Very cute little place to stay, but the presentation on the web makes this place look much nicer than it is. The pros The bed is very comfortable the rooms are cute. We loved the tile on the floors and bathroom. The Cons The water pressure and temperature was sub par. We had a front room and the door slams every time people enter. Terrible air conditioning. We had 38c days and the room never cooled down. The room was not as nice as the photos. I would have given this place 3 stars, but due to the wonderful host it has 4.

Great hotel. Fantastic. The family who operates the facility are professionals. Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient. The facility itself is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in a heart of Florence. I cannot recommend it enough. The location is superb. The breakfast (in cooperation with OK Bar) is plentiful, the rooms are clean and large. Italian and English spoken (perhaps other languages too). Fantastic.

Don’t book!!! It is impossible to get any response. I booked in April for Jul stay directly through their website. In early May, I realized I had to cancel (booking is with free cancellation). So I emailed to cancel. No reply. A week later, I emailed again, no reply. Two weeks later, I messaged on WhatsApp, no reply. I called the number couple times. No reply. It had been a month since I sent the first email. At that point, I had no idea if I would be charged and if it was charged (about 600 euros), how on earth I was going to get a refund. After posting a bad review, I got a reply in the end through email, without any apology.

Espectacular! I Felt like a princess living in a beautiful castle! All details are so carefully taking care off. The room is spacious, comfortable, with a kitchen, the mattress and pillow are amazing, so comfortable. The bathroom has great water pressure, water is hot quickly. The staff is always available for absolutely anything and they were so friendly. Amazing price/quality! best price for all the beauty and confort that you get. 2 min walk from the domo, and close to all attractions. I took the train from the airport and then walk 10 minutes to the hotel. 100% recommended !!

Amazing hotel! The rooms are huge and just like in the pictures, very clean and beautiful, they have everything you need. And most importantly - the owner of the place is just amazing! Taking care of everything we needed far beyond expectations, was patient and kind in any situation. Highly recommended !! 4 minutes walk from Beit Chabad and the kosher restaurants. Also very close to the city center, in short - highly recommended. If we come to Florence again we will definitely come back here.

If you’re trying to find a place to stay in Florence, you can stop looking right now. This is where you want to be! The rooms were so large, incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Shower pressure was amazing, and the air conditioning meant a comfortable nights sleep even in the gruelling heat of summer. It was a refuge for us. We were fortunate to have a room that also went into the courtyard, a lovely place to sit in the shade of the large tree. All of the sights of Florence are within walking distance, and despite being right in the middle of the city we found it very calm and quiet. If you’re driving into the city, the owners assist with a valet service, eliminating the need to hunt for a precious parking spot. Speaking of which, every single review speaking about the owners is 100% accurate - they were so wonderful, friendly and helpful and we are immensely grateful for their kind hospitality. I cannot recommend this accomodation enough, and it’s at the top of our list for the inevitable next visit to Florence. Thank you for having us!

Loved our stay here! Georgia working the front desk was honestly the sweetest. Extremely helpful and an excellent communicator. The room was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly spacious. I definitely recommend the rooms with a terrace. Air conditioning worked well too- an August must! This is situated away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but close enough that walking to main attractions is only a few minutes away.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location, easy to reach everything. Blerina and her husband are always on site to help with everything and are very friendly. If you bring a car, they park it for you in their garage. The room is cosy and bathroom is fine. There is a bit of noise from the road (ambulance/loud talking/motorbike etc) as you would expect from a ground floor apartment in the city centre but isn't particularly a nuisance as it is infrequent. Overall I would certainly recommend staying at Firenze Suite.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. The room would be suitable for a month long stay or more if we had the time. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Good location for visiting Florence on foot. Will definitely book again.

This place is very nice. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Great lighting. Awesome water pressure for a nice long hot shower. Great location. Young girl at the desk was very sweet. The only thing that could be improved on would have been to at least have a few tv channels in English, since we had none on the tv. Other than that, great spot. Would stay again for sure!!!! Thanks ladies!

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, run by a delightful couple. We only stayed one night but will definitely make them our first choice for a return visit. A bonus for people who have dogs, there are suites that open directly onto an enclosed courtyard. Our tiny pups loved going out to sniff around and enjoy the sun and air. A quiet respite right in the middle of everything!

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is amazing and the suite itself looked like the inside of a monastery which was stunning. Our hostess was so accommodating, will definitely come again.

Blerina was amazing and accommodated our every need. She was very responsive and friendly, and was always quick to respond on WhatsApp. The hotel was centrally located and a short walk from all the major sights. The parking situation was a huge bonus in a country with many traffic limited zones. The room was clean and spacious. We really felt like we got a local and high-quality boutique experience in a city that is so full of tourists. Highly recommend.

What an absolutely wonderful experience we had! We stayed for 3 nights on the 15-18th of August. Not only did we fall in love with Florence but this hotel was incredible! The manager - Blerina (I apologize of my spelling is incorrect) was so hospitable and gracious. She ensured that all our needs were met - be it a fan in the room, umbrellas to walk to dinner or a taxi when we were ready to leave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering where to stay in Florence. It’s also such a short walk to the duomo, the train station and other main places. We will definitely be going back here.

No doubt about it, Florence is one crowded city. It's crowded with tourists just like my wife and me. However, that's just Florence. You can't control it. What you can control is where you stay, and if you stay near the Duomo, the Firenze Suite is terrific. The rooms are large, the service is great, good breakfast and you can't beat the location.

The host Blerina is amazing πŸ‘ 😍 The room is big & comfortable, high ceiling with very italian painting at the roof. Blerina is always available when we need help. 100% highly recommended.

Amazing well decorated hotel in the heart of Florence, very close to l'Academia, Sta Maria di Firenze, Leonardo da Vinci museum. Owner speaks English very well, and was very helpful to us.

Amazing and spectacles room, perfect location and most amazing staff making your stay unforgettable. We had some special needs to accommodate access for a wheelchair, staff went far and beyond what we expected. We would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.
