The hotel is quite far from the city center. The rooms are dark and smelly. The service was really bad. The WiFi range was very bad, you had to leave your room to get a signal. The prices we paid were exorbitantly higher for the service we received which was nothing. Even the basic amenities like toothpaste wasn't included in the toiletries. The street is very loud during the night.

Never judge the book from the cover. The room was very clean and functional. Very good A/C , that was a blessing in those crazy hot days in Florence. The guy run the place is a old gentleman, very nice. The location is super good 20 min by walk to Santa Maria del Fiore. The core of the town.

It was too cold in the room. Many dust everywhere. Cigarette smell in the corridor.

I've been there for 2 nights. Men who welcomed us was very nice, room was clean and beds were comfortable, there was refrigerator, and air conditioning and good wifi. It's a good location near tthe center. But the breakfast was some kind of a joke. Breakfast for the next day was already waiting for us when we arrived. It was packed croissant, packed jam, packed nutella, packed cookie and packed juice. Everything in plastic and sweet, nothing fresh. Also you could have a very small coffee from the coffee machine. For this price I could go to the supermarket by myself and buy something more nutritious. It's impossible to take a warm shower, water was cold for this two nights. They take 3euros per person for the city tax for every day.

The environment is quite cosy (in a negative way though). The air condition wasn't working at all as I was there in the summer and the bed are single bed which are joined together.. There's no 24hr reception as it is stated in the website. Overall the bathroom was lovely, the Wi-Fi was quite fast and also the room. I will definitely go back if I'm anywhere in the vicinity and I recommend.. It's not a 5 star hotel, it's more of a place to just lay your head while you can still be in the centre of Florence which is a good thing

Horrible place for a good money, it smells inside, the blanket in wardrobe smelt very bad, wifi is only in like 10 meters from the main door, the personal speaks allmoust only italian, english is very bad, they hardly understand us, the bathrooms are tiny with mold. The elevator is tiny too (240 kg load).

10mins walk to main places. Room was ok. Hot water was not good. Breakfast was just a croissant with jam and a hot beverage. Tiny elevator.person at the reception was helpful.

The room was horrible. The air conditioning did not work, the room was not clean, the staff was rude and it was hard to find. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We got good service from the hotel. Very accommodating and friendly staff. It has an old model elevator which makes the hotel more interesting. Since it is an old building, I find it enchanting. Free breakfast. Totally worth the money we spent!
