They
damaged
my
car
and
did
not
take
responsibility.
The
parking
attendent
who
parked
my
car
told
me
to
leave
the
key
inside
the
car
as
they
would
park
the
car
at
another
location
during
the
day
and
return
it
to
me
at
the
drop
off
location
at
an
agreed
time
in
the
evening.
That
person
spoke
decent
English.
My
car
did
not
have
a
single
scratch
on
the
paint
when
I
dropped
it
off.
When
I
collected
it
in
the
evening
I
noticed
a
scratch
on
the
front
bumper
and
left
wing
that
was
fresh,
the
paint
was
still
on
it.
I
complained
to
a
parking
attendent
who
was
rude
and
did
not
speak
any
English
(they
speak
English
and
are
very
polite
when
they
collect
the
car
but
suddenly
speak
only
Italian
when
issues
arise)
and
tried
to
convince
me
that
the
scratch
was
on
the
car
when
I
dropped
it
off,
which
is
pure
nonsense.
That
person
was
not
professional
at
all
and
was
losing
his
temper
when
trying
to
convince
me
that
the
scratch
was
not
fresh...
I
immediately
filed
a
written
complaint
with
the
parking
and
emailed
the
head
office
to
ask
for
their
insurance
company
details
and
video
review
as
well
as
the
names
of
the
attendants
who
moved
my
car.
3
weeks
down
the
line
and
I
am
still
waiting
for
this
information,
except
for
the
insurance
company
details
which
they
were
prompt
to
provide
(on
a
side
note,
I
contacted
this
insurance
company
but
did
not
get
any
reply
in
the
last
2
weeks...)
I
find
it
appalling
that
the
parking
head
office
did
not
yet
provide
a
conclusion
of
the
review
of
the
video
footage
as
I
would
expect
that
it
would
easily
demonstrate
that
my
car
was
not
scratched
when
it
entered
their
premises
and
clearly
show
in
which
circumstances
my
car
was
damaged.
It
ruined
our
evening
in
Florence
and
I
feel
frustrated
that
they
still
did
not
take
responsibility
for
the
damage
to
my
car
caused
by
their
professional
mistake.
For
€36
they
they
charged
me
for
the
day
I
am
sure
that
there
is
better
service
elsewhere.
