    I would give zero star if there is the option. I love LUISAVIAROMA web so this time when I’m in Florence I think it’s deserve a visit to the boutique. There is nothing to say about the boutique, absolutely gorgeous, and with some cool items. BUT all the SAs are completely unprofessional and even rude. Chatting with each other, not even greeting with the customers. I noticed that happened several times that when we walked inside the room they run to another side or went away. Eh????? I don’t know what the owner or managers think about that, well the boutique is not cost little to be operating, but paying these people to do nothing? Plus hurting the brand. That isn’t very wise choice. TO BE FAIR. We went twice in two day, so it isn’t just a exception bad case.

    Luisa via roma one of the most luxurious sellers ever, unfortunately in Buotiq they are very rude, not up to par, online customer service very down, I recently purchased a product Online about € 400 I get the package at home apart 1. in delay because no one replied to the email 2. a damaged package outside looks like a box from the market then they tell you to send it back !!!! I don't have time to do this to send back because one has organza to put or wear the product, you must be different studied and have professional courses I am very sorry because it is not the first time it had also happened to me a few months ago I shopped online and arrived the super DAMAGED package… ..at least change the cover of the absurd package as you do !!!!!! And study more abuot service client online , incredibly, vi dovete scusarci

    My first time with them and I purchase using their website and my item still hasn’t been shipped and no respond to my emails either. TERRIBLE SHOP, DO NOT BUY HERE.

    be carefully with discount product. I’ve got a damaged shoe in a paar of shoes in last online order in the end of November. And asked for return but get information today that the product is used, so they will refuse the refund and send the damaged shoes back to me.

    the food is good and most of the options have a decent price, some on the other hand are on the more expensive side, which seeing the location and decoration you'd assume is okay but at the same time you are on the inside of a retail shop, so it isn't prime real estate either. the quality and quantity of the food served varies per visit, maybe a bit too much sometimes, and the seating arrangement isn't perfect, you can either get a good table on the inside or a slightly uncomfortable couch and coffee table on the outside, great for coffee but terrible for a full meal. the coffee is great, good blend well prepared on a great machine but i have never tried a cup of espresso worth 2.50 euros, and this didn't change at floret. the menu options also change without notice, for example my first time having the fluffy pancakes there was one option available, but the second time there was two or three including a matcha one, that felt and tasted like it was more for instagram than for flavor. also a couple menu items i believe shouldn't be included like the poke bowl, it comes with all the ingredients separate, and no sauce or marinade of any kind, its more of a chirashi without rice, and they only have it in a smoked salmon option, no tuna. overall a good experience, very modern and needed for florence where there is a lack of foodie culture but still needs work, and better prices.

    The order I made hasn’t been shipped out for 5 days. Opted for express delivery, which of course says “2 days after shipping”. The shipping part is done by your currier and therefore something you can’t influence, but you can’t guarantee that you yourself can ship the parcel in time? Plus, you have taken my money, which a lot of your competitors won’t do until they actually ship the goods. No response from your customer service email, phone agent useless and wouldn’t give me any information. Zara has a better service. Won’t be coming back. Update: order still not shipped and still no reply from customer service. Meanwhile, just received a package ordered thursday on another webshop with free shipping…. Go figure

    I have been dealing with an issue for over a month now. This has not been resolved. To date despite being trying very hard to communicate with the customer service individual . Luisa via Roma’s customer service is awful . The phone system is run by people that just email the back office which is run by one man , Cheng. He is unresponsive and unable to respond and address any part of the issue. I bought a dress which then went on sale , so I repurchased a second version at a cheaper price. Both dresses have all original tag’s and labels on. I returned the second identical dress , as the return for the first dress ( in perfect condition). LVR refuses to refund the difference between the two dresses. Which is approximately $150.00. A substantial amount. This is now 1 month on that I have written and phone over 6 times and to date his response is one email every 6 days. He has not adresssed the situation or finds any kind of resolution . Given that both dresses are the same size, with tags, unworn, it should not matter which version is return given that the return hold the correct pro-forma and paper work for the dress that I would Like to return though their online return system. The original dress is now stuck in the system and I cannot return this, rather as it is showing “return in progress “. I have spent over $100 shipping back and forth for this , which in itself is dreadful and unacceptable. This company really needs to address its service from the ground up in every way. Please LVR make me a happy girl and get someone senior to address this asap as this man is inefficient and personally ruining your e-commerce business.

    The food and cocktails were incredible! Minus from the fact that the table where we sat was very impractical and uncomfortable and the entrance to the restaurant is through a high fashion clothing store. There is literally no signs on the street and we had to ask help from the staff of the store. The place is also super busy so you might want to reserve a table before. Everything we ate and drank was delicious like I said before.

    Repeated problems with delivery and condition of the goods Dear Luisa via Roma team, I am contacting you again to express my ongoing concerns about the quality of the clothing you deliver. As a long-time customer of Luisa via Roma, I am disappointed with the recent incidents with my orders. In my last complaint, I pointed out two pairs of Brunello Cucinelli and Loro Piana pants that were delivered in a dirty condition. At that time I was assured that this was an exception. Unfortunately, today I find that the problems persist. The Dries van Noten shirt I received today is another example of the lack of care in delivery. I have attached a photo of it to illustrate the situation. In addition, the suit from the same designer I also ordered arrived in an extremely wrinkled condition. I would like to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of Luisa via Roma for over ten years and have used many other luxury mail order companies during that time. Unfortunately, I have to say that your shipping service has significantly deteriorated lately and is nowhere near the standard of other providers. I expect from a reputable company like Luisa via Roma a reasonable quality of the delivered goods and a reliable shipping service. Unfortunately, these expectations have not been met lately. I urge you to take action to improve the quality of delivery and the condition of the items delivered. As a long-time customer, I deserve such an improvement. I expect that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter.

    I bought some shoes hier, unfortunately the service was very, very unfriendly. The lady was first at least 10 minutes on her phone, then was not sure if she still have the shoes, then i had to wait for 20 more minutes till she brought me the shoes...

    I bought a tie online from this boutique: you can see by yourself the awful conditions they delivered the parcel. Both boxes were open and the tie was highly ruined. I tried to have info from client service for 2 days straight and then they told me to go get it in the store. Obviously once I got there they told me they didn't have it in stock anymore. Awful service. Awful.

    Mohammed (sp) was helping me with my shoes, and he provided outstanding customer service. As I walked the store to get a better feel for how the shoes would feel, an older Caucasian female co-worker was either attempting to hijack his sale or just be a rude & over indulging fellow employee or supervisor. I did not appreciate her intrusion and lack of 'co-worker' cohesion. In addition, her advice on telling me how to wear shoes was incorrect. Especially when she did not ask any questions about my shoe wearing habits. Mohammed remained patient through it all and allowed me to enjoy the experience of my new Christian Louboutin's. As I told her....HIS customer service was outstanding, and he's doing just fine. Thank you Mohammed. You truly made this shoe purchase, a pleasure.     This place is MUST If you are an awesome-place lover! We were two days in Florence but it was the first time of really Good coffee! The waitress were so nice and so naturall and cheesecakes were amazing. I realllllly recommend this place. Kisses for people Who work there! U do good.✌🏼

    Just got some clothes on the website on sale 10 Minutes later their was 10 procent extra discount and the customer service won’t do a thing about that i think this is not Oke I had this one time whit Net-a-Porter they helpt me so good but this website really do us not want to help Couple of days later and emailed the company manny times but no replay I replay because sorry is not really cutting it fore me I send you multiple emails responds was 5 days later customer service is really bad if I wore you Woold really work on that Alsow canceled my order on the phone the day I get my money back in 5 to 8 days in the email that I got yesterday it says 10 so let’s see what happens
