The location wasn't brilliant but we didn't expect it to be - the price was very good (cheap) the rooms were adequate and clean, the shower room was small but clean and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was better than we had expected. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as we arrived in Florence a day earlier than our flight. I wouldn't suggest staying for a long holiday but it was perfect for what we needed.

The wifi was bad on the upper floor. The bathrooms and the room itself felt dated. The smart lights would just turn off out of the blue Had to walk around the room to get the lights going

Pros: walking distance from Airport, delicious restaurant close by (Aloisius), free breakfast and coffee, great Wifi, and great service from the front desk. Cons: working girls down the street, loud in the morning with people slamming doors, showers wayyyyy too small, broken AC, beds were uncomfortable.

I don't have any idea about inside of hotel. But I am writing about the staff, the manager and booking. I have booked this hotel for one night. As I did not get any confirmation, I called hotel and I asked the lady about my booking. She asked my name and she confirmed the reservation by my family name and she said that they are open up untill 3:00 am. My cousins and I drove 140 km to reach there. It was 1:45 am. The guy from Sicily said "there is no reservation here and no room is available for you :O". I asked him to call his colleague and ask her about the confirmation. He said " I can't. It is late." He did not tried to solve the problem that they made it. Finally my cousin told him " we came from Australia and it is not fair to do like this". He said " I am from Sicily, I do what I want and I don't care about you". We've been tired and he asked us if we want to drink water. He asked me to follow him to bar. He put one glass of water and said "this glass cost 1 euro and the big one is 2 euro. Which one you want? :O". It was the most impolite and rude behaviour of a hotel staff ever in my life. Finally, we left the place and booked a new hotel in Florence but I will never forget about the guy, Sicily and EurHotel which was the worst ever.

Not the best location if you want to be close to the city centre. Rooms are OK, the staff is friendly. It's quite noisy cause it's situated right at a big boulevard. The cost is high enough.

If you do not stay in this hotel, you can not imagine how bad it is here. I could not sleep all 3 days during my stay. The first day my room was on the street side, it was as if i slept on the street. The next day, I wanted to cancel my reservation, but it was not possible. I asked to change my room to another side. Thanks reception, it was possible. But then there was another problem, the building was without noise isolated, and you could hear who was talking or doing in the next rooms, and also above and under your room. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel even if it is cheaper than other hotels. I would love to pay 100 euros more than to be so tired after 3 days. Personal were ok.

Quite cruel. The bathroom is very small, narrow and dirty. The Toilettepaper looked used. The breakfast was very manageable and nothing was refrigerated. Sausage, cheese and everything else were not cooled for several hours. The cleaning lady did not clean anything. The garbage was not emptied, the bed was not made and the towels were not renewed. She put the dirty towel that was on the floor in the bathroom on our bed. Disgusting. It still takes 30 to 45 minutes to get to Florence. We did not have wifi in the room. We left sooner. When we wanted to check out, the lady at the front desk really wanted to clear our displeasure and wanted to force us to stay there. We just wanted to leave and had to threaten the police to get the gate from the parking lot opened for us.

Unexpected surprise from adbydget stay, room was lovely, breakfast was varied and Bruna and Migena super nice and welcoming!!

Pros:The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was ok. working AC, nice mountain view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: Location is good for airport travel but a bit far from city center. Transportation service is not good to this location from center. only one bus but not frequent in the weekend. The bathroom was not good enough especially the shower.

Budget accommodation and easy access by car. Room was clean and house keeping will fix your bed daily. We didn't try the breakfast. Coming from Airport by Bus can be tricky though. The cheapest option for us for few days in Florence.

We stayed 1 night here and had a good experience. The room was old and run down, the furniture needs to be updated. The walls were filthy.. The bathroom was old and the shower door didn't work properly. In saying this.. We were satisfied, everything worked and it was really cheap for what you get including complimentary breakfast which had a big variety and was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and were had an amazing dinner a 4 minute walk away from the hotel called Pizzeria ristorante il veggio we got a %20 discount from staying at Eurhotel. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Front desk was very helpful and speaks English. Provided map and advice on using public transportation to get to the city center. Secured parking lot with powered gate was small but appeared to accomodate all guests. The breakfast not included had many choices and varieties. The ambience is similiar to a bed and breakfast as it feels like the hotel is family owned and operated. Our flight the next morning was early and they would refund the breakfast we would miss that we mistakenly paid for. We were offered a sack breakfast they would prepare for us later but never happened. They also require you to pay cash for city tax room charge which was suspicious to me. The room walls are very thin and neighbors csn be heard at all hours. The bidet in the bathroom is convenient and useful. The balcony porch was also welcomed but not used much as it was raining most of the time this early February. Overall, this place met our expectations in reading previous reviews.

I stay in this hotel 2 nights- 1. Parking is not Free but 15 € per day ( Mercedes vito) 2. Bathroom it's really small 3. Breakfast funny. That's why only 1 star and this hotel it's maximum 2 star

found blood on two of the beds in the room and also found lice and hair on bed (i had a mental breakdown) bathroom is gross toilet doesn’t work ignore all the other reviews it’s not worth getting lice

I have the best experience at Eurhotel! They provide a great hotel customer services. Bruna is amazing. She greets all the guests with beautiful smiles and offers to do everything that she can to help. She is so helpful, friendly and kind. 😍 She took the time to give us some good tips and recommendations for activities like a professional concierge service. She makes us feel very welcoming and special. ❤️ Breakfast is included with variety of choices. Highly recommend to anyone to stay at Eurhotel and enjoy a great experience 👍
