Il personale e' gentilissimo e professionale e il servizio offerto è impeccabile .Ovviamente ,oltre al punto di ristoro, il principale servizio e' quello della biglietteria. Risolvono tutti i tuoi problemi, ti sanno dare qualsiasi informzione. Questo almeno per quanto mi riguarda, e dopo quasi 15 anni di viaggi con Frecciarossa con cadenza quasi settimanale,posso veramente ringraziare questo servizio che riesce ad alleviare la pesantezza di questa routine.
