Wonderful Place for natural wine lover with excellent food pairing. It gives the sensation that the food and wine are both important and well balanced that the following dishes are expected with anticipation. Really good place with altima atmosphere. For sure I come back next week.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Enoteca Bruni in Florence and would now like to share my positive experience. From the quality of the menu to the wine selection, everything was excellent. Enoteca Bruni stands out for its fantastic menu prepared with local ingredients. Every bite was a true taste experience and you could feel the attention to detail in every dish. I would particularly like to mention the "tuscani ramen", as the combination of fresh, seasonal ingredients and the refined preparation breaks with the traditional framework of Italian cuisine and the chef really scored 100 points with this idea!!! Instead of the wine pairing, we opted for a bottle of wine from the impressive selection of natural wines which, on the recommendation of the extremely knowledgeable sommelier, rounded off our menu incredibly well. In addition to the exquisite food and fantastic wine selection, I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the service. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. All our wishes were fulfilled promptly, but I must also criticize a little at this point. There were usually only 10 minutes between courses before the next course was served. This took away a little of the feeling of serenity and tranquillity that you want to enjoy with such a menu. Otherwise, this enoteca is an exemplary restaurant that presents the best aspects of Tuscan cuisine and Italian wine culture. Whether for a romantic dinner for two or a special occasion with friends and family, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit and we look forward to coming back soon

Enoteca Bruni probably has the largest collection of natural wines of any restaurant in the world, with over 3000 labels. We had an orange wine from Friuli (Damijan - Ribolla Gialla - 2012), another orange (Organic Anarchy - Belih - 2020) from Slovenia, and a Franciacorta (Divella - Metodo Classico Clo Clo Rosé), all excellent. Dinner was great, worthy of 1 Michelin star. We had the 7 course (€100) with the €16 supplement for a plate of prosciutto di Cinta Senese, a breed of pig from nearby Siena that are reared semi-wild, roaming the forest for acorns. Similar to Spanish jamon iberico bellota, although not quite as rich as bellota. @naturalwinefeline

If you’re visiting Florence and want to get a taste of elevated Tuscan cuisine, this is it. Impeccable service from beginning to end, with a dining experience that will keep you thinking and wanting more. We went for the 5-course tasting menu and ordered wine separately, finishing off with an espresso from Togo. Unassuming yet spectacular. The Bruni’s are clearly on their way to Michelin and I’m excited to see them represent Italian cuisine with fearless ambition. Bravo ragazzi!

Incredible and kind team here. The overall food and wine experience was the best I’ve had in Italy. At the end of the night, they emailed a detailed list of food and wine I had for the night and even included the stemware -which I’ve already purchased for my home in the States.

The food here is incredible; it’s not just the kind of meal that will leave you satisfied, it’s the kind of meal that you will remember forever. The wine pairing was also absolutely unreal. I don’t know how it’s even possible to find such perfect combinations, but these guys did it. Each wine was unique, and in some cases even a little odd on its own, but complemented the food superbly. As far as service goes, I only have positive things to say. My water glass never fell below 1/3 full, and new silverware came out with every plate. It’s a long meal, but you can’t exactly fit seven courses into a short time. I’d recommend ensuring that you have plenty of time for the full experience before planning your trip here. Stefano knows wine extremely well, and takes time with every detail. Everything from your garnishes to your glassware will have been meticulously selected. Meals here aren’t cheap, and I’m not particularly wealthy, but my wife and I loved it so much we came back twice within a week. I’d consider this to be an excellent value. Budget for it, take your time, and enjoy it. It’s worth it.

Went with a group of friends for out first visit to the Florence dinning environment, and it blew us away completely. Ordered the 7-course menu, and every single dish was absolutely amazing - including the 3 additional servings that appeared during the time spent there. Undoubtedly the best wine recommendations i've ever received - Still dreaming of many of the experiences.

My wife and I have experienced good fine dining before, however this may take the cake. We had an absolute transcendent dinner here. The staff was extremely professional and friendly - the sommelier absolutely knew his stuff and our waitress was just a gem. The food itself was amazing and distinct, certainly a menu I don't think we'll ever be able to replicate. They have every kind of wine you can imagine, or you can trust them to pair wine with each course. I cannot think of one negative thing. Just book this place and be confident in your reservation.

Elegant and smoothly run by two brothers Stefano and Alberto. Small plates performed with exquisite presentation paired with perfectly selected wines. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

Came for the for the wine and ended up having one of the best meals of my life. Surpasses many Michelin restaurants I've been to in quality and served the best cheese I've had the pleasure of tasting. Wine list is simply unbelievable. Supremely memorable and relaxing night.

It's a really cool spot... young, engaging owners and one of the best wine lists I've seen anywhere. It's actually a wine shop and a deli during the day... you walk through the deli area to get to the main restaurant at night. The main wine room is pretty big comfortable... surrounded with wine and pretty open by Italian restaurant standards. Lots of room between tables. You'll notice in the food pictures that this is not a casual Trattoria... they have really upgraded their menu and take great care of presentation and plating. Service was perfect, everything we tried on the menu was really delicious and there's so much wine you can't go wrong.

Had dinner at enoteca bruni but unfortunately it was not a nice experience for me. We had a booking for 9 and arrived 15 mins late after having notified the resto. From the moment we got there it was clear that there were in a hurry to close and our whole experience was rushed. The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived with only one other table that had started their dinner already. The setting was beautiful for a wine lover with a huge selection of wines displayed on the shelves. Our meal was served quite quickly with our final dish arriving faster than that of the table that had started eating before us. We selected nice a bottle of wine that was served in very nice glasses but undecanted and full of sediments which impacted our enjoyment. Most of my dishes were returned to the kitchen barely touched and at no point we were asked for feedback. The food itself what really nothing exceptional with the main of smoked meat being very tough and difficult to eat. Overall despite being really excited about trying this restaurant my experience was disappointing.

Five stars for the food, which was phenomenal - and so was the wine pairing. The service however was a bit cold, at first even unfriendly. We were a bit earlier than our reservation was, so wanted to drink a glass of champagne (€15) outside, which was already a bit frowned upon. When we wanted to start our dinner and moved inside, nothing else to drink was offered and it took a while before we even got water. The first glass of wine arrived only after 45 mins waiting. That said, the food was very good and the service made up for it afterwards. So I’d definitely come back (but have aperitivo elsewhere ;)).

The tasting menu wasn’t innovative or extremely elaborated, with good but not expensive or hard to find “raw material” but all was cooked properly. Few of the dishes served in wrong plates. Overall for 90€ for 7 courses you’re happy to to eat it. Great service from waiters and from the sommelier all of them really polite in a nice not fake way. Sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about his wines and they had one of the best and richest wine lists around. True professional. Wine pairing really great for 65€. Nice music in the background. Happy to be there.

Excellent tasting menu, excellent wine pairing with local wines only, beautiful venue, great service! We loved that the chef came to our table after the dinner, always lovely to interact with the person who created our meal! The sommelier also deserves a mention because the wine pairing was one of the best / most interesting we’ve ever had. Really one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Florence!!

It’s been a couple of months since I had dinner here but I still think about the delicious food at this restaurant. I’m not really a tasting menu kind of girl because I have the taste palette of a child but every dish was perfection here. Tried a lot of stuff that I wouldn’t normally try, like cows tongue and fowl which was amazing. They had a great wine pairing as well. Service was attentive and fast which I appreciated.
