WOW! This restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food was to die for, and the value for money is really up there! Wine, 2 dishes and a side dish along with bread all for 20€, how can you go wrong. The meat was very tender and the sauces were exquisite. The portion sizes were very large and I left feeling full to the brim. I highly recommend this restaurant to couples and families as it was so tasty and delicious. 10/10 stars, the food was simply wonderful and the wait staff was so kind and generous. I highly recommend the mushroom pasta and the truffle steak!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have been to so many Italian restaurants all over Tuscany and the food here tastes like ready-made supermarket meals. To be fair, I’ve even had better microwaveable meals. My ravioli al ragu was very salty, the ragu was also watery and there was barely any meat. I also had tortino di patate, which also tasted like a microwave meal. My partner and I each had a menu which includes primo, secondo, and contorno. He also had a glass of wine and I only drank water. Our friend only ordered a primo, which was a sardine pasta, and was quoted 15€. She did not have anything else. Her pasta was also extremely salty and badly seasoned. In addition, the waiters did not want to give us a copy of the bill with the details at first, only quoting us 60€ for the whole order. They only gave it to us after we kept budging them about it. The only ”positive“ thing about this restaurant is the short amount of time they needed to bring us the meal, which in retrospect would have been a sign that all of the food are just heated food. This is not a real Italian restaurant. You’re better off getting a panino in the city center where the tourists are. This is the worst meal I have ever had in Italy. Any avid homecook can make better meals than this restaurant. To add insult to injury, the unfriendly waiters told us to leave seconds after we paid, even though our friend was still in the restroom. We couldn’t even wait at the table for two minutes.

The restaurant had good food. It was easy to make a reservation online. It is in Florence so it is a little pricier than areas outside the city. The service was good and they did check to make sure we had a green pass when we entered. The atmosphere was great with a mix of tourist and Italians but probably more tourists. It would have been a higher star review but there was one waitress who just had a very bad attitude and was not friendly. The rest of the staff was great and super friendly. I would say I’m 50/50 on returning. The food was good but that one waitress really soured the experience.

Food wasn’t amazing but wasn’t bad. Nothing extravagant or life changing so it’s getting 3 stars from me. Steak got over cooked on the sizzling plate & my seafood carbonara might’ve been cooked too hot/fast as the eggs were not properly emulsified in the sauce. I’m not picky or hard to please so I’m surprised this place has as high of a rating as it does.

Sad we can only give 5⭐. Definitely a 10+. Excellent value, excellent menu. House wine was great. Visited twice and wish we could again. We were treated like family. A fantastic dining experience both times. A MUST GO-TO in Florence.

The staff are super nice. I was told this place is where the locals go and they are the most authentic. Absolutely, it is the perfect casual dinner spot. The food is delicious and just the right amount I needed. The staff definitely makes you feel like home.

Three course meal for €20 was more than reasonable. I enjoyed the paintings that filled the walls and ceilings.

Food was okay, service was okay. Pretty ordinary experience. Wouldn’t recommend the pici al ragú, but the tortellini was okay. The €20 dinner deal is good value.

Small and very charming place with great and fast service. For only 40 euro ( 20 euros per person) a table for two gets a starter, a main course and a side dish, plus a quarter bottle of wine or soft drinks and a bottle of water. The food tastes really good. I'll highly recommend this place.

We came here for dinner for two, and we were not disappointed. They have a set menu of €20 for dinner, which includes bread, water, wine (they offered us a choice between red and white), primi, secondi, and a side dish. You definitely will not go hungry here! Our server was kind, helpful, and spoke great English. Definitely recommend for a satisfying meal.

This place was perfect for a budget dinner in Florence. 20 euros for tons of food and some wine. It probably wasn't the best tasting in the city, but it was exactly what we were looking for at that price. Service was also very good and the waiter was friendly and helpful!

Just wow! Glad we went to this spot before leaving Florence! Fairly close to the train station. We stopped here for lunch and had the 15 euro lunch deal and it was fantastic. Great value and even better food!!! The atmosphere of this place is wonderful. Art plastered everywhere! You definitely want to check out this spot -- you won't regret it!

DISCRIMINATION if you are a tourist - they have double standards for food, service and price if you are a foreigner/tourist. If we could give 0 stars we would. We went there for dinner as tourists based on the good reviews and the decent price of 20 euros for two courses and a side dish. After a terrible experience we were left wondering how there could be such a disconnect between the reviews and our experience. Many of the positive reviews have either low review counts or are Italian names, but the negative reviews seem to come from tourists. Food: We ordered a pesto risotto, spaghetti with tomato/basil for first course and beef fillet with white wine/onion sauce/tomato and a chicken slices for second course. The spaghetti was just average, but the pesto was ridiculously salty. The beef was too tough/hard to chew and the chicken did not look anything like the picture in the menu. It was severely under-portioned, and parts of it were crunchy (undercooked or old chicken). We had also spinach and potato side dishes. The spinach was old/spoiled and totally inedible and the potatoes ended up being chips/crisps instead, which was baffling. It seemed like they were trying to cheap out on giving us actual full potatoes. Drink: We had one glass of 'red wine' and one glass of 'white wine'. They didn't specify the names of the wine and probably for good reason, the wines seemed like they had gone bad/spoiled - the white had a chemical taste and the red tasted like it pure alcohol with food colouring (no grape taste at all). Service: No smile when taking our order and it seemed like we were a burden instead of being welcomed. The 'potatoes' were delivered really late, after we had finished most of the meal. Price: We paid 20 euros each plus they added a 2 euro service charge per person. Reading another review from a tourist, it appears that we were overcharged - tourists get charged the service fee while locals did not. Clear case of discrimination if so. For perspective, we have visited Venice, Milan, Florence and Rome on our Italian trip. This was BY FAR the worst meal we have had. We got sucked in by the 'good' reviews and trying to save a little bit of money. We wished we paid more for an actual meal instead of this disaster, or even picked up fast food instead.

Had an amazing experience. Food was delicious for such an affordable price. Our waiter Samuele was the best. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
