I could not rave and gush about this hotel more. This has to be one of the best places I have stayed in all my travels. I almost don't want to give it away but I can't keep it to myself. Stayed Aug 2021. We stayed 5 nights in the hotel and it was magical. The staff was so amazing and attentive. They were always so pleasant to speak with and so eager to help make the stay the best. I really cannot say enough about the service from the 2 ladies that were there during our stay, both in the evening and in the morning. To the hotel management, please make sure to look after them. They are looking after your clients with such professionalism and class and care. The breakfast was set up so beautiful and included proper social distancing. They would have these lovely little carts next to the table with pastries and cookies that you could just pick from as your desire. Each table had its own cart so no one else was taking from your cart. The coffee was amazing as well. The restaurant was so cozy with great soft jazz playing in the back ground which was a very nice touch. My wife and I had a few drinks there one evening and a pleasant chat with the staff working. It was so warm and laid back. The room we stayed in was the Deluxe Double Room and it was exactly as it looks in the photos on their website. FANTASTIC. It was so cozy and comfortable for the 5 nights, we didn't want to leave. The bathroom was truly beautiful and I wish we had made time to use the stunning claw foot tub. The décor in the room and around the hotel was done so well and important to making the hotel feel special. You can see the attention to detail in the ambiance of the hotel's common areas and in the rooms. You will not be disappointed with this hidden gem. Its a great location with a short walk to everything including the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and the Palazzo Vecchio. There are some really great restaurants near by as well. Please stay at this hotel. You will love it. We will for sure stay here again next time we are in Florence.

This is hands down one of the most stylish places we have ever stayed in, in Italy proper or elsewhere. No detail has been left to chance. The deluxe room was a delight, with a massive wonderful bathroom. Amazing location, Central but quiet too. Ambra at the reception was so friendly and welcoming. They left a lovely hand written note for us along with sweet wine for our anniversary. Simply amazing.

We really liked this room. It was the standard room but it was so much better than the pictures make it look. It was very spacious and cozy. It had a large bathroom and closet. The ladies were all very nice and helpful. There were slippers and nice toiletries in the room as well. The air worked well and the hotel has an elevator.

We enjoyed our beautiful room full of Florentine charm and garnished with modern fixtures. Really a lovely place to stay, with every detail paying homage to the rich history of the city. Lovely breakfast menu. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Would love to return!

I usually don’t write reviews, however I had to this case because this stay has been absolutely fabulous. First off, the interior to the hotel is so beautifully designed and so much attention to detail. The location is very good, you’re close to everything. The hotel staff has been the nicest and most accommodating to us throughout our stay. Everything was super super clean and the breakfast was delicious. We have stayed in a few very nice hotel in Italy so far and this one has been my personal favorite by far! We will definitely come back on our future visits to Florence !

Beautiful hotel with the most wonderful staff. Great location in a beautifully restored building full of character. The room was just gorgeous , the staff really make you feel at home and provide outstanding customer service. Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. I will definitely return with family. We appreciated the local advice on what to see in Florence and the perfect location.

Hands down one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in my travels. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Josephine was amazing as well! We loved it so much we sent our parents there later that year and they too loved everything about it.

Gorgeous hotel for a romantic mini break. Well located for Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and the main sites of Florence. Lots of character with restored original walls and funky furniture. Not so good for a business trip though as there is limited work space and not enough storage to unpack much. Lovely staff and a breakfast worth waking up for.

Great little hotel with amazing styling and friendly staff. I'm visiting Florence for over 20 years and stayed in many hotels. I highly reccomend this one as it is right in the center just 3 minutes away for Piazza Signorina. If you come by car they will organise parking for you (expect medium high charges).

No words will do this place justice. It's a gem. It has been so cleverly restored and decorated to perfection. There is thought behind every detail and object. The atmosphere is beyond expectations. And so is the incredible breakfast. The room itself (we stayed in the superior) had a large shower, different pillows depending on your preference, firm but not stiff/hard bed, easy temperature management and cosy lighting. We lacked nothing. Last but not least what makes this the ultimate place to stay is Ambra and Pamela that were a delight to encounter every day. We received personal message prior to arrival and a handwritten personal note to thank us as we left. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing hotel. 5 star service, rooms, and perfect location to almost anything in Florence. The hospitality was phenomenal and they made it special and welcoming for my husband and I on our honeymoon. Couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Florence.

Residenza La Musa Amarcord was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The decoration transports you back in time and you truly feel the Tuscan charm. The location is perfect and central. Rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms and have the most charming surprises! Ambra was wonderful and really gave us the warmest welcome and congratulations on our engagement! I would only stay here when returning to Florence!
