Excellent garage to park the vehicle if staying in the historic center of Florence. The garage team picks up the car at the hotel / residence and brings it back there very punctually at the agreed time, if requested. The staff are very friendly and professional. They also take care of the administration for the ZTL permit. I would use this service again at any time and I consider it very good value for the price of the service.

Rosanna the manager was very helpful when I left my phone in the car after drop off. She personally came to the hotel to return my phone 30mims later. Beyond expectations. Transfers from the airport starts at 0700hrs but she made an arrangement for the driver to come at 0615hrs for my early flight out of FLorence. Excellent parking garage

A pretty spacious garage for Florence standards. Kept my car safe for two days. Parked it on a lift/platform and didn‘t move it until I got it back. They Keep the key in case they need to though (switcheroo with new cars coming in that might stay longer). Book on their website. Recommended!

Getting into Florence @7PM, tired and disoriented, the garage that was reserved for us simply turned us away. Cars spilled out onto the street and it was chaos. Luckily up the street was Garage Italia. We wandered in and Gabriella, the man working there, knew some English but beyond that seemed to know immediately what happened and that we needed help. He helped us reach the apartment managers who had promised us parking and a ride to our apartment. We insisted our car stay at Italia as (unlike the other garage) we knew it would be taken care of. Gabriella then helped us get a taxi and directed the driver to our apartment. It is the kind of thing that makes all the difference when you have been abandoned in a strange city on a dark night. God bless Gabriella and Garage Italia. I know I will never entrust my car to any other place when in Florence.

Good place to park your car in downtown Florence. A big plus is the fact they came up honestly with the fact that I have paid to much due a system fault.

Service was nice and there was space available without making a reservation. On the other hand this garage is very expensive, 36 euros for 8 hours which comes to 4.5 euros per hour parked. It is not pro-rated from the daily parking rate which is 35 per day (there is a pay in cash 1 euro tax fee to pay as well which seems bogus to me). Parking in the city should typically cost 20 euros a day (normally 1.5 to 3 euros per hour). Albeit the nice facilities the place kind of feels like a cash grab for tourists.

It says the garage opens at 8 am. I have been waiting for half an hour and the garage is still closed. If you need your car in a timely manner, forget about it.

Best Place to park in Florence, very close to every historical Place. Price are good and include also the area c . Possible to pay by cash or credit card. Everything very good. Better call for reservation.

I fully recommend! Perfect to leave your car as a tourist! We left also our luggage in the car as we did not need all of it for one night in Florence. And the staff registers your car for the ZTL area. It‘s the only garage which has actually space at the address of the garage and does not move your car outside the city! Price totally ok for the service compared to other parking garages and for tourist destinations. We paid the price they told us when we called! You just need to py attention that bigger cars pay higher prices. You find your car where you left it and as you left it. The other garages have space for max. 4-6 cars - we saw it when we passed by - and the rest is moved outside the city, so you‘ll have to call before you wanna leave to get your car back and wait for it recording to people with experience. So you cannot leave earlier if you want. This also means that your car is being moved to a place you don’t know and which has no roof! I‘ve never heard about such service before but I‘m happy that people write reviews and that this way I found the Parking Garage Italia - Garage Downtown Firenze Garage in Via Fiesolana 19 which does not move your car outside the city and leaves it at the same address! It is open during all day from 08:00am to 10:00pm. We called before - that‘s what I recommend anyways whereever you go and whatever you do just for checking if there is still space or if there are any changes - depends when you read this review..

Easy, friendly, I highly recommend this parking garage.

Quick summary: We've been very happy, there were no problems. After comparing many different parking garages we finally decided for this one, since it was the only one without any reports of all of those different things you hear of, eg cars being moved somewhere else, damages to the car, searched through for valuable things. And indeed, everything war perfect. We've been here in March, reserved half an hour before arrival, they were nice, it was uncomplicated, car was fine, etc. We can definitely recommend this place. Regarding the licence plate and if it has been forwarded, we will find out in the future and I will update it, if that didn't happen.
