Amazing staff good hotel , near tram station

This is a SCAM. Haven’t even stayed here for an hour and already the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I usually sleep in hostels. Bed is awful and so are the pillows. I can feel the wood under me. I can hear everythingggggg. We literally thought someone was in our room multiple times. The whole room felt damp when we first arrived and this never went away. Our stuff even started to feel damp too. The air conditioning was unbelievably noisy so you couldn’t talk to each other easily and definitely couldn’t sleep with it on. There was also multiple Geckos in our room and they wouldn’t help us. I know they’re harmless but that’s not the point, they should’ve helped (also you only get them if the place isn’t well maintained and clean). We just got told to open the window and chase it ourselves. Apparently you also can’t use a European plug in your room but can in the hallway and tried to tell us we had an “English Plug” (we had already spent a week in Italy). Everything seems like they’re falling apart and even if we could use our plug it sinks into the wall. Not looking forward to the next two days of staying here. They also advertise room service on their site and there definitely isn’t that. I thought it’d be pleasant based off the site but I was soooo wrong. The convenient location is NOT worth the stay here. If I could go back in time I’d spend more money to not have to stay in this awful place. As our stay went on we realised that the shower was so small my boyfriend had to have the doors open. I also couldn’t move without accidentally moving the tap or hitting the doors. Also at the end our air conditioning stopped working and no one wanted to fix it and told us to open the window. The only enjoyable things was they let us leave our baggage there (in an unlocked room, but at least no charge) and the breakfast was canned food and bread with pastries, so was nothing special whatsoever. There’s also a self service laundry but is €5, and they have a bar, which I never saw anyone use. Overall if we come back to Florence I’d pick any other hotel.

I have been there for three nights, honestly my journey in this hotel was good, the room was very clean, and the staff was very welcoming. I’ve read the feedbacks before i go, but honestly the reality was different. For a limited budget trip, i recommend this hotel. Not very far from the tram. 17 min to reach the city.

Horrible experience. - air con didn't work - neighbourhood seemed unsafe, lots of shady people walking there - wi-fi worked only downstairs (we were on first floor and had no connection whatsoever) -walls were very thin and we could hear every little noise - breakfast was barely edible, all pastries seemed old and all cutlery were sticky - dining area had horrible smell which was very off putting -and the worst part is (we booked via Booking) that check out time said 7am-12pm however cleaner knocked at the door before 10am and said to leave a room (with no bags packed yet and before showering) Do not recommend! They have all right reviews on booking but honestly don’t know why they’ve got such a good ones there as this is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

The rooms were decent for the price, neat and well maintained. Hotel looks bit old but they have huge courtyard for parking and is a blessing if you need space for your vehicle in Florence. Can reach SM Novella in 13 min by tram T2. Tram station is only five min walk. The staffs are very polite and helpful and their service is one of the best highlight if this hotel. To sum up this hotel provides you enough for the price. A breafast is also included. I saw some reviews about the airconditioner, in our room it was working properly but was a old model, a small refrigerator was also provided.

I've literally worked in warehouses quieter than this place. People are literally moving furniture from 8 PM to 5 AM. At best you'll get 3 hours of sleep. The hotel does a great job with service and the rooms match the price. But allowing your hotel to run this way defeats the point of staying in a hotel, which is to sleep.

I liked this hotel. In my opinion, we have points to upgrade (as you see, is an old structure) but except this everything as okay. There is a modern shower and comfortable beds. The localization is interesting, because you ar at 5 minutes walking from the train and 13 from Santa Novella. The service is good too. All the employers are kind and always have give me the informations and gold tips.

The whole installation needs renovations. The personnel is fantastic and very helpful. The great garden is very good, especially for parking. The general area where the hotel is located is not the best in Florence and you need some 500 m. to walk up to the closest tram station.

Very poor choice for staying in Florence. The hotel is old and without repair for many years. The bathroom is very narrow, there is no room for normal bathing. The sink did not work and the whole floor was wet. The price included in the price is the worst possible that I I have met. The staff is unorganized, touches the food with bare hands, cleans all kinds of hygiene. Breakfast has fruit and vegetables, no one can collect the used dishes and cutlery. The whole hotel is very dirty. I do not recommend to stay in Florence!

This place is trash. The pictures on their website and on travel websites seem ok. Don't let that fool you though, the beds are terrible and are on a piece of plywood. The bathrooms are from before World War 2 that's how out dated it is. Asked for a refund on our pre-booked stay and they refused outright. So we stayed for one sleepless night. Had to put blankets under our pillow, because the pillow they offer you isn't really a pillow. If I could give 0 stars or -4 stars I would. Ps. I stay in work camps in the middle of nowhere that are ten times better than this. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Far from tourist areas, if you have vehicle I can recommend for you or you must use tram.

Kind staff aside, this place was quite disappointing- it feels like something out of a horror film. It says 3 star hotel, it feels like a 1 star hotel…and that’s being generous.

Free parking spots, friendly staff and delicious kitchen, close to tram station which has direct line to Firenze Centro...I give 3 stars just because of the building's and rooms condition, quite old with far from exciting view, while the place is not one of the cheapest ones.

Nice and kind staff, lovely breakfast, the room was warm and comfortable.

This is the worst possible choice in Florence. Do not stay here. 0/10. Any other hotel is a better choice. This place should be condemned

Perfect place to stay if u dont look for luxery. Breakfast is awesome. The workers are realy kind and peaceful they are always trying to solve your problems. Some room is rebuilded the lower floors are still old but comfortable to stay. Location is 15 mins from city Center via t2 tram. Thank u for everythink.
