Lovely little place to stay, really liked the mix of old and new in the room. Great location as well. Yes the stairs are a pain when bringing luggage up, but you only have to do it once!

Great little hotel right in the middle of Florence. My room was large with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Coffee maker/kettle is provided in the room. Very quiet room with windows to inner courtyard. Wifi is good. Some furniture and curtains could use a little bit of deep cleaning.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, all necessary hotel facilities, tea in the room, for coffee there is a capsule machine in a small lobby kitchen area. Amazing design, we love it!

Overall a pleasant short stay at this B&B in Florence. It is situated in a very convenient part of the city , super close to all the main attractions. Good service with warm welcome and recommendations offered. Only few small details missing to the room that would give it 5 *, nonetheless great value for money and I highly recommend it for short stays in Florence. Be aware of stairs, which I did not mind, although worth mention it.

Super great location! The rooms are big, ours was really big! Gelateria dei Neri (best gelato in Florence and absolutely best granita in Italy - pomelo flavour!) is downstairs. Antico Vinaio is across the street. Nothing can beat this location. Just make sure you're ready for stairs - no lift. It's on the 3rd floor and it's a long walk up.

What an amazing B&B! In a central location, two minutes from Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio. The room was huge, clean, with a comfortable bed, a separate wardrobe room and modern bathroom with shower. The decor is what you'd expect of olden times in Florence. Terracotta floors, affresco walls and tall decorated ceilings. Silvia, our host, was very welcoming and showed us the tea and coffee facilities in the living area (and the little fridge! ) as well as sharing her knowledge of Florence. The rooms are located at the top floor and there is no lift, but that adds to the charm of this unique accommodation.

Convenient location with a value for money room. Simone is very friendly and very available to attend to us. location was great - just 2 mins away from this amazing sandwich shop (All antico vinaio). -1 star for flat pillows -1 star for common fridge. Our smoked salmon and cheese got stolen on Christmas Day!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful mix between an old building and modern design. Excellent location. It is in a third floor without elevator, but Alessandro is really helpful and polite. Do not miss it if you plan to visit Florence.

Very nice rooms. Our host, Simone, gave some good recommendations of places and restaurants to visit around town. Simone was very kind and accommodating. We will stay here again.

Six steep flights of stairs in a 15th-Century building lead to this small, intimate hotel with many surprisingly modern conveniences, but not an elevator. At the foot of the six steep flights of stairs lies Avenue Dei Neri, with many good restaurants and a short walk to the heart of Florence, where there are many attractions that will distract you from the awareness of six steep flights of stairs awaiting your return.
