I
have
been
training
at
Lungarno
Fitness
periodically
for
3
years
(I
travel
between
California
and
Florence).
The
environment
is
perfect,
never
crowded
(it’s
only
personal
and
small
group
training),
but
with
just
enough
people
to
create
a
positive
energy.
I’ve
only
trained
with
Riccardo,
but
I
cannot
say
enough
good
things
about
him.
I
consider
myself
an
athlete
but
I
have
a
number
of
physical
limitations
(fused
back,
no
cartilage
in
my
knees
etc.),
and
I
needed
to
find
someone
who
could
create
and
execute
a
training
program
to
address
my
weaknesses
while
building
on
my
strengths,
to
hopefully
allow
me
to
continue
playing
sports,
and
even
improve,
for
years
to
come.
Riccardo
is
extremely
knowledgable,
dedicated
and
professional,
and
keeps
workouts
interesting
and
challenging
by
introducing
new
sequences
and
exercises
all
the
time.
I
can
definitely
say
that
this
has
been
(and
is)
my
best
fitness
experience,
and
without
doubt
I
feel
stronger
and
more
prepared
for
physical
challenges
than
I
have
in
a
long
time.
In
short,
I
highly
recommend
them.
