The best place in Florence to do yoga. The teacher is fantastic

The place to be for those who are interested in going deep into yoga and self-study with the help of professional teachers having large experience, including in yoga therapy.

Fantastic school, which I have been attending for many years, whose teachers are all very good and also very different from each other in their approach/teaching. Place of true growth.

I called the center to ask to do a test to see if I like the type of Yoga they do, given that it is an activity in which the way and environment in which it is done is fundamental. they replied presupposedly that they don't do tests, only registration for at least one month + membership cards, it seems their yoga is the only real one that is done in Florence and there is no need for tests, the others are all charlatans.. . Frankly, yoga should also be an open and welcoming environment, I expect an open attitude, not to be treated like a slut who wants to take advantage of the free trial, I just wanted to understand if that yoga and that environment is for me... obviously NOT!

The studio is very nice, the teachers excellent. Recommended both for those who do not know the Iyengar method and for those who practice it.
