First I should say design was very special and tasteful. The location was perfect and you could walk to the most of the major places in Florence in less than 10 minutes. However, the room was not functional at all. The bed was the worst part, the open tub and shower in the room were very tricky to use without getting everything wet. No wifi in our room, and we even didn't have a blanket for the first night, of course no one was there to help. The breakfast was ok.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and were happy we spent one of those night along the coast so we could get some sleep. The interiors are nice and the location is central, but that’s where it ends. Cons: 1. Street vendors set up/shut down from 6am-8am and 6pm-830pm roughly every day. Then musicians/crowds gather in the area from 8-11pm each night. The music is nice when you want to hang out and listen. 2. There is a nearby club who’s base from their music thumps until early morning on the weekends. Closing windows and curtains don’t help nor does turning on the AC to full blast. 3. Breakfast doesn’t start until 830am which isn’t enough time to enjoy if you have any tours. 4. Expect to have difficulty finding and then no help carrying bags up the 3 floors to where the lobby/front desk is 5. Linens/towels only get changed after 3days and very limited toiletries Pros 1. Central location 2. Clean

Horrible our room was broke into while we were sleeping at 5:20 am they had a key to our room. When we tried to contact the owner there was no answer to the # they provided you. We call the police they came and check out our room .they agreed it was an inside job. The hotel owner tried to keep it quiet from all the guest but we informed them for their safety. Worst hotel ever. The owner tried to it was our fault that we left the door open and the second excuse was that the police was chasing the person. Lies lies because we had the police there. Be aware. I put a star to add this experience but it doesn't deserve any stars.

Immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of this amazing hotel, ideally situated in the heart of Florence. Despite being located in the city center, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels to consider for an unforgettable city break in Florence.

This B&B is very central. The room was extraordinary and great. Breakfast very good. 50m away is a garage, where you can park your car for extra charge (45Euro/day).

The hotel is a bit odd and has many flights of stairs to go up with your bags. Very good location. The bed and pillows were not super comfortable but we were so tired at the end of the night we still slept ok. It is in a busy and somewhat noisy neighborhood but the window shutters do a good job blocking out noise. The included breakfast was simple but very good.

We stayed here in 2019. We loved the place, very cute and clean. It was nice to get the full italian feel. Loved hearing the noise outside our balcony, just people going to work in the mercato and violinist playing at night at the piazza. Just so nice, I really loved it!

I really wanted to love this place. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful, but the rooms were incredibly noisy and there was an unfortunate slight odor of urine throughout the hotel, but especially heavy in room 8.

It was my first time staying here and it was so beautiful, tastefully decorated and well designed right in the heart of Florence. The room was very clean and had cool art. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I’ll choose to stay here again.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Florence. We had quite a spacious room which was well equipped and with a great en suite. Breakfast is simple but good. The staff, particularly Christopher, were very helpful and friendly. Due to the central location, it can be noisy outside. However, we weren’t too bothered by that.

I work in fashion and have been going to Florence for for many years. So lucky to have found this jem! This is a boutique palazzo, very central in the pedestrian area close to all the sites. It is so stylish and it’s luxurious bedding feels like being in a 5* hotel but it has a private members club feel to it. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The family also own a villa in the Chianti and a yacht on the coast which I would highly recommend! We extended our stay and enjoyed the pool in the Chianti staying at their Villa Rignana wine estate.

I love this place! The decor, location and service are all 5 STARS! The rooms are gorgeous. If you're booking a trip to Florence, you absolutely need to stay here! The place is an art gallery full of beautiful pieces, with cozy spaces, and an amazing breakfast. Just steps to all the restaurants, market and Ponte Vecchio.
