Wifi wasnt great but ok Very loud pretty much all night long as in such a fantastic location Nice room, loads of space, comfy bed, nice shower etc good facilities in room re safe fridge kettle toiletries Breakfast is in a restaurant around corner from building paszkowski’s really nice place with lovely staff Breakfast is nice croissant, sambo, hot drink juice some small toast & jams Host that greeted me was lovely and friendly Need cash to pay city tax to host currently €8 I did really like this property and would come back just be mindful of above as i wasn’t

This is our first experience staying at a serviced residence with no reception. Stepping into the entrance, we were a bit let down that we had to climb 1 flight of stairs with our heavy luggage as the lift is on the next floor onwards. However as we step into the residence on LVL 3, we were greeted by the caretaker. Our room is nicely prepared and we were given a bottle of complimentary wine. This place is super strategic, just about 1min walk to the Piazza Republicca and is the centre to all key attractions in Florence. Room is clean and quiet despite located in a busy area. The windows are sound proof. They provide room cleaning service everyday. We will definitely come back for a stay.

Cozy, stylish B&B in the middle of Florence. Neighboring retailer Louis Vuitton and other upscale stores mean the neighborhood is clean and safe. Skip the breakfast voucher and manage breakfast on your own. Otherwise, pay €12 for a very marginal set menu breakfast.

Brilliant location and even more brilliant host who was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was exquisitely clean and sufficient with all the necessary amenities but having an old school feeling. Bed was very comfortable and being at the top floor, I had a nice view too. I will be back!

Location location location! + the rooms were absolutely gorgeous!!! Our host Franchesco was the absolute best - we couldn’t get a taxi in advance because when we’d call the services they’d hang up since we only speak English. We called his personal phone and he was able to book us a taxi in advance for the airport the next morning. He was so sweet and accommodating and even helped us pick where to eat the best dinners. Once you walk out of the hotel - you’re in the center of EVERYTHING. We will 100% be staying here again and every time we visit Florence!

The hotel was in the best location! No more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere you wanted to go! The staff where so kind and gives the best recommendations for Florence! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!
