I found Libri Liberi by mistake and it was one of the best mistakes of my life. I was just walking around the neighborhood on my first day in Firenze and was trying to find a nice spot to have an espresso in the late afternoon. By far one of the coolest cafes in the world. The place is a combination library / art gallery with a piano and guitars at your dispossal as well as board games. It also has a small, but great menu and a beautiful little courtyard in the back. Definitely a must for the progressive, in the know, adventurous, want to feel like a local traveler.

Lovely spontaneous stop while I was in Florence. I stopped while waiting for a delayed bus. Happily sat and drank my tea, used the wifi, and reflected on my day. This place has enough background noise that you’d actually get work done.

My favorite place to study in Florence with good wifi and plugs next to most tables plus a beautiful and relaxing outside area away from the crowdy streets of Florence. This is probably my favorite cafe in the whole city.

Friendliest staff and has the best budget friendly coffees out there! They also serve lunch and snacks... Great atmosphere for studying :)
