What I noticed is the lack of a socket near each person’s bed, especially since it is necessary in order to charge the phone after use all day, and also the absence of a personal lamp next to each bed, and the absence of a ladder to climb up for the upper bunk. There is no place to lock luggage, The reception is only open a few hours in the morning. There is no opportunity to leave luggage during the last day at the reception. Very close to the train station. At first it was difficult for me to see him, I passed by him twice!!

It's ok if you need to spend a night in Florence and you have to run to catch a train the day after early in the morning

Poor street signage, walked past it twice. Basic facility, good location near to train station. Quiet at night. Seem to charge extra for things like air-conditioning top bunks no ladder. Bottom bunk 6"from floor.

The hostel is close to the train station and located in a small cozy street. At first glance it doesn't look like a hostel, and lacks a certain typical hostel atmosphere. On the other hand, the rooms and facilities are excellent!

Exceptional location, less than five minutes from the station and a stone's throw from the historic centre. The building is quite old, there is a musty smell in the rooms, overall it needs serious maintenance. The costs are low and adequate for the service and the manager proved to be honest: he was willing to reimburse me part of the fee following a booking inconvenience (I had booked a private bathroom from the site but in reality it was not available). Overall I was still satisfied with my stay at this hostel.

The locking system managed by a numeric keypad is efficient, rooms are spartan but clean, bathrooms a little far from the room but sufficiently equipped. Very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent location.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. They kick you out for cleaning when you still sleep in the bed.

They canceled our reservation the night before because a couple decided to stay at the hostel a few more days even if they had no reservation. They found us another hostel wich was really noisy and not quiet secure.

Positive: Location Negative: No value for money. Smelly and uncomfortable beds. Trouble getting access as reception open for few hours. Patchy WiFi. Summary: Better to sleep at train station.

Hostel was clean and secure with 2 locked entries to get in. Smaller than most hostels I stayed at so it was a nice quiet stay. Wi-Fi is available but depending on where your room is located, it might not work (I had to stand in front of reception in order to get signal). Otherwise, the stay was perfect and everything is a small walking distance to get to.
