Went for a long walk around this park, this is the day I walked 27km around the city. A lot of people come here to walk their dogs or running or cycling, don’t see much more then that, I’m the middle of the park there is a building with outdoor restaurant and swimming pool for your leisure which is open during covid. The park does have its problems with a lot of immigrants hanging around in groups, I wouldn’t think this is the safest place to be at dusk. Locals call the area Sex predictors go and some say they is a lot of drug activity going on here. Police regularly was Patrolling the area while I was there. I see a lot of suit cases on the bushes which makes me wonder they must work in city in day and live there and night, I’ve seen a couple work I’m the kitchens as pot wash or chef work or cleaners most properly poorly paid.

Would be a lovely and huge park, but it felt extremely unsafe. As two tourists and girls crossing it to the tram station we eventually opted to just go to the next one as the area was suddenly full of sketchy people doing shady things.

Its a beautiful park to take your pet and go for a picnic. The park is very large, so it is perfect to go cycling or jogging, especially in the evening as the park is near the arno, and it is absolutely perfect when the sun sets here

Fantastic space just a short distance from florence main centre. Perfect for running, cycling, dog walking or simply sitting and enjoying the incredible view of the river arno. Historic park with a fun back story and some little hidden gems like the pyramid that used to house ice.

Is a beautiful Greenery Park .Good for taking a stroll, Relaxing or even for sports activities.

I truly do love this park. However, I am getting really tired of walking through big groups of men gawking at me and catcalling me every time I want to take my dog on a walk. Also, the drug paraphernalia in the park is getting to be bothersome. This should be a wholesome place for families and unfortunately a few bad apples are ruining some of its majesty. All of that being said, the dog parks inside, the wide open spaces, the wooded areas, and the fountains are all very welcome reprieves from the grey cement that is the Florence city center.

Very nice garden to play, exercise, run and ride.

Get yourselves out here for a break from the city crowds and noise. Bring a picnic and something to sit on and enjoy the beautiful river location. We enjoyed the walk out to it but a taxi would probably be around 10 euro. We'll worth it.

Bike, walk, run, yoga, frisbee. This is a great escape in Florence.

Beacuse of more trees and canel. dont like in the evening beacuse of drug seller and the theif so becareful when go in the evening

The place itself is nice. There's a very long way. So people go there to jog. There's a very big park. Also there is a concert field, it is said to be the biggest concert field of Florence. But the area is very quiet. And sometimes risky. Because this area is said to be full of drug users/ drug addicts. And there's a chance that you might get Mugged. One week after I visited the place many drug addicts had been arrested for selling or having drugs. It was on the newspaper too. This area is also continuous supervision of police because of drug users. Luckily I had not face any bad situation there. But I would suggest everyone of you to be careful if you ever go there. Beautiful big green space... great place to escape the heat and crowds of Florence... let your kids and dogs run and enjoy the lawns and shady spots... beautiful little fountain and pond across from the entrance to the University - School of Ag Science and Forestry. Parking available, on bus routes too. Kiosk as well as bar with outside tables for coffee, ice cream or a quick lunch.

A beautiful park situated in Firenze. Lots of walkers and cyclists visit this park. There is a flee market on Tuesday. Check the dates of the flee market. Its really a tranquil place to walk through or just simply sit and rest. There are tram stops at the park to get on and get off. Lots of greenery and lovely trees that provides nice shade for those hot days. Simply beautiful.

A wonderfully green and quiet riverside park in the heart of Florence, serviced by a main tram line. There is a large piazza acommodating regional bus terminals near the river, and a conspicuous bronze statue of Vittorio Emanuele on a horse in the centre. A long stretch of parkland boulevard ends at a roundabout housing the College of Agriculture to the right, and to the left what seems to be a fun fair with the quaintest, best run food kiosk I have ever had the luck to encounter.

A big park, with nice tall trees and tracks where stroll or run, but low number of activities available around and mosquitos ready to bit, especially around the sunset

Plenty of room to stroll and bike. Very little information in the park, but there is a public pool towards the eastern end and a couple of concession stands towards the middle, near the pedestrian bridge across the Arno.

Huge park that is pretty clean, especially compared to other italian parks I have seen. Lots of garbage cans and volunteers picking up litter. Dealers and other weirdos loiter around at night but aren't too aggressive. No one bothered me when I took a nap to the side behind some bushes

Food was so good, we went twice. Sample all fritti, but "french fries" and onion rings. They are much better here, but we get a version of them in the USA. We discovered pinsa here. Like a small pizza, but the dough is handled differently. Delicious. Staff so friendly and helpful. They speak Italiano, Español and a little bit of English. In a beautiful and historical location.

Nice environment and nice air, full of green plants and trees, people can really relax themselves and have fun there with friends and family. Loved it.
