Amazing place. Love their sashimi and rolls. Finally you can find something unusual in an all you can eat menu! The space is new and the interior design is wonderful (it looks you are inside a whale... very peculiar). The price is reasonable and the staff is kind.

It is a little bit expensive, but the food is delicious and the style of the place is AMAZING. You feel that you are inside a sculpture, really zehn.

Really friendly staff. They helped us find a table even though we had no reservation. The place is so modern, the interior design is so cool. We loved their all you can eat sushi menu, everything came so quick and was so delicious. Desserts were included and we loved the matcha ice cream.

During our stay in Florence the kids wanted a break from the delicious regional cuisine. We found Aji Tei and they were thrilled. Everything was fresh and delicious. The crowd was mainly local leaning toward younger and hip with some older wanna-stay-hip folk as well. The restaurant is beautifully designed and maintained. Had a great evening there.

It was a terrible experience this time. I was a client of Aji Tei multiple times, yet this time, not only the food was not properly cooked but the service and the willingness of staff to communicate and fix the problems was nonexistent. When it comes to the dishes - the rice was terribly sour (too much vinegar added), the tuna was not fresh, yet after requesting new portions of sushi after telling the staff about the existing problem - nothing changed. We have been charged almost full sum with a laughable discount. Zero care about regular customers and service. We would not return and do not recommend you to come, in order to avoid disappointment - there are cheaper places with better quality sushi in Florence.

Recommended by our portiere Bryan at Hotel Rapallo 5 min walk. Great value, great experience. Beautiful atmosphere, dress nice. If you come with an appetite get the all you can eat sushi. May I recommend the Tonno Trufula. Would definitely go back again!

We did the all you can eat 3 times while we were in Florence. The sashimi tuna and salmon were next level outstanding quality. We don’t eat rolls, so we mostly just had fresh fish and similar items. The shrimp were phenomenal as well. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of fish and food here.

Horrible experience, food mediocre, service ok. Real bad attitude from the owner that treats everyone really bad including customers!

Decent sushi. Very fast, very small sashimi and overcooked edemame... They are so fast bringing the food you won't know if you ordered that thing... Nice atmosphere tho

The food was absolutely disgusting. Got shrimp shumai and it tasted like it had gone bad. Ordered the spicy tuna roll and the tuna tasted sour. The “spicy” aspect of the roll was Sriracha sauce; which did not blend with the tuna at all. Would not recommend this place. Worst sushi I’ve ever gotten.
