DO NOT EAT HERE!! They charge for the restroom use and they literally KICK YOU OUT of the restaurant if you are having a talk after your food. Unbelievable, I have been to many McDonalds over the world and have NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. Something needs to be done about the TERRIBLE AND RUDE STAFF (especially the security guard and the downstairs crew lady) who’s explanation to the above is that “if you don’t like being kicked out, you shouldn’t eat here”, 0 customer service sense. I don’t leave 0 stars because Google doesn’t allows me to. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

Good store but very crowded most of the time.. the machines make it easy to order and the staff are very sharp and deliver your order very quick.. they do not have a breakfast menu which I feel is a downside!!! Other than that a great store

This place is a disaster. At 9 pm there were massive line ups and mass confusion. The place was filthy and the washrooms we even worse.

- WC is paid or with ticket (a girl stole our ticket) - pickpockets - normal thing - you cannot charge you phone (I tried everywhere inside) - there are too many people who are entering analysing everyone to understand who is disatracted, I thing you understood why. - you can nearly always see some groups of people in enterance - doors are not closing so it is pretty cold inside (close to doors).

i give one star because i can't give less, i ordered small burger with some fries and the fries arrived before the burger i got cofiused i had to wait literally 10 minutes to get my burger ready, thanks to the waitress in there she was very professional she asks for redo my fries as fast as possible, however seems like they have big problem wearing glasses inside the kitchen because it is not only my order had some issues also the guy before me and the lady after had wrong orders lol, anyways the burger was horrible they put it inside plastic bag like i order took away! im sorry i don't want a hot food in closed plastic bag!! it was sweating and screaming like someone inside the kitchen, and it has couple bones that i had to spit them out! the fries was okay eatable at least! this place is so over rated and i will never eat in it again.

One of the most confusing restaurants. Food is ordered on a large display, but then you have to wait in a long line with other guests. There is no display anywhere with the number of your order, but you have to crowd with other guests and try to hear when your number will be called. A big strong security guard is trying to make a line in the waiting line. Food delivery people enter nervously across the line and create unnecessary nervousness. In short, we came to eat dinner in a restaurant, stood unnecessarily in a crowd of people, felt the nervousness of the security guards. Mostly an unnecessary and unpleasant experience. I will certainly not return to this restaurant.

7,10€ for this? Asked for no bread and I get this muck? Needless to say it went straight into the bin. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. Serves me right for going to McDonald's, of course. Not sure what I expected but twas only place open after late flight arrival. A disgrace they can serve this. Dodgy atmosphere late at night z not safe and don't recommend from that point of view either.

The sockets don't work. In addition, we came to eat on 23/09/23 at around 00.30 and when we were about to finish our meal, everyone inside started coughing, including us, and then they evacuated McDonald's because someone sprayed pepper spray. It was terrible that such an incident happened even though there was security at the door. They didn't even call the police after the incident. The staff didn't even care about anything.

Extremelly agressive security. I was told to leave two days in a row because the security gentleman at the McDonalds seems to think that I'm not expending enough money at the restaurant. I went three nigts in a row and tonight....the last time I was send away because I bought only a burger, and he said wrongly that the previous night I stay till 7 am with just one coffee. All night as he mistankly afirm. Iwent in two different occasions. This can be checked by the security cameras. Today I was send away with the seurity screaming at me because I dont seem to expemd the right amount of money there as I said before. The situation was very tense and I was worried that violence and unnessecary force will be used against me. In no moment I scream back or behave in a disrespectful manner. This can also be check by the security cameras. The reason I was given was thatI had been there for 3 hours when it was clearly obvious by the time on my bill/ticket that no more than 35 minutes had passed. I left to prevent being further abused or being harmed. In fact next to my table there were two ladies who where invited to move to another table to rest more confortably. This customers were at the restaurant when I arrived and stay when I left. This also can be check through the security cameras. Some of the security members in this McDonalds dont understand that are there to serve not to bully or have personal preferences on who should stay longer and who should go faster. This security also mention to me that I was treating the place as if it is my home. I trully dont understand what he means or the intenion of that comment. A very pathetic experience. The workers at the kitchen brilliant and fast. This security member........trully no professional. Be prepared to be bullied at night for profit only. A very pathetic experience. Even other customers complained to the security as I was leaving. Pathetic.

the point where it is located is rather strategic, in fact as soon as you leave the station you will find it, the prices are much lower than the one inside the station even if they sell the same thing,anyway waiting times at the cash desks where you pay could be reduced, since a good part of the time you spend there, in addition to then waiting for them to bring you what you ordered. the food is good but not a lot, then the tables are often dirty, the air conditioning is not turned on at all so it was 25 ° C in there while it was 37 ° C outside, it was slightly less hot but the difference was small

Not only did my burger look like someone stepped on it, there was also a piece of bone or plastic in it. The mens bathroom has no urinals and 3 of the 4 stalls were not working, which created a huge line. The one working stall was filthy

I'm giving this 5 stars because it is CONSISTENT. This is exactly what you would come to love and expect from a McDonalds. My fries were fresh and my burger was too...then again we did come at 1:00am.

Excellent McDonalds! Breakfast particularly good with fresh pastries and hand made coffee. Very good price!

I don't really write bad review and I don't want to give a bad review based on one staff member. However, every staff member must remember they are representing the entire team at all time at work. I am not going into detail about my unpleasant experience with this one staff. I am not a regular McDonald's customer and this experience will ensure I will not become one anytime soon. Go and support local restaurants instead. (July 2022)

Waited here for 20 minutes outside because they were crazy busy. Other outlets in Florence were closed on this particular sunday. So the star rating isn’t so much about the food which is as expected it was due to the bad wait time to order and then to get our order. Probably better just to eat plaster again instead of queue here.

Trying McDonald's abroad is always fun to see the differences in menu items. Italy specifically has the McCrunchy Bread which I suggest you try! It tasted great and came out pretty fast given how busy the spot was.

Great place to kill some time if you're waiting for your train. Le Ricche Cheddar is a tasty meal which you can only get in Italian McDonald's as well.

Eurgh, came here out of necessity after a late evening arrival in Florence. Conveniently located close to Santa Maria Novella Station, it was very busy but there was plenty of seating. The self-service order points were easy enough to use and no problems making payment at the counter, but service at the collection area was slow and confused. I went for a Grand McChicken and had high hopes for my side of cheese & bacon fries, but the food was just a big let-down and didn't enjoy it all.

if I could have put 0 stars, i would have. McDonalds is supposed to be a FAST-food, which means that I should receive my food quickly. I waited for 15 minutes and I had to leave before even receiving my food because I was gonna miss my train. They should at least notify the costumers that it would take longer to prepare our food, but 15 minutes, that’s just a complete lack of respect.

I waited for 20 minutes, I almost missed my train just because they don’t know the definition of FAST FOOD!! I wanted to give negative stars but it’s not possible. I wasted 9€ because of their incompetence. Never Going Again!
