Reviews for this place are accurate. Very lovely plaza and a playground that has what you need and has potential. However, there's multiple older men sitting around with large beer bottles, some napping on the benches inside the park and guys in their 20s just hanging out smoking on the bench. A lot of the equipment just has graffiti.

This playground is in the middle of Florence. It's the nearest to most of the attractions and our hotel. However, it could be really filthy because there are homeless people hanging around there. We went there early morning when we had jetlagged, and someone used the play structure as their shelter. The nice thing about this play area is that it's covered in shade with tree surrounded. 🌳 Good place to play during the hot season.

The only playground in inner Florence anywhere near where we were staying so was very useful - got all the staples you need for your toddling ones!
