.

We stayed here for three nights from Tuesday to Thursday. It was okay the first two night but we did get to experience the parties everyone talks about on Thursday. Although it would have been nice to know a DJ was setting up outside our window it didn't bother us much as the AC was so loud it cancelled all the noise. It was nice that we could check in and out ourselves so we didn't saw the owners much but they seemed nice (although more busy with operating the owerpriced downstairs party area then the hostel). The bathroom light died the last night but we couldn't find the owner. It was really close to the city centre and seemed clean so that's cool. No kitchen amenities, no breakfast that they talk about in their google page, no shampoo or body wash just soap. Update: realized we have a bunch of small bites on our legs so we're most certain our bed had bugs!

Nice hostel; but very expensive, I've paid 100€ for 1 night and it was not busy at all, also the whole floor shared the same bathroom. Got a little bit disappointed because the informator did not show me the locker room, so I had no where to leave my baggage the last day. Cool downstairs area, but it was closed when I was there.

Was a mix up at the start as they weren’t expecting us- however we were welcomed so well and the lady who I assume owns the place was so lovely!! The room was spotless, cleaned well, and the bathroom was also so clean!! In a really good area, about 20 mins most away from everything.
