😠 An indecency. An offense to the camper. Not even free would I go back. We were supposed to stay 5 days, but after two we ran away. With a little rain, the mud forced us to walk in boots. The toilet drain, a bin with a high opening, risk of getting dirty, indeed certainty. I load water in the middle... People often mention camper,

(Translated by Google) An indecency. An offense to the camper. Not even free would I go back. We were supposed to stay 5 days, but after two we ran away. With a little rain, the mud forced us to walk in boots. The toilet drain, a bin with a high opening, risk of getting dirty, indeed certainty. I load water in the middle of the mud. Advance payment for fear that people will leave immediately. The only advantage is the location, close to the means to Florence, but then ... an indecency ... (Original) Una indecenza. Una offesa al camperista. Neanche gratis ci ritornerei.

We arrived shortly after lunch time and by a phone call we were granted access to the parking area. Easy! Later the manager arrived, we paid and he offered us a city map along useful info how to get around and even bus tickets. Totally recommend this place, we felt secure and welcome

It's a secure camper spot with good access to the city. It just is what it is. You can park, sleep quietly and that's it. Ride up to the gate and call the number (in our case only in Italian). There is electricity available.

Basic but secure and excellent for visiting Florence, only 15 minutes on a white knuckle bus ride. Tickets and info from site owner when he turns up.

Really bad. Arrived on a Friday morning - no one there. We tried phoning the number but they didn’t pick up and it also costs you money if you’re phoning with a foreign mobile number! We didn’t want to wait around and waste time so we parked up and went to Florence. We came back at 9pm and the owner locked two gates!! We were luckily some people turned up who knew the codes, otherwise we’d have to sleep on the street! We had no hook-up and WiFi didn’t work. The next morning we saw the owner and complained but all he cared about was his €20. I also wouldn’t call this a ‘camperstop’. It’s a storage for unused campers, and the services for emptying consist of a bucket that goes into the ground.

Quiet place close to Florence Centre. Good to park for a night. Grey water disposal, water, trash available. No toilet / shower facilities.

Totally disappointing:(( Initially, we were full of hope that we had ended up in a parking lot that was safe and well connected to the center of Florence. The described price was a bit high, but given the fact that the reviews mentioned the possibility of servicing and connecting the camper to electricity, we decided not to be picky. After staying there for two days (due to pre-purchased tickets for attractions in the center), we find that the only plus of this place is its proximity to the tram - about 10 minutes. First of all - the place has a ridiculously small number of parcels in the shade - mostly occupied by campers standing there permanently, and not by visiting tourists. Toilets are emptied by pouring their contents into an OPEN container in the corner - I don't have to talk about the smell emanating from there at forty degrees. The lack of water did not surprise us, as we had read about it in the reviews, as did the ban on "camping." On the other hand, when we extended the awning by a mere couple of dozen centimeters to shield the refrigerator from the scorching sun, and an employee told us to categorically fold it down, even though there were more vacancies than takers, and enough space next to us for the camper to fit comfortably - it was downright disgusting. Although even so, in the ranking of the disadvantages of this place the first is the electricity - yes, you can plug the camper in here, but do not count on turning on the air conditioning, even though you are standing in the full sun with minimal ventilation present. Oh, and I haven't yet mentioned the rooster that lives nearby, which will definitely make you not outdo your morning wake-up call - he wakes up at 4 am:) And he crows non-stop until about 8. Maybe in a different season and in a less scorching sun this place would be more bearable, but our experience is what it is, and the nicest moment for us was getting out of this "frying pan" after two days of torment.

Unfortunately the city authorities have forced the owners to close the camping facilities. It's now just an expensive car park with electricity. It's a short walk to the bus to the centre. I'd like to give more stars as the owner is lovely, however I simply didn't enjoy it here.

The place is actually OK, but the owner can not speak English at all. I do not recommend to visit this place at hot summer days, because electric is to weak to boost the camper airconditioner, and all campers are without any tree shadows. Camper pitches are to close fo each other.

We arrived and tried to call both the numbers multiple times for nearly an hour and then moved on to another site.

😠 Be aware of it. Left as soon as entered, when we saw two cars with German car plate, that had their glasses shattered to steal inside.

👍 Very tight entry for 7.5 metre coach-built but very convenient for access to the centre. 15 minute downhill walk but 30 minute uphill to get back😉 Toilets open and clean with seats and paper. 👍👍 Stefano was polite and the price was very good. We left it for 2 days and the cost was 18 euros. The tram is just next to the parking and that makes it very easy to go to the center of Florence.

😠 Turns out they didn’t register my car for the ZTL and so I got fined several months later. I contacted them about it. They promised me they would handle it, but then never contacted me back. Every time I asked for an update it’s “we’re finalizing it” of “we’ll get the papers in a few days”. Now, alm...
