Poor customer service in the Club Lounge. The two ladies in front desk kept ignoring us like we don’t exist front of them. The kept talking to each other although i say bunjor/good morning and was to obvious front of them. Then with out looking at us she put her hand out to give her the ticket. Then didn’t open the door. Have no idea was it racist issue or what exactly. So bad for the company image Very rude and didn’t expect that from italo. In case management want to investigate they can check cameras on 12 Jan 2024 at 11:30 am I paid more to give my family better experience but unfortunately it became the opposite with the staff members in Florence train station

Poor customer service in the Club Lounge. A guy named Emiliano asked to see my ticket and I had a binder so I tried showing it to him in the binder under the glass. Emiliano said, “ No I need to see the ticket.” I proceeded to take the paper ticket out of the binder and he said, “No! I need you to hold it up against a glass.” Unpleasant experience. Every time he walked inside the lounge, he would stare at me, made it very uncomfortable. When I was getting ready to depart I asked a lady for his name, and “Sarah “ didn’t want to give it to me at first. I had asked five different times to get his name even though everybody’s wearing a name tag. Not the kind of experience you would expect to pay extra to go to their lounge. Although the condiment lady was definitely a five star! I won’t be traveling with Italo again.

Bad Customer Service in front office very very rude staff!! Is this there first class service??!! Please train and educate your staff about ticket categories.

The train schedule screen doesn't work and they don't plan to fix it. The lounge check in line is mixed with ticketing so I had to wait in line for about 10 mins to get into the lounge. There's no fast track. Otherwise, the space is clean and comfortable.

Poor lounge. Food is not fresh, beverages are cheap and wifi not working. Don't bother upgrading just to go there it's not worth it

The lounge is clean and the wifi works. They provide basic snacks. The train schedule screens did not work so you needed to use the app or go outside in station to get updates as the italo staff gave no information.

Definitely worth the the extra money. Nice relaxing place to stay while waiting for the train. Plenty of room to take packs off and not have to worry about someone getting into your things. They even have plenty of drinks and snacks for you to enjoy. Best of all, we had an entire cabin to ourselves.

A located a corner of the loby station When it'in winter season,very useful to waiting get in the train A facilities,a drinks,a lite meals was there's,and also cleaness of toilet too.

The lounge itself was good enough. The variety of drinks and food items were plentiful and the coffee machine was easy enough to use. The couch were large and comfortable. So why the 3 stars? The tone from the staff was indifferent to rude. A simple question about my destination was answered with an "and?" along with a dismissive shrug. Only through further questioning was I able to derive an usable answer. I hope my experience at the lounge was the exception rather than the rule and I really hope my race had nothing to do with the attitude I've received. This review is not my reflection of Italy but of the two gentlemen behind the information service desk at Lounge Italo Club Florence.

It's nice the confort, coffee, and it's quite. It has some nice drinks and small snacks. I was expecting like sandwiches, but it has only chips and coockies. You have free Wi-Fi (very good signal) and chargers for your cellphone.

Alberto Onori’s earlier review is spot on. On what was a very hot day with a few hour wait for connection it was a welcome relief to charge my phone, stay cool sit in a comfortable chair and access the wifi - particularly as my train from Rome wifi or charging did not work. Both staff on the desk were warm and welcoming and should be commended for their professionalism (a male and female) this was on 19 June 2022 at 3pm. Thank you 🙏

This lounge is a joke! A few packaged snacks and sodas and water. Not worth paying extra for!!

We spent about an hour in the lounge prior to catching our train. It was air conditioned and had free wi-fi and phone charging points. The free snacks were great, and after a while sandwiches were put out as well. They were delicious. The drinks were free too. There were plenty of chairs and tables, and a number of large comfortable sofas to relax on. It's a really nice place to escape to before your train, and worth the extra you pay to travel Italo Club Class. It's a great example of a facility all train companies could provide for their passengers willing to pay a little more to enhance their travel experience.

Not a luxury lounge per se, but an oasis of come with cleans seeds and bathrooms away from the noise and din outside.

The front office ladies were Very Rude. This was supposed to be Italo First class. So bad
