Beautiful park on the north-eastern outskirts of Florence, very close to the town of Settignano. There aren't many trees present at the moment. Several young plants have been planted, we hope that they will be cured, allowing for luxuriant growth and making the park usable even on very hot days for shade and refreshment. Nearby you can observe several interesting houses without mentioning that by climbing a little outside the park you reach a small group of "Corbingano" houses in which some plaques remind us that G. Boccaccio and the young Michelangelo Buonarroti lived there. Here Buonarroti trained in sculpture as the place was inhabited by stonecutters who supplied the stones for the beautiful palaces of Florence. The Coverciano center for the preparation of the national football team is also nearby.

A beautiful park, very large, a little bare but perfect for walking the dog, but owners should collect the dog's excrement! But above all, too few bins, there are only two at the entrance, and in the rest of the park?

Beautiful park on the Mensola stream, in the Coverciano area, below Settignano. Many circular routes, to be done on foot, by bicycle and with dogs. On a path there are some notable old oak trees. The avenue of pines (passable) that leads to "Villa Strozzi" is also beautiful. In some places, benches have recently been placed for pleasant stops. In summer, however, the paths are sunny.

Beautiful park, pleasant atmosphere and for walking or sports it's magnificent, it's a shame that sometimes it abandons it, especially in winter! But it's a beautiful place in our area!!

A fairy tale, ideal for relaxing, walking and cycling with the backdrop of the Settignano hills. Huge, in the older part there are centuries-old trees, in the new one young trees that will make it even more enchanting over the years.

(Translated by Google) It is my park, large with large open spaces in an exceptional landscape context, useful because it was designed to contain the floods of the Mensola stream and well made with tree plants that will grow and aesthetic-functional criteria of the forest type and not of classic garden furniture urban.

(Translated by Google) Nice park, located on the outskirts of Florence, in the direction of Coverciano. Plenty of greenery in which you can enjoy peace and relax with your four-legged friends or go for a jog (Original) Bel parco, situato nella periferia di Firenze, direzione Coverciano.
