Very clean apartment, staff is good but they don't understand english only Italian so 1 star deducted from service. But the Landlord is very friendly so one star added again to service. Overall so good if you want to have a nice apartment I can recommend this one!

WOW! What an awesome place to stay! One block off the river, just down the street from the city center, this is the perfect location. We stayed in the Ponte Vecchio suite, which, though it's technically a studio, is nicer than our studio apartment in Los Angeles. The hostess was immensely helpful. She gave us excellent dining recommendations and even offered to schedule us a cab to get to the train station on the day of our departure. The bed is very firm, which was perfect for my wife. The pillows are very soft, which was perfect for me. Apartment was very clean on our arrival, and cleaned by the maid every day around 2 pm. There is an espresso machine in the kitchen as well as a moka pot for coffee. The water pressure was surprisingly high, but in a good way. Comfortable flats and the most hospitable hosts 😊. Good location just near to the one of the beautiful squares but in a quiet block.

We had a great stay here - it was in a fantastic location on a quiet back street but right near the River Arno and an easy walk to all the attractions, as well as amazing food. The accomodation was very comfortable and clean and in our opinion, very good value for money. Fabio was a wonderful help and gave us some great recommendations. It was not an issue for us but something to consider is that you will need to go upstairs to access your room. We will definitely stay again if I return to Florence.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Probably a little further away from the action than is ideal. Parking is also not available. Be prepared to pay €25 per day for secure parking but book it in advance.

We just arrived, the place is fantastic way over any other place we have stayed in. We took 2 apartments very chic, modern but boutique decorated, no room is like the other, in a quiet zone 5-10min walk away from everything you need to see and do in Florence. The host is amazing with bubbles we have had a 5 min induction and we know everything we have to see and do, during our very short stay.

Loved it!!!! From the moment we got there we were contacted through what's up cause we arrived early this was very helpful. Yhe hostess is very sweet, very friendly and very accommodating! The apartment we had was the pionte veccicho, very clean , very spacious, and absolutely perfect. This is actually close to the bridges and away from the center of tourism but 7 minute walking. We were left a gift basket on arrival full of sweets, coffee and teas. Highly recommended and would return specifically to this rental

Good location, nice apartment, helpful staff. Could be a bit cleaner: I forgot my flip flops and when I tried to walk barefoot, my feet felt like they were glued to the floor. Maybe it's some substance they use for floor cleaning, but I had to wear shoes to walk around the rest of my stay.

Super friendly service, really good prices for central Firenze, confortable sleep and dog friendly. What more could one ask for?

The location of the residence is very nice for tourists, we reached almost everywhere by walking. The residence is very clean and the employees are helpful.

Waking distance to so many things. Close to the water, restaurants and attractions. Rachel was wonderful and let us know all the things in Florence to not be missed! It was nice to have a whole apartment to stay in with 2 separate rooms after being in 1 room hotels for 7 days. Also a full kitchen! The only negative was the stairs to get to your room as there is no real elevator(after walking all day it gets a little tiring) and there was a school nearby so sometimes you could hear kids playing/ yelling during the day. This would only affect you if you like to go back to your room in the afternoon and rest, around 4-5pm) other than that it was a great place to stay and would stay again!)
